NINJAGO HIGHSCHOOL: CHAPTER TWO: MATH CLASS
Wu's school of elemental masters was founded by master Wu, who wanted to have a school for people with elemental powers. He made the school because he didn't want students with powers to be bullied, or to use their powers to bully other students. We all know Cole would of got so much lunch money if he was in a normal school. Wu left the school to be run by his brother Garmadon though, since he knew a stricter person would have to run a high school. Wu occasionally visits, mainly on holidays, or the last day, to see his students and how they've grown.
There are quite a few villains Garmadon picked to be the teachers and faculty. They weren't super evil, but most of the students didn't like them. Skales was one of the bus drivers, and used to be the vice principal, until he was demoted because he did something Garmadon didn't like. We'll see the rest of the faculty later, because we got to see the students.
Lloyd looked around at all the students, at their lockers, talking, going to classes, like students. There's no way Lloyd saw all the elemental students in his school, so it's possible there's lots of unique powers he hasn't seen yet. "Hey invisi-dork!" Cole laughed, pointing at Paleman. Paleman sighed and turned fully invisible. He hated being bullied by people, and has been called a creep numerous times, despite him never using his powers like a pervert would, which Cole would do. "Cole, why can't you be nice?" Jay asked, annoyed. "Because I don't have to be." Cole grunted, like a crud.
Jay turned around and waved. Everyone else turned and saw Nya walk into school. She arrived a few minutes later than the buses, which is impressive since she runs to school. Nya was stronger than half the guys at school because she was so cool, and Cole hated that, just as much as he hated not being her boyfriend. "Hi Jay" Nya said to Jay. Jay blushed, which is what he did all the time when talking to Nya, since he was shy a lot. Nya thought it was cute, but mostly everyone else thought it was a little silly. "Let's head off to class dear" Nya grabbed Jay's hand and slowly walked him off to their lockers. "Yes ma'am" he said shyly. Everyone else looked at each other "Did he just call her ma'am?" Lloyd asked to the others. "Well DUH!" Cole said. "I gotta head to P.E nerds, see you fools later." Cole walked off to the P.E area. "Alrighty, lets go to first period." Kai said to Lloyd, the only one left. Lloyd nodded and walked off to math class, the worst class Lloyd could have at first period.
"Alright class, it is time for math." Mister Cryptor said robotically. He was a robot, so he was perfect to do math. Lloyd hated Mister Cryptor the most, since he was a math teacher, and also a very stern one. "Get your text books out to page 152" He ordered, grabbing a book and swiftly going to the page. Everyone in the class went to 152 and saw the chapter. "Okay, the first page details-" Before Mister Cryptor could finish his sentence, a nasally whiny voice shot. "Mister Cryptor Mister Cryptor! You forgot the daily question!" Morro reminded. Morro was a teacher's pet, and was the one person everyone was ok with Cole bullying. "Ah, thank you Morro, I almost forgot." Everyone groaned, some even made snide remarks or stares at Morro, who gave a smug look across the room.
Mr. Cryptor wrote down a problem on the board. "Everyone, you have 5 minutes to figure out this problem. Then I will pick a random person to answer the question." Everyone shuffled for a paper and pencil, and started writing things down. Lloyd looked at the question he wrote down on the paper, and tried to think. He wasn't the best at math and struggled with it hard. By the time the 5 minutes were up, he was only half way done. "Pencils down." Mr. Cryptor said. Everyone dropped them, but Morro did it first. Lloyd was hoping he wasn't picked, but then Mr. Cryptor's hand pointed towards him. "What was your answer?" He demanded. Lloyd froze up for a second, and was prepared for the embarrassment about to unfold, but then a voice behind him spoke up. "35." Kai said, holding his paper up slightly. Morro spoke up, in his whiney voice. "He didn't point at YOU Kai!" Kai looked at Morro and shrugged. "Hey, how was I supposed to know?" Mr. Cryptor sighed and turned around. "Ah well, let's go on with it." Lloyd took a deep breath and looked over at Kai, nodding in thanks. Kai gave a thumbs up, and smirked at Morro, who's face gave a mean, stare at them both.
When class was over, Lloyd went to get up, but Mr Cryptor stopped him. Lloyd, stay here a bit. I will make you a pass for next class if you are late." Lloyd looked at the door and saw Kai give a "good luck" look, but a nice one. Morro gave a smug smirk and walked out. "Lloyd, you may be the principal's son, but that does not mean you can just have your friends do stuff for you." Lloyd crossed his arms. "Not his fault you weren't specific enough." Lloyd was sick of people using his dad's position as some sort of attack on him. Him being the principal's son gave him NO advantages at all, but everyone acts like it does. "Next time you won't be so lucky Lloyd." Mr. Cryptor said ominously. "Your friends can't help you in tests either, so you better study hard." Mr. Cryptor turned around and walked back to his desk. Lloyd went to the door and clenched his fist. Still the worst teacher. Kai was waiting outside, which was very nice of him to do. "Time for english cla-". Before he could finish, the speakers turned on. "Teachers and students, please head to the auditorium. There are some announcements to make that are important." Said Principal Garmadon. "Ooh." Kai said. Everyone headed to the auditorium doors, waiting in line. "Wonder what could be so important." "I have no idea" Lloyd said. "But I get to miss some of English class, so I don't care much.
Everyone got a seat in the auditorium. Cole had to use only one seat this time, especially since the Dean, Nadakhan, was nearby. Nadakhan was super strict, and was the one who punished people for being bad. Everyone waited patiently for Principal Garmadon to get on stage. Announcements were rare, since there's barely any changes. Garmadon walked onto stage. His four arms behind his back. He moved one onto the mic and tapped it. "Hello students. Let's make this quick. There are some big things I'd like to announce to you all."
