Chapter 4: Search for Suarus Rock

The next morning, Cera awoke as the Bright Circle had rizen from the other side of The Great Wall.

"Alright. Dinah. Dana. It's time to get up." She said.

However, when she looked at where the twins were sleeping, she gasped. They were gone.

"Dinah? Dana?" She asked as she looked inside a bush. "Are we playing Hide and Seek again?"

She looked inside of a fallen log. They weren't there eather.

"Oh no. They've disapeared." She said in panic. "I've gotta tell the others."

After gathering up the rest of the gang, Cera continued searching for the twins through out the valley.

"Dinah! Dana!" She shouted.

"Twins!" Littlefoot shouted as well.

"Baby Three-horns?" Petrie called out.

"Whoa!" Ducky shouted as she was thrown over on her back. "Sorry Mrs. Miha. I did not mean to harm your babies. No no no."

"You better haven't." Mrs. Miha said as she remembered when the gang almost squished her first set of eggs after they found The Great Valley.

"Kids!" Ruby shouted as she walked.

Spike on the other hand was only eating some bushes. And Chomper was using his nose to track down the twins.

"I don't have their sent anywhere." He said to Cera.

"This is terrible. I'm gonna be in so much trouble." Said Cera.

"Let's think about it." Said Littlefoot. "Where was it the last time you saw them?"

"Well, yesterday at the bubbling brown goo. Right after I saw them push you in, I walked over and talked about Doc and The Lone Dinosaur and what Saurus Rock looked like. And then Dad showed saying that I needed to grow up. And then I said to you guys you'd believe me if you saw Saurus Rock for..."

Before she could finish, she realized something. In which the others did as well as all of them shouted,

"Saurus Rock!"

Meanwhile, the twins were seen climbing their way up a mountain in which was The Great Wall. Once or twice, they almost slipped and fell down. But they kept on going.

"Sorry Rocky. Us go go." They said as kept on going.

Until they got to the top, they were amazed at the path ahead of them.

In front of them was The Mysterious Beyond. There was a gorge seen up ahead. But ahead they went.

Meanwhile, the gang was seen making their way up the same mountain though the twins were already ahead of them.

"And I remember when Dinah said his first word." Cera said as she explained to the others about her past with Dinah and Dana. "Or was it Dana? 'Shiny peepeye no no.' What ever that means."

"It means the Bright Circle is in my eyes and it hurts." Said Ruby.

"How'd you know?" Cera asked her.

"Well, Jane and Lolls are twins. And when you have twins, you can learn to speak twin sense you have twins."

"Okay. What does 'No no Grampy Topsy gurr.' mean?"

"Never make Grandpa Topps mad." Ruby answered.

"Are you sure about that?"

"No. But it is good advice. Good advice it is."

Meanwhile, the twins had arrived to the big ditch. There were some pillers seen that formed a path across.

Finding some fun, Dinah hopped across the pillers with Dana following. Once or twice, Dana almost slipped off. But she managed to pull herself back on and continue hopping until they reached the other side.

Back with the gang, they have just reached the top of the mountain and went on to find the twins.

"I hope they're okay." Cera said sadly. "Just think about them. So little. So tired. So scared."

Of course, the twins were now playing Leap Hopper as they crossed they made their way across a forest with tall trees with red trunks.

But behind them without them noticing, was a brown forest Sharptooth (Allosaurus). The forest Sharptooth made it's way over to them as they continued their game.

But as they went passed a pare of trees they were able to fit through, the Sharptooth couldn't fit as he got stuck.

Meanwhile, the gang had found themselves in front of the big ditch.

"Oh no. The twins could have never made it across there." Cera said as she was starting to worry even more.

However, as Ducky looked at the pillers. She knew what the twins might have done.

"Wait. Remember the bubbling brown goo?" She asked as she hopped onto a piller. "Maybe they hopped across the big ditch."

As she continued to hop across the pillers, Chomper began to follow.

"It's not hard. Come on." He said as Littlefoot and Ruby began to follow as well.

Cera ended up looking down before turning to the pillers.

"The things I do for family." She said as she began to hop across. "Hey. This is kind of fun."

With that said, she continued to hop across the pillers until she reached the other side.

However, Spike was seen panicking about hopping across. He thought like with the bubbling brown goo, they'd burst and he'd fall.

"Spike." Petrie said to him. "Come on."

But he didn't move.

"It okay. Just no look down."

Spike then closed his eyes as he moved to the ledge. But he was about walk off as Petrie grabbed him.

"Spike! No look down but look at something!"

That got Spike to open his eyes and move back a bit but ended up sitting on Petrie.

"Come on Spike! There's food over here!" Littlefoot shouted to him.

Upon hearing that, Spike began to hop across the pillers as he got off of Petrie.

"Oh! Wait for Petrie!" He shouted as he began to follow after him.

Without hesitating, Spike managed to continue hopping until he reached the other side and began to walk to a bush and started eating.

"Way to go Spike." Chomper said to him.

However, because of Spike's weight, the pillers began to crumble before falling down into piles of rocks at the bottom of the big ditch.

"Oh. Me guess we take long way home." Said Petrie.
