Real name: Yukaro Saiba (I did a bit of research, and he's actually a descendent of Ryo Marufuji, the most famous user of Cyber Dragons. Not sure if that's through Ryo himself or his younger brother though)

Other aliases: The Cyber Mechanist (Not a bad name, but I'm not sure if it fits anymore considering his new Deck)

Gender: Male

Age: 19 (The same age as Go Onizuka and a year older than Thaumiel)

Place of Residence: Unknown (It seems he was living in Den City but moved out of his hotel room when he started working for Ouroboros. A security measure most likely)

Deck: Cyberdark/Cyber Dragon (In addition to his previous Cyber Dragon cards, he added a new archetype called Cyberdarks. Check the notes for more information)

Ace Monster(s): Cyberdarkness Dragon (His new ace monster. It only has 2000 ATK, but its effect can raise its ATK far higher)

Skill: Cyberdark Rush (When his monster attacks his opponent's monster, it can attack a monster again, and if Techbane's monster has an Equip Card equipped, it can either inflict piercing battle damage or double the damage. A nasty Skill indeed)

Occupation: Bounty hunter (Though considering his recent affiliation with Ouroboros, this may no longer apply to him)

Allegiance: Ouroboros (They hired him to duel against Morningstar, though we don't know why he would work for them in the first place)

Activity History: Has worked as a bounty hunter for 2 years. Was first hired by SOL, but now works for Ouroboros (We don't know why he agreed to work for them though)

Win-Loss Ratio: 60% (He suffered a number of losses but his victory over Galahad helped him maintain his ratio)

Skill Level: B (He's definitely improved his Deck considering he almost defeated Morningstar)

Notes

-New Cyberdark cards focus on searching and sending monsters to the GY to serve as Equip Cards for more powerful Fusion and Link Monsters (His Cyberdark monsters tend to have low ATK, but their effects of equipping monsters from the GY can raise their ATK stupidly high)

-Cyberdark Deck makes use of both Fusion and Link Summoning, with Link-2, Link-4, Level 8, and Level 10 monsters (He also added a new Chimeratech monster but primarily uses his Cyber Dragon Fusion Monsters as Equip Cards for his Cyberdark and Cyberdarkness monsters)

-Was hired by Ouroboros to duel for them alongside Lightning's faction, but the reason for his acceptance is unknown (Morningstar asked him, but he didn't answer. A bounty hunter's and a duelist's pride)

Shoichi's Addendum: Techbane lost to Morningstar again, but he was much stronger than he used to be. His integration of his two Decks wasn't perfect, and he let his desperation get him before backpedaling into being too cautious. That same weakness probably won't work against the Enforcers though.
