The entire school day was over, Luca had packed up his backpack and was ready to go back to Giulia's house, however as he got out the doors, he once again saw Miguel getting a lot of attention, Luca did not really mind but the entourage, the only thing that bothered him was it was in the way of the exit, "Mi scusi, but could you clear the way?, I need to get home", but one of the kids replied "Go find your own way perdente", taking offense, Luca replied back "Okay, that wasn't very nice, I just wanna get out", angry, the other kid said "Fammi!", this caused an angry Luca to push him aside "HEY, WHAT ARE YOU-", Luca all a sudden accidentally knocked the Mexican boy to the ground, causing the entire school to gasp, "Mi dispiace Miguel... I didn't mean to knock you over", to which Miguel said "Oh no... está bien, it's all good..." to which Luca sighed with relief, however a snobby student, presumably having too much time to spare, yells out in anger "Oh c'mon... I was expecting a fight", this caused the other students to get on his side, however both express disinterest, "I'm sorry but I have no intention of fighting Miguel", "What are you? femminucce?, COMBATTI, COMBATTI, COMBATTI, COMBATTI", this invoked Luca's previous encounter with the bully, which got him into boxing in the first place, this time however it was between Luca and Miguel, who never intended to fight one another... until now.
"Well, what are we gonna do?" said Miguel, "I don't know" replied Luca, "But I do feel that your attention kinda started this...", "¿Qué dijiste?" said Miguel with a not so happy expression, Luca said "I don't hate you, it's just that-" but Miguel interrupted with "I've heard enough, let's see what you're made of Pequeño pez!", when Luca heard that word, it gave him bad memories of Ercole and his similar word "Piccoletto", thus Luca became just as angry, "Alright Stupido... If that's what you want, I'll give it to ya..." both boys raised their fists up ready to fight, they close in at each other ready to strike a blow when suddenly...
"FERMARE!"
Giulia stopped them at the last minute, to the disappointment of the other kids who wanted to see some action, "Can we just stop?, this has gone too far", Giulia said with a loud voice, however one of the kids told her to go away, but Giulia threatened them with a stink eye, after some time, another student came in and came up with what he thought would make a compromise, "How about they settle this once and for all in the ring?", to the surprise of Giulia and Luca, "T-The Ring?" both said, "Sì, A full on no holds barred boxing match! You two can duke it out to your hearts content in the ring in a real fight to the finish" he replied, after some time to think, the entire students agreed, he then asked the two "Well?, you in or your out?", "Absolutamente" Miguel said, "I'm more of a singer but I can handle myself well in a fight", Luca then said "Yeah... sure I guess", the deal was set, the fight will take place Friday, December the 13th at the school gymnasium.
At home, Luca lied worryingly in his makeshift bed, dreading what was to come, Giulia came into the room, "Luca? are you okay?" Luca continued to stay silent until he said something, "I couldn't have started that..." he said, "I'm so dead...", "You are not dead, if you can beat the ever-loving hell out of that Marciano Ferrari guy, you can do it against Miguel too", Giulia replied, however Luca still doubted it, feeling he defeated him purely by luck, "Remember what Alberto said?", "at this point I'm not sur-" Giulia then interupted him saying "SILENZIO BRUNO!, say it", "Silenzio Bruno?-", "Not like THAT, yell it out, 1, 2, 3..." they both yelled "SILENZIO BRUNOOOOOOO!", however an old man who was next door said "WILL YOU KIDS BE QUIET?, I'm trying to sleep here!", "Scusa...", Giulia said, "Anyways, It was not luck, it was those two magic words, never forget them Luca..., now, time to get some rest, we got plenty of time to get you ready...", as they went to sleep, Luca had a confident look once again, feeling that the words "Silenzio Bruno" is his good luck charm, he then went to rest.
