Shizuoka Prefecture
It started as a peaceful day. The weather was beautiful, and it was a comfortable temperature. No one could have predicted the tragedy for two little boys and the grief and rage they would feel. Not like anyone would care if they did.
The day started as usual. The two families met up at the local park. The boys no more than four years old went to play in the forest that the enclosure contained. The parents sat on the benches that littered the park. The kids played for about an hour before their parents called them to leave small little explosions, and bursts of lighting became apparent as the two boys protested. The two families headed to eat when a shady man stepped from an alleyway ahead of them, his arms morphing into small sidearms, and ordered them into the alley.
The man was looking around in a clear sign of nervousness. Even an untrained eye could tell that this man was not a hardened criminal, just someone who was down on their luck and had reverted to mugging to pay off some debt or another. The two families' stepped in front of the others to shield things if the situation got a little desperate. The man frantically shouted at them to give up everything they had, while the men were just trying to calm him down. One of the men made the mistake of stepping forward, which caused the mugger to fire his quirk, killing the man instantly. In a panic, the man fired three more times, killing the remaining father and the two mothers, leaving the two boys just staring at the bodies.
The man aimed his arm-guns at the children but didn't fire. He looked at them, then said. "You say nothing understood?"
The two children nodded as the man bent down and grabbed the wallets of the two men and booked it out of the alley. The two kids sat down, the bolder of the two comforting the other.
They sat there for a while before they heard footsteps from further down the alley. The two looked over and saw a man walking toward them. He had long shoulder-length black hair, a pair of yellow goggles covered his eyes, and he was wearing a black long sleeve shirt, a matching pair of pants tucked into a pair of black combat boots; he also had a scarf around his neck.
Once he got to their position, he looked at the pair of them. "Well, hello, little ones. What happened here?" He looked at the four bodies.
One of the kids, a blond, spoke up first. "A man killed our parents and ran."
The man took off his goggles and raised an eyebrow. "And why didn't a hero stop him?"
The other kid, a green-haired boy, spoke up. "No hero came." His voice laced with the seed of resentment. The blond nodded in agreement, his eyes sharing the emotion.
The man smiled before speaking. "Do you want revenge on the man who killed your parents?"
The two kids looked at each other as if having a silent conversation before looking back at the man with determination in their eyes and nodded.
The man's smile widened. "Then come with me, and I'll give you the ability to do so."
The two boys' names were Katsuki Bakugo and Izuku Midoriya. They would come to be known as the villains, Atom Bomb and Voltage, respectively.
Outside Chiba Prefecture
A black hair kid ran around a complex without a care in the world. The kid dodged the legs of his parents' workers as he headed toward the private section, where he knew he would find his parents. As he burst into the room, he saw his parents sitting on a couch across from a man he had never seen before. The kid had jet black hair like himself and his mother. He wore a black wife-beater with a pair of black pants and shoes. The man was very muscular, and there was what looked like a big club with half-circles all over it.
The appearance of the small child made the three adults jump a little but smile when the shock went away.
The only woman in the room stood up, walking over to the child, and picked him up. "There you are. We told you not to be late."
The child looked a little guilty before he said. "It's not my fault. Aika-san wouldn't let me leave."
The child's father laughed. "Told you she would."
The mother just sighed and sat back down on the couch. "Well, that doesn't matter. Eji, this is the man we told you about."
The child looked at his mother. "The one that will teach me to fight?"
"Yes, with your quirk what it is, you'll need some training to survive in this world, and this man will teach you the ways of the kanabō."
"But what if I don't want to learn to fight."
His father leaned forward and looked him in the eye. "Do you want to succeed me someday?" The child nodded vigorously. "Then you need to learn how to defend yourself."
The boy looked at the man across the table and studied him before turning back to his parents. "If you trust him," He raised his tiny hand and formed it into a fist. "Then I will too. When do we start?"
The three adults smiled a little before they all stood up. The man smiled and reached for the club. "We will start whenever you are ready. Of course, your actual weapon training won't start for at least two years."
The child nodded. That night they had their first training session.
The child's name was Eijiro Kirishima. He would become a villain whose name scared anyone who heard it, Oni.
Hosu
In Hosu, we see a boy about 4 curled up in an alleyway, crying. The boy had been out with his parents at the mall nearby when they told him they were going to the bathroom. The only problem was that it had been seven hours ago. Not knowing what to do, he started trying to walk home, but he didn't make it a mile before realizing he was lost. So he wandered into the alley. He had been there for around six minutes before he dozed off.
While he was asleep, a man dressed in leather with various knives around his body and a katana on his back dropped from the roof. His landing was quiet enough not to wake the child, but that didn't keep the child from escaping his notice. He looked at the child for a few minutes before he scooped him up and brought him back to his apartment.
The child slept for another hour before waking up. As he woke up, it took him some time to realize he was no longer in the alley but a bed in an unknown room. He looked around and noticed the man sitting a little was off who seemed to be asleep, but the moment the boy sat up, the man looked over.
"So, you're finally awake." The child didn't say anything back but did scoot away from the man, causing him to let out a chuckle. "Relax, kid; I'm not going to hurt you. Can you tell me why you were in the alley?"
The child looked down. "My parents left me. They said they were going to the restroom, but they were gone so long."
The man sighed and stood up before picking up a glass of water and walking over and held it out. "I'm sorry, but I think your parents left you but not to worry. If it's ok with you, I'll raise you and teach you everything I know."
The child looked up at the glass before looking past it at the man's face. He stayed silent for a bit before taking the glass of water and started to sip before he answered. "What will you teach me?"
"Various things, how to fight, defend yourself, and some vital life lessons, as well as how to read and write."
The boy took another couple of sips before he looked back at the man and nodded.
"You can call me Chizome Akaguro or Stain, whichever one."
The boy took another sip of the water. "Tenya Iida."
The man smiled. "Well, then Tenya, we'll relax for now let you get accustomed to your new life as my ward and student."
Tenya nodded and drank the rest of the water before going to sleep once more.
This child was Tenya Iida, the illegitimate son of the Turbo Hero: Ingenium and The hero Mandalay, but not after that day. He would become the legacy of the Hero Killer Stain, know to the public as; Shade.
Near Shizuoka Prefecture
The cry of a child in pain rang throughout the house, accompanied by the smack of a body of tatami. The other three occupants of the house not in the dojo didn't even flinch as this had become a common occurrence. Though that's not to say they didn't care, the moment they heard their brother's cry, two became concerned their father would go too far this time, and one was filled with rage on behalf of the little boy. The oldest, Touya, stepped out of the bedroom he shared with his youngest and marched toward the built-in dojo in the back of the house, and flung the door open to see a large man towering over a young boy around the age of 5 with medical wraps dangling from his hand as if torn off something. The young boy was on the floor, propped up by his hands, a nasty, fresh burn scar over his left eye.
"Father!"
The large man turned around with rage in his eyes and growled out. "What are you doing here, boy?"
"It's only been a day since the incident. Shoto needs rest. That's what the doctor said."
The dojo was flooded with silence, only being broken by the child's soft sobs before the man dropped the medical wraps and walked up to Touya. "You think you can dictate how I train my child?"
Touya looked up at his father. "No, but I think the police and CPS would love to know what you are doing here."
The man stared at Touya before he huffed and walked past him and disappeared around the corner.
Touya walked over and picked up the wraps before walking over to the younger boy.
"Hey, Shoto, are you ok?" He said while kneeling and started wrapping the gauze around his burn.
The boy, now names Shoto, cried as he let his brother rewrap his scar.
Once Touya finished rewrapping the gauze, he picked Shoto up and carried him back to their room, placing him on his futon, and went to step away before he felt Shoto grab his leg.
Looking down, he saw fear and desperation in his youngest brother's eyes. "Is my left side really ugly?"
Touya felt something shift in him when he heard. It was then he made up his mind that he would not let Shoto grow up in this hell hole of a house. He kneeled and placed his hand on Shoto's shoulder. "No, it's not, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise."
A few sobs escaped Shoto before he spoke again. "But mom said…"
"Ignore what mom said. She wasn't in her right mind yesterday."
Shoto nodded twice before he laid down on the futon and went to sleep.
The moment Shoto closed his eyes, Touya went to work. He pulled his a Shoto's suitcases down and packed as many clothes that would fit in each. He then went to the kitchen and filled a sack of canned foods along with a can opener. The last thing he did was pick up his phone and made a call.
"Hey, it's me. Could you hide my brother and me for a while?" He stayed quiet as he listened to the person on the other side of the call. "I know it's just another IOU, but I have no other option, and I will not leave my brother alone here." He listened some more before sighing in relief. "Thank you, and we will be there later tonight." With that, he put his phone back in his pocket and hid all he had got ready in case his father came around and sat in the room watching the sleeping form of Shoto.
Later that night
Shoto had woken up a few minutes before, and Touya had explained the plan. Shoto was still confused about it but seeing as it was his big brother, he trusted him completely. They were currently sneaking through the front yard towards the gate. Touya used his quirk and melted a portion of the gate large enough to let them both through. They had gotten down the block before a roar of rage erupted from their house.
Touya scoped up Shoto and dropped their bags, and started putting as much distance between them and their enraged father as quickly as possible.
After running for what seemed like a couple of hours, he slowed down and stopped in front of a dingy old building. He placed Shoto on the ground, who stayed close to his leg, and knocked on the door. After a few minutes, the door opened a crack and a grey eye pocked through. "Who is it?"
Touya sighed. "It's me now; open up; we don't have much time."
The door closed again as the rattling of multiple locks could be heard before it opened up to the body the eye belonged to appeared in the door. The man had grey hair and a bit of scruff on his face. He was wearing a white button-down with a purple pair of pants and a matching blazer. "Come in." He stepped to the side, allowing the two to enter. "You know, I was surprised when you said you were bringing your brother. That wasn't part of the original plan, and you weren't supposed to come until next month."
"I couldn't leave him," Touya said as he looked down at Shoto, how stared at the other man while hiding behind Touya. "Our father didn't care that he was injured, and our mother said something that stuck with him."
The man nodded. "While in any case, I should warn you. There's another resident that will be joining us later tonight. A client of mine. He can be a bit grumpy and brooding, but the good news is he's bringing two youngsters of his own about your brother's age so they can play while we talk business."
Touya raised an eyebrow. "We?"
The man laughed. "Yes, we. This is how you're paying me back. One year of working for me per favor."
Touya sighed. "Whatever, Giran, let's do it."
Later that night, a strange man arrived with two kids, one with green hair and a bit of an excitable crazy personality, and the other had ash-blond hair and a bit brash, but the three kids who hit it off somehow were playing in the other room.
The strange man looked Touya up and down before speaking. "Who's this?"
Touya opened his mouth to speak before Giran spoke first. "This is my new assistant…" He thought for a moment before saying. "Dabi."
Touya looked at Giran. "That's not my name."
"It is when you're dealing with supervillains."
The man rolled his eyes. "I was told it would be only us."
Giran chuckled. "Well, that was the plan before Dabi here called unexpectedly, saying he needed to get his little one out of the house away from his father."
"Fine, but I don't like plans changing without my notice."
Giran waved his hand dismissively. "Yeah yeah, anyway, shall we get down to business."
Giran pulled out a folder with the name Yaoyorozu. "Everything you wanted is in this folder, though. I still don't know why you're interested in that family."
The man grunted. "It's none of your business what we want."
Touya raised his eyebrows. "We?"
Giran chuckled again. "Yeah, what didn't you recognize this man. He's Eraserhead; I'm sure you know who that is?"
Touya's eyes widened as he stepped back in surprise.
Eraserhead scoffed. "You're the first to not recognize me on sight, meaning you're new to the villain game."
Touya nodded. "I am. I still need to change my appearance."
Eraserhead nodded before it looked like a light turned on. "Since you're working for Giran, you won't have time for your brother, right?"
Touya looked up, surprised, before looking over at Giran, who answered for him. "That would be the correct assumption."
Eraserhead nodded. "How about he comes with me. We'll take care of him and train him. It would be good for him."
Touya stared, silent as he thought it over. After a while, he sighed. "You're right; just don't hurt him. He's still recovering from an accident yesterday."
Eraserhead chuckled. "Don't worry; he'll be well taken care of."
Touya nodded and turned around, and headed to the door. When he opened it, he saw the three children sitting around and talking. "Shoto."
The bichromatic-haired boy looked over and smiled before running over. "Yes?"
Touya knelt and placed his hand on his shoulder again. "Look, I'm going to be working for Giran here, so I'm not going to be able to look after you." A shadow fell over both of them, indicating Erasurehead's presence. "So you're going with Erasurehead here."
Shoto looked at the man. "But why do I have to leave you?"
Touya turned Shoto's eyes back to him. "Because I can't take care of yourself and work at the same time."
"Then why don't you stop working?"
Touya sighed. "Because I can't. That's not how things work here. Don't worry; you'll still see me."
Shoto looked at Touya before nodding slightly and walked back to the other kids, who were sporting a manic smile and an aggressive one, respectively.
Touya stood up and faced the black-haired man. "Alright, he's all yours."
Eraserhead nodded, hiding his mouth behind his scarf. "That's good." He walked past and headed for the door. "Come along, children."
The three children followed closely behind. Shoto looked back once more before they disappeared through the doorway.
Little did everyone in that house that night that little Shoto Todoroki would become an infamous villain who enjoyed watching the world burn, his name; FrostBurn.
Nagoya City Akebono Orphanage, Nagoya, Achi, Japan
It was a sunny afternoon, a nice day for anyone except a certain little girl. She laid behind the building. Her clothes were so dirty and roughed up that their colors were hard to make out. She had large eyes and a frog-like face. She also has larger than average hands. Overall, her form looked similar to that of a frog to an extent.
She made no moves to get up, just laid in the dirt, weeping, curled up in a ball. This little girl was known as Tsuyu Asui. She was the youngest kid in the orphanage she was at. Because of her quirk, the kids and even the staff would call her a freak, and the older kids would take her out back and beat her down.
Little did all of them know that things were going to change. Because at that moment, there happened to be someone walking by. This person had a very devil-may-care look about them.
Their black shoulder-length hair swept to the left with the side cut short. They were worn-out ripped-up jeans with a white t-shirt and a black leather jacket over it. They were relatively tall and looked English.
Their name was Lorelei Gray. She had been stranded in Japan when her parents left her and had been surviving on the streets ever since.
Her quirk allowed her to absorb radiation and use it as a weapon. As she was walking past the backyard of what she thought was a pretty good orphanage, she heard crying and looked over the fence where she saw the small frog girl.
Looking at the building, she saw that all the curtains were closed, but she occasionally saw someone peek through the window, showing that they knew she was out there but didn't do anything. She leaped over the fence and approached the frog girl.
"Hey, are you ok?"
The little girl jumped a little before she peeked through her fingers. "Everyone is so mean."
Lorelei smiled a little before she sat down. "I'll bet they are but don't worry; I'm not. My name is Lorelei; what's yours?"
"Ts-Tsuyu A-Asui." She hiccuped through her tears
"What a pretty name, Tsu. Can I call you Tsu? A cute nickname for a pretty little girl."
Tsuyu sat up and looked at this her. "The other kids say I'm ugly."
"Well, the other kids are wrong. You are beautiful."
"Th...then you can c...call me Tsu."
Lorelei smiled. "Well, my name is Lorelei. Are you happy here?" Just looking at the girl, Lorelei knew the answer, but she wanted to hear it from the girl.
Tsu looked at Lorelei in surprise as if she was the first to care about her happiness before she shook her head. "No, I'm not."
"Would you like to come with me?"
"Where?"
"Anywhere we want... Want to see Tokyo- I can get us there or perhaps you want to see Kyoto. We can go wherever we want and do whatever we want, without anyone to tell us we can't." Lorelei stood up and held out her hand. "So what do you say?"
Tsu looked at Lorelei's hand before looking back at the house. "What about…"
"Forget about them. They don't deserve your consideration."
Little Tsu looked back at her before slowly nodding her head. "Alright, let's go."
Lorelei smiled before picking up the girl and started walking back to the fence. She placed Tsu on it as she jumped back over and picked her up, and walked off.
That little girl, Tsuyu Asui, would go on to do great and terrible things as the villain known as Venom.
Aichi Prefecture
The family that lived in the mansion on the hill was, outwardly, the perfect family. The mother and father were smart and rich, and their 4-year-old daughter was very bright for her age and had just awoken a very powerful quirk.
But the family had more secrets and skeletons than anyone could find out legally. The father was bold, aggressive, hot-tempered, and abusive, and the mother was aloof and negligent.
Together this made their daughter's life a living hell earlier on.
Right now, the little girl was shaking in front of her father, who was looking at a piece of paper. His face slowly morphed into a scowl as his mood darkened. His hand shot out and struck his daughter as he let go of the paper that drifted down and landed face up. It was a test that had a B+ in red on it.
"I thought I told you I wouldn't tolerate anything less than an A+ from you?"
"I'm sorry, daddy. There was a question that I had expected on it."
A fist struck her face sending her to the ground. "No excuses, you don't miss a single question. No dinner tonight, You will find the answer to that question, and then I want you to write it down a hundred times before you go to bed or no breakfast tomorrow. Do you understand?"
Tears rolled down the girl's cheeks as she stood up. "Yes, sir."
"Don't disappoint me again. You may leave."
The girl scrambled out of the room, bumping into her mother. Who looked down at her.
"Watch where you're going, girl."
She started up the stairs to her room, where she pulled out her textbook from her class. She read through the chapter they had looked over, finding the answer before she started to write it down. "Maybe if I don't disappoint daddy, he and mommy will love me again." She did all of this while tears poured down her face.
She wrote an hour, but sadly, she got to 99 before her mother entered the room to put her to bed. Her mother grabbed the sheets of paper she a written on and took them, and the little girl got in bed; her stomach ached from lack of food, and she knew there would be no release from the pain until she got to school. And so the little girl cried herself to sleep.
That little girl is the only daughter of the Yayorozu family, Japan's wealthiest family, Momo Yayorozu. She would become one of the most dangerous villains with her quirk and intelligence, Creation.
Mie Prefecture
In Mie Prefecture, there was a successful construction company. The company was one of the biggest in the city, but it started to decline in contracts as the owner lost his wife and remarried an attention whore.
She didn't like that he spent more time at work than she wanted, so she started to manipulate him into staying home. But unfortunately for her, there was another obstacle.
"Honey, I'm home." Called out a male voice. Immediately a small girl ran down the hall and jumped into her father's arms.
"Hi, daddy."
"Hey, little bean, how are you? Where you good for mommy?"
The little girl gave looked confused before answering. "I think I was, but mommy looked angry every time she looked at me."
The father laughed a little. "Well, maybe mommy had something on her mind that made her agitated."
There was the sound of heels clicking on the hardwood floor as the wife walked down the hall. Her hands subtly glowed a dark red as the same shade could be seen surrounding the husband's head if one knew to look for it. "Hello dear, the little one needs to go to her room to clean it, don't you think?"
The husband stared off for a minute before placing his daughter down and nodded. "Yes, go clean your room?"
The little girl, not knowing anything was wrong, just smiled and nodded and ran off.
The glowing became more noticeable as the husband's eyes glazed over as she put her plan into action to get rid of the daughter.
"We don't need her. She's just a hindrance, and she gets in the way of us. If you want me to stay, you need to get rid of her, don't you think?"
The husband absently nodded. "Yes, she needs to go." His voice, absent of all emotion.
"Get rid of her as you see best. She needs to go tonight. Don't you think?"
"Yes."
The wife smiled as the glowing stopped, and she walked back into the kitchen. "Dinner will be ready in 10 minutes. Get rid of her."
The husband stood up with a blank look on his face as he walked towards his daughter's room. He opened the door and saw his daughter sitting in the middle of her room, making several objects float.
"Ochaco."
The know-named little girl looked over and saw her father. "Yes, daddy?"
"Follow me."
The father and daughter duo walked outside and down the street before they came across an alleyway.
The father turned around and looked at the little girl he had in tow. "Stay here and don't move at all."
Ochaco sat down at the corner and watched her father walk off.
She sat there for about 2 hours after the sunset before realizing he wouldn't be returning and started to try and find her way back home. But they had gone too far, and she didn't remember the direction they had gone, so she continued into the night before stumbling towards another alleyway and laid down and slept.
This little, abandoned girl was Ochaco Uraraka, and she would become a villain that delighted in the chaos of her action, Nebula.
