Chapter 6 Seifer
Sora's POV
Ten Minutes Later
My friends and I had made our may to outside the mall's entrance.
Kairi took out her Gummi Phone before turning around and holding it up to my face.
"Smile", she commanded.
Then, I posed as she took a photo on her Gummi Phone.
"Now let me take one of you", I suggested.
"Okay", Kairi said.
But then...something happened.
She tripped on the step!
I tried to get to her...but someone else beat me to it and caught her from behind.
"Well well well", they started. "If it isn't the one who got away."
After Kairi heard this, she tilted her head to see who had caught her.
"Seifer?"
After I heard this I looked over Kairi's shoulder, and as she had said, Seifer was the one who was currently holding her.
He pushed Kairi back onto her feet and she turned around to face him.
"Hey Seifer", she greeted. "It's been a while."
"I'll say", Seifer agreed.
"You know him Kairi", I asked said person in confusion.
"I do", Kairi replied. "We met when I came to Twilight Town for the first time."
"Wait a minute", Seifer said in realisation when he saw me. "I know you! You're Sora right?"
"That's right", I replied. "Long time no see Seifer."
"I'll say", Seifer agreed before looking at Kairi. "So, how do you know Kairi?"
"Well actually", Kairi started. "We're..."
"Kairi and I are married", I replied.
And when I did...Seifer looked at Kairi and I in utter disbelief.
"M...married", he asked in shock. "There's no way that you two are married. How old are you guys anyway?"
"I'm turning sixteen next this month", Kairi revealed. "Sora next month."
"So you guys aren't even sixteen yet", Seifer asked in shock before scoffing. "There's no way that you two are actually married."
"Hey", Axel started. "I still find it weird too buddy, but Kairi and Sora are one hundred precent husband and wife."
For some reason, Seifer did not seem to like this news, as it made him look down sadly.
"Seifer", Kairi asked in confusion. "Are you okay?"
"No fair", Seifer yelled out angrily before looking at Kairi. "Why'd you even get married so young anyway, and to him no less either?"
"Because I love Sora", Kairi replied. "And I didn't want to be apart from him ever again."
After Seifer heard this, he looked down sadly.
"Whatever", he said grumpily before looking at the rest of his friends. "Come on guys. Let's get out here."
With that, Seifer and his friends left.
"What was that all about", I asked in confusion.
"Isn't it obvious", Olette asked. "Seifer has a crush on Kairi."
"What", Kairi and I asked in shock.
"Yep", Hayner replied. "And now you just unknowingly friend zoned him."
"Forget the friend zone", Pence commanded. "You 'I'm married to someone' zoned him!"
