HotXbun: So, yesterday I ended up binge watching the anime 'Tonikawa Over the Moon for You' and me gave me the inspiration for this story, which will be set between chapters one and two of Kingdom Hearts Branded, so make sure to read the first chapter that before continuing with this.

Chapter 1 Sleeping Arrangements

Sora's POV

The wedding festivities were now over, but while everybody else was probably asleep, I was trying to get my room cleaned up before Kairi arrived.

It was going to be the first we slept in the same room as husband and wife, and I wanted to make sure it looked nice for her.

"Phew", I said. "All done. Now, on to the next task at hand."

After I said this, I looked at my bed.

"This bed is way too small for both Kairi and I to sleep on it", I said.

Then, I laid down on my bed.

"Let's see", I started. "Maybe we'll be able to both fit if Kairi sleeps on my arm? Or maybe I can hold her? Would that work?"

"Not sure", I heard somebody say.

Then...I looked up...and to my horror...saw Kairi.

"Kairi", I said in shock before my face started going red. "How long have you been there?"

"Long enough to hear you talking to yourself about how we're going to both fit on the bed", Kairi replied with a giggle.

This resulted in me going even more red before looking away in embarrassment.

"You could've told me that you were here", I pointed out.

"Sorry", Kairi apologized before sitting down on the bed. "I thought it was sweet that you were thinking about me."

Hearing this made me smile.

"Thanks", I said.

Kairi just smiled before looking at the bed.

"But you're right though", she stated. "This bed isn't going to be big enough for the two of us. Luckily I came prepared."

With that...Kairi walked over to her overnight bag and pulled out a sleeping bag.

"Oh no you don't", I stated.

Then, I took the sleeping bag out of her hands.

"Hey", she said in protest.

"There is no way I'm letting my wife sleep in an uncomfortable sleeping bag", I stated.

This caused Kairi to start thinking.

"I know", she said when she thought about something. "Why don't we get a futon?"

"A futon", I asked in confusion.

"That's what Axel and his friends use in their apartment", Kairi revealed. "He says that they're very comfortable."
