Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS: Hidden Memories Profiles

Here at SOL Technologies, we have compiled profiles of persons of interest to the company and our interests. These profiles contain both personal and dueling information. Access to these profiles are restricted to those with high-level security clearance. (ERROR: Hacking detected. Multiple profiles have been stolen by an unknown perpetrator. Perpetrator suspected to be an Ignis.)

35. Profile 32: Ouroboros

Cypher's Profile #32 (Written by Cameron Junpei with comments from Cypher. This one is a little different from past profiles. Instead of being about a person, this one is about an organization)

Name: Ouroboros (the name is an alchemical symbol of a serpent that represents infinity)

Known Members: Zahhak, Jester, HK-70(1) (The former two are confirmed Enforcers while the latter seems to be an AI duelist that takes orders from Zahhak)

Suspected Members: Thaumiel (After he lost to Terminus, he was rescued by red lightning, the same lightning Zahhak generates. This isn't conclusive proof, but it's enough to suspect a connection)

Organizational Structure: So far, we know very little about Ouroboros's structure. All we know for certain is that they have agents called "Enforcers" (Judging by the name, Enforcers likely see tasks through. This would imply they have people above them, giving them tasks. Who they are though, we don't know)

Activity History: Unknown (According to Terminus, they've been around for decades, but they've left so thin a trail that this only a rumor)

Known Abilities: Control of the Data Storm, creation of advanced AI, manipulation of LINK VRAINS's systems, creation of Cyberse cards, enslavement of consciousness data (Some of these indicate they're working with an Ignis or have scientists who are just as smart as Dr. Kogami was)

Threat Level: S (We know little about them, but Zahhak is in a league of his own, and Jester is no pushover. And there's undoubtedly more of them out there)

Cypher Notes

-While they are capable of creating an advanced AI, said AI is highly specialized (HK-70 and HK-71 were the only AI we saw, and while they had more personality than most AI outside the Ignis, they were also oriented towards combat)

-Have an unknown connection to the Lost Incident and Dr. Hitomu Hirai (Jester's ability to manipulate the Data Storm suggests the former, and Zahhak being in possession of the Cydemon cards, which I last saw in Dr. Hirai's possession before his death, implies the latter)

-The Gold Ignis and her partner Diana have seemingly declared war on Ouroboros, and are working separately from us to oppose them (Something about this group has Goldie worried. Really worried. I don't know what, but it's probably a good idea not to underestimate this group)
