Chapter 7: The storm

Later, the gang was seen enjoying a game of tag. Except for Cera who was still upset.

However, their game was interupted by a strong ghust of wind. Ducky tried to keep her bowlince. But the wind blew her down.

"Hey. That look like fun." Petrie said as he flew up to let the wind blow him to.

"What's going on?" Chomper asked.

"I don't know but we should find the grown-ups." Said Cera.

In fact, the grown-ups were taking note of this as well.

"What is going on?" Grandma asked.

"I don't know." Said Grandpa.

"The children. Find the children." Said Bowser.

Speaking of the children, Ducky and Petrie and Spike were making their way across the wind. Followed by Littlefoot and Ruby and Chomper.

Cera was separated from the others in the wind. Until she found Dinah and Dana finding it hard to fight the wind.

"Hang on. Aunty Cera has you." She said as she grabbed them with her horn.

"Littlefoot!" Grandpa called from under some rocks that was being used for shelter.

"Right here Grandpa!" Littlefoot shouted as he and Chomper and Ruby managed to join him.

Meanwhile, Ducky, Petrie, and Spike were having a much harding time getting though the storm. Until, they saw Grandma up ahead and made their way to her.

"Hurry little ones." She said as she let them into the rocks she and others used for shelter.

"Cera! CERA! DINAH! DANA!" Topps shouted as he looked for Cera and the twins.

But because of the wind, he didn't know that Cera and the twins were near by in which also happened with them.

Soddenly, the sky-puffies began to swirl around and around and around in the air. Until they hit the ground and formed a whirling wind. Making Cera and the twins gasp as they found that they were too late to find shelter.

But, luck was on their side as Doc showed up.

"Hang on kids! Keep your heads down!" He shouted as he ducked himself down. Alouing Cera and the twins to duck and avoid the whirlwind.

The whirlwind went on for a while as it made a huge mess in the valley. Knocking over trees and rocks everywhere. Until, at last, it stopped and vanished.

"It's...it's over." Littlefoot said as he and the others stepped out from under the sheltering rocks.

Topps was seen pushing himself out from under some fallen trees before shaking his body.

"Cera? Dinah? Dana?"

"Over here." Cera said as Doc let himself up to let her and the twins go. "He saved me. Dc saved me. Again. And Dinah and Dana too."

"Cerry Cerry."

"Usy blowy."

"no no."

"Uh uh."

"Yes. It is good that Cera didn't let you blow away." Topps said to the twins. "Cera. I am very proud of you. And Doc. As much as I hate to admit it, I take back what I said about you in the begining. You saved my daughter twice and now my grandkids as well. You have my thanks."

"No need for thanking me." Doc said to him.

Just then, the rest of the gang ran to her.

"Are you alright?" Ruby asked.

"I'm fine." Cera answered.

"Me no see swirling wind like that before." Said Petrie.

By then, everyone who came out of sheltering rocks looked around the place. Trees and rocks were everywhere on the ground.

"Just look at our beautiful valley." Said Kosh.

"Well, looking at it won't get it cleaned up." Said Bowser.

With that said, everyone began to clean up the mess. As they did, Kosh was upset about what happened.

"Mighty strange the way things have happened lately." He said. "Take this storm for instintce."

"We've had Whirlwinds before. They're all part of The Great Circle of Life." Said Grandpa.

"I know." Kosh said to him. "But it seems that we've had more then our fare shear of missfortions sense a certent stranger came to the valley."

"Now Kosh." Topps tried to say. But,

"I agree with Mr. Club-tail." A male tooth-head said as he walked over. "Life in this valley was just fine. Then that Longneck shows up and everything falls apart."

"That's right." Said Mrs. Miha.

"Our luck has turned."

"It's the strangers fault."

"He's bad luck."

What everyone was saying began to make Cera upset.

"Everyone. Please." Bowser said to them.

"Understand me Mr. Two-claw." Kosh said to him. "I'm not saying anything against the guy. In my own way. Aparently he saved Cera and,"

"That's right!" Cera shouted. "Doc did save me! He's the best Longneck I've ever met!"

"Cera." Topps tried to say. But,

"And he's a hero to! The only one I've ever met!"

"Calm down kid." Kosh said to her.

"He would never cause bad luck!"

"I'm not saying he was Cera. All I said was that he brought bad luck to the valley."

"He didn't! He didn't!"

"Cera. calm down." Topps said to her. "Why don't you just help us finish cleaning up for now."

Cera sighed as she went back to the others.

"Understad me Topps. I didn't mean to make her upset." Kosh said to him.

"I know. We're all upset. As much as I hate to admit it."

Sorry. This is as far as I can get in this chapter. And I need to work a little better with them. This chapter turned out terrible for me.
