In the lab, Fairy Godmother sat next to Doug at the computer.
"So what were you thinking for some new Megazord combinations?" He asked.
Fairy Godmother thought for a second. "How about for one, it's Mal's Zord combined with Audrey's, Jordan's, and Dizzy's?" She suggested.
Doug typed on the computer and put together an image of a Megazord with the Raven Zord as the cockpit, the Peacock Zord as the left arm, the Swan Zord as the right arm, and the Dragon Zord as the torso and legs with its wings on the back and its head and tail forming a sword.
"Wonderful!" Fairy Godmother said with a grin. "Now, what should we call it?"
"Since it's Zords that can fly, why don't we call it the Sky Defender Megazord?" Doug offered.
"Certainly fits." She said.
Doug nodded then the two moved on. "What's next?" He asked.
"Perhaps Chad's Zord could be combined with Jay's, Carlos's, and Evie's."
Doug typed in the combination and it soon showed the Bear Zord as the cockpit and torso with the Deer Zord as the left arm, the Wolf Zord as the right arm, and the Snake Zord as the legs.
"I like this." Fairy Godmother said. "A name for it?"
"How about... the Land Defender Megazord?" He asked.
"Perfect." She said. "Up next...The Gator Zord, the Hammerhead Zord, and the Manta Zord."
Doug typed up the combination and they got a Megazord with the Manta Zord as the cockpit, the Hammerhead Zord as the right arm, and the Gator Zord's head as the torso and its legs, but its tail formed the left arm.
Fairy Godmother smiled.
"Since this Megazord uses aquatic based Zords, maybe...the Sea Defender Megazord?"
"Excellent!" Fairy Godmother said. "Two more."
Doug typed up a combination for Ben and Sarah's Zords and got a Megazord that had the Stallion Zord as the arms and legs, the Ultra Zord as the torso, and the Phoenix Zord as the cockpit. The head and attached mane along with the tail formed a sword.
"Very impressive." Fairy Godmother said.
"I have an idea for the name. The Ultra Blazing Megazord." Doug told her.
Fairy Godmother nodded in approval. "That leaves just your Zord, Ruby's, John's, Lonnie's, and Shari's." She said.
"I'm already on it." He said then began typing and he got the Lion Zord as the torso and cockpit, the Leopard Zord as the left arm, the Panther Zord as the right arm, the Tiger Zord as the left leg, and the Cheetah Zord as the right leg. The tails from the five Zords formed different weapons, the tail from the Lion Zord retained its Mace as a weapon, the Tiger Zord's tail turned into nunchucks, the Panther Zord's tail turned into a sword, the Cheetah Zord's tail turned into a Bo Staff, and the Leopard Zord's tail had a hammer on the end.
"Amazing." Fairy Godmother smiled.
"I'll call it the Wild Cat Megazord." Doug said.
Fairy Godmother smiled still. "Let's get the others down here then you can tell them. I need to help get the festival ready." She said.
Doug nodded then called the others as Fairy Godmother left the lab.
Today was Auradon Day, which celebrated the unification of all the kingdoms that made up Auradon. Everyone, including the VK Defender Rangers, were excited about the festival that would be set in Auradon City.
On the Isle, however, the villains were looking to put an end to Auradon on the day it was created.
Maleficent was showing a monster all the current Megazord combinations and attacks so it could study and counter them.
"You're sure this will work?" Evil Queen asked.
"Positive, E.Q." Maleficent said.
"Let's hope it does. Those accursed brats of ours must be defeated." Jafar said.
"And they will." Cruella said.
"This plan is foolproof." Maleficent said as the four villains all laughed evilly then Maleficent walked to her monster. "Did you study all of them?" She asked and it nodded, grunting. "Then go to Auradon and deal with those pesky Rangers." She said then Jafar opened a portal and the creature charged through it.
In the lab, Doug told his teammates about the new Megazord combinations and showed the the images of them.
"Doug, that is genius." Mal said with a smile.
"You said it, M." Evie said.
The others were excited as well then the alarm went off and they saw a giant monster in the city.
"Let's do it, guys!" Mal said then the Rangers morphed and headed into the city.
When they arrived, they looked at the monster.
"What do we call this one?" Carlos asked.
"How about Stone?" Jay offered.
"Basic, but it fits." Evie said.
"Still, he's big!" Lonnie said.
"He may be big, but we can take him. Let's go to the big time, guys." Mal said.
"Right!" The others said.
"It's Zord time!" Mal said and the Zords arrived.
Mal, Evie, Jay, Carlos, Freddie, and Lonnie formed their Megazord and Ben, Audrey, Jane, and Allie formed theirs. Sarah's Stallion Zord formed the arms, torso, and legs while her Phoenix Zord formed the head and cockpit of the Blazing Stallion Megazord. Doug and John attached their Zords to Jordan's, Dizzy combined her Zord with Chad's, and Shari combined her Zord with Ruby's.
"Tiger Kick!" Lonnie called out, and the Defender Megazord moved to kick Stone, but it kicked as well, blocking the attack. "No way!"
"Hammerhead Punch!" Jane said then the Ultra Megazord moved to punch Stone, which returned the blow with a punch. "Guys, I've got to bad feeling about this."
"Tail Attack!" Jordan called out and the Dragon Zord spun around, swinging its tail, only for Stone to grab the tail and flip the Zord to its back. "Man, that was harsh."
"Peacock Strike!" Dizzy said then her Zord swung back, but then Stone blasted lasers from its eyes and they hit the Bear Zord. "We haven't even put a dent in it yet!"
"Panther Jab!" Shari called out and the Panther Zord was ready to punch, but Stone kicked the Lion Zord back. "It's like this thing knows every move we're gonna make."
Mal thought for a second before she frowned. "My mom must've had this thing study past Megazord fights we've had!" She said.
"So they don't know about the new combos!" Ben said.
"Everyone, detach your Zords. Time to put those new combos to use!" Mal said then the Rangers did just that.
On the Isle, the villains watched what the Rangers were doing.
"What are they up to?" Ursula asked.
In her Zord, Mal looked at Audrey, Jordan, and Dizzy. "You ready, ladies?" She asked.
"Oh, yeah!" Jordan, Audrey, and Dizzy said.
"Sky Defender Megazord!" The four said then formed the Sky Defender Megazord.
Chad looked at Evie, Jay, and Carlos. "You three up for it?" He asked.
"Let's do it!" The three VKs said.
"Land Defender Megazord!" They called out and formed the Land Defender Megazord.
Freddie turned to Jane and Allie's Zords. "Our turn!"
"Right!" The two said.
"Sea Defender Megazord!" The trio said and formed the Sea Defender Megazord
Ben looked at Sarah. "Shall we?" He asked.
"You know it!" She replied.
"Ultra Blazing Megazord!" The two of them said then formed the Ultra Blazing Megazord.
Ruby turned to Doug, John, Shari, and Lonnie. "That leaves us!" She said.
"Yeah!" All four said.
"Wild Cat Megazord!" The five said and they formed the Wild Cat Megazord.
On the Isle, the villains were shocked by the new combinations of Zords.
"We've never seen those Megazords before!" Clayton said.
"You told us this would be our victory, Maleficent!" Lady Tremaine said.
"SILENCE!" Maleficent shouted and the villains fell silent. "A Megazord is still just a Megazord. Stone simply needs to adapt."
In their lair, the Dark Rangers were watching the fight.
"I'm slightly impressed." Harry said.
"I've seen better." Vickie said.
"Let's see what these new Megazords are capable of." Uma said.
In the fight, the Sky Defender Megazord struck at Stone with the Dragon Sword.
"Whoo!" Mal said. "I'm liking this!"
The Land Defender Megazord charged into the fight and punched Stone with the Deer Zord, causing Stone to stumble backwards.
"Ha! He doesn't look so tough anymore." Evie said.
The Sea Defender Megazord headbutted Stone hard.
"Now that's using your head." Allie said.
The Ultra Blazing Megazord came in with its Stallion Saber and slashed Stone.
"This. Is. Awesome!" Sarah said.
The Wild Cat Megazord used the Lion Mace first and cracked Stone, followed by the Tiger Chucks and hit Stone with them. After that, the Panther Katana was put to use and left scratches on Stone. The Cheetah Staff was struck at Stone several times before the Leopard Hammer smashed against Stone, sending it stumbling back with sparks shooting off it rapidly.
"That rock's crushed!" John said as Stone exploded.
"Defender Rangers, Auradon is safe!" Mal said.
After the battle, the Rangers were having a good time at the festival.
"Those new Megazords are powerful." Mal said quietly.
"Our parents have more trouble on their hands now." Jay said.
"Because Auradon's Protectors Never Back Down." Carlos said.
The others nodded and enjoyed the festival until the night came and they went back to their rooms.
That's chapter twenty-nine. I apologize if some of the new Megazords' weapons weren't unique and if the battle was a bit boring. Anyway, I also wanted to add that as of this chapter, this is now my longest story I've written so far.
