But he was so close to her. A million feelings ran through her; she tried to still her fast-beating heart.

She hated this false sense of security.

He wanted her to be ok with it, calm as Sango said. He wanted his touch to be natural to her, wanted even. He wondered what she would do if he licked her? He decided to leave that for another day, baby steps.
