Chapter 4 Record of Our Life Together

Sora's POV

Later That Day

Kairi and I were sitting on the Paopu Fruit tree and watching the sunset.

"Smile", the former said suddenly.

And before I had time to realize what was going on, she took a photo of me on her Gummi Phone.

"What are you doing", I asked her as she looked at the photo.

"I want to take a photo everyday from now on", she replied.

"Everyday", I asked in confusion. "How come?"

"I want to keep a record of our life together as a married couple", Kairi replied. "That way, we can look back on it when we grow old together."

Hearing this made me look at Kairi in shock...before smiling at her.

Then...I took out my Gummi Phone and took a picture of her smiling at the photo she took of me.

She looked at me in shock...then smiled.

"Let's take one together", she suggested.

"Okay", I said.

Then I held up my camera as Kairi moved close to me, and as I took the photo...she kissed me on the cheek.

I looked at the photo, which had captured my shocked expression of Kairi kissing my cheek suddenly.

As she giggled at it, I smirked as I got an idea.

I suddenly kissed her, and took a photo of it.

"Hey", she said as she began to blush. "That's not fair!"

"All is fair in love and war my dear", I stated.

"Okay", Kairi started. "How do you even know that line?"

"No idea."

That Night

I was watching Kairi as she slept.

Just like the night before, she was very restless.

Also like the night before, she got up and went to go get a glass of water. How she managed to get all the way to the bathroom, fill up and drink a glass of water before managing to get back to my room while she's half asleep amazed me.

When she got back to my room, I expected her to pull my sheets down with her like she did the night before. But this time...she did something completely different.

She pulled my sheets off of me, and then...she laid down next to me with her head on my arm and her one hand touching one of mine.

I looked at her in shock, and then, without even thinking...I wrapped my arms around her and pulled her close to me before I buried my head in the back of her neck.

She's so warm and soft. And she smiles so nice too.

After I thought this to myself, Kairi began to stir.

Then...she turned around in my arms to face me...and opened her eyes.

I looked at her in shock, but she simply smiled before kissing me.

Then...she buried her head in my chest.

I smiled before pulling the sheets over us and kissing her head.

"Goodnight", I whispered softly to her. "I love you."
