Place of Residence: Unknown (Cassiel thinks he's a foreigner, so he might be staying in a hotel or something)

Activity History: Unknown (Cam found a few references to this guy dating back a decade or so, but there's nothing concrete. Just like Jester and Zahhak, the guy is practically a ghost)
Win-Loss Ratio: Unknown (He's been an Enforcer for a long time, so supposedly he's had a great deal of victories, but he drew against Cassiel)
Skill Level: A (He's not at Zahhak's or Jester's level, but he's certainly skilled. Based off of our encounters with the others, a certain level of skill must be a requirement for Enforcers)
Notes
-Witchcrafter Deck focuses on Special Summoning Spellcaster monsters and reusing Spell Cards. Does not possess a lot of attack power but makes up for it with effects (It's one of those "Weak But Skilled" Decks. Can work amazingly, but only if the duelist is good enough with the cards)
-Has only shown usage of Link Summoning (Same as Zahhak. This does not make him weak by any definition of the word)
-His attitude is far more affable than his fellow Enforcers. Whereas Zahhak and Jester are arrogant and condescending while Thaumiel is sadistic, Merlin is almost friendly (If he's older than the others, he may have been the one to teach them, or at least had a hand in their instruction)
Cypher's Addendum: Don't let this guy's personality fool you; he's still an Enforcer, and he's friends with Zahhak and Jester. Even if he's nicer than them, that just makes him more dangerous, because we might underestimate how crafty he is. It's always the nice ones, after all.
