"That was a great match, but we're not stopping now!" Miyuki announced. The crowd was cheering and none seemed to be bored. With a smile, she continued "So, without any further ado, here come our next fighters. Hailing from the mean streets of Vice City, he is here to show you he's a rising star in the world of boxing. Standing at 6'3 and weighting 243 pounds, with a record of 9 victories and 0 defeats and representing the Great Tja Casino 'The Burning Earth' Tyson Floyd." Rap music began play as Tyson walked out in a boxer's robe draped over his shoulders, the hood covered his face and a pair of boxing gloves were placed on his hands. He stopped in the center of the area and threw the robe off, showing his dark skin complexion as he gave the crowd a smile before throwing some punches to show his power while Miyuki smiled at his display.
"Yeah, time for me to finally be able to show my moves!" Tyson said grinning and doing a few practice jabs.
"His opponent comes from Malaysia and is a true legend among boxers who now tries to show the world peace on this stage. Standing at 5'7 and weighting 176 pounds. Representing EastNorth Airlines 'The Bodhisattva of the Open Hand' Osundak 'Osu' Jutarangaban." Calm temple music played, but no smoke was released as Osu walked out. He was an elderly man with a bald head and a small hint to what was muscles in his past, wearing a buddist robe with the EastNorth Airline logo on his back. He smiled as he looked around before turning to look at Tyson who was left in shock.
"A-are you really him?" Tyson asked the older man with visible surprise. Osu simply smiled, nodding before starting to pray. The referee walked up to the center of the ring and stared at both fighters.
"Fighters ready?" he asked them both. Osu put his hands up to show his own fighting stance while Tyson just stared at the elderly man in front of him. The referee threw his arm down, "FIGHT!" Tyson moved to close the distance between them, staring at the smiling man who had his hands up flat, before dropping to his knees and bowing to him.
"I give up, there is no way i'll raise a hand to him." Tyson said and looked up asking, "I've known about you for years, could you please teach me the ways of your style?"
"But of course." Osu answered and motioned him to stand up, smiling as he turned around, walking towards the tunnel. Tyson followed close, leaving the crowd and referee confused.
"Uhhh, the winner by forfeit, Osundak 'Osu' Jutarangaban!" After the referee declared the end of the match, the people from the crowd where still stunned after what they had just seen. In the top of the area, Nathan stood there with his arms crossed, watching the match while Norris and Nigel where standing next to him.
"I can't believe he lost by giving up to some old guy." Norris said with a glass of wine in his hand.
"No, I can feel great power from him." Nathan called in and got both of them to look at him confused, "Tyson would have lost the match if they fought. I think he could feel it since Osundak's entrance and didn't want to get his hopes up."
"No, any boxer knows about him." Nigel chined in, "Tyson had so much respect for him that instead of fighting his hero, he wanted to be taught by him instead." Taking that info. for them, the three remained watching the area as Nathan made mental notes on everything that has been going on.
In the tunnel leading towards the back area and locker rooms, Tyson and Osu were talking on their way. They were discussing when will their training start as three figures walked up to them.
"You let our boss down with that fight." one of them said smirking as he and the other two walked towards them. Osu looked at them with his old grey eyes.
"I'm a little too old to fight so many." Osu said, stretching out his arms, showing they were very long for his size and then placed his palms out in front of him like he did when the fight was about to start. The trio smirked and the leader threw a punch, only for his hand to slam into the wall. Wincing from the pain, he backed away as another one swung his own punch towards the elderly man, but his fist met the leader's face. They were left stunned before Tyson leaped over Osu and took the other two out with a single punch to them both.
"Sorry master, I'll work on my anger." he said turning back to him. Osu smiled with wonder on his face.
"That is okay, you are just starting down the right path." he said walking up and placing his hand on Tyson's shoulder, calming the young man as they headed on towards the locker room.
In one of the private boxes, a smiling man was watching the matches through a tv while his aid looked at him. The man was having a glass of wine in his hand.
"Sure, I'm wondering who did you pick for our fighter, since he is next in the tournament." his aid asked, drawing his attention from the large screen.
"You don't need to worry about him." he said smirking as he took out a cigar and placed it in his mouth, lighting it with a match and taking in a deep drag of it before blowing it out of his mouth, "I have sent handlers to take him from his room. You will see him soon." He took another long drag and blew it from his mouth, adding "And I'm sure he'll get Shibo a run for his money when they fight."
A faint light was above a single person on the ground, sitting cross legged with a calm look and calm breathing. The door of the dark room opened, flooding the place with light as it revealed a single cell with a small cot on the side and a toliet on the other, three men approached the man on the ground.
"Your match has come up." the leader of them told him. The man opened his eyes, showing deep brown irises and he jumped up from his sitting place in an instant, landing on his bare feet. He was wearing a Taekwondo dobok with the flags of both North and South Korea on him. The flag of the North was on the front of his dobok. He approached the bars and placed his hands on them to allow the men to cuff his hands and feet.
"Is all this really needed for him?" one of them asked as he finished cuffing his legs and stepping away to allow the leader to open the cell.
"He's too dangerous to keep anywhere not under lock and key outside of a fight." the leader said as the man glared at them with hatred.
"You Americans are so easily scared from little ol' me." They glared at him with an annoyed look as one got into his face before the cuffs where slammed into his jaw, then thrown into the bars with a loud crack while the second tried to throw a punch. He moved quickly and wrapped his cuffed hands around his neck choking him. The man struggled from the angle he was in before the click of the hammer from a gun was heard.
"Let him go or else our boss will resort to plan B, a burial at sea." The leader said with his gun pointed to the man's head. He let the other one go, allowing him to cough to get his breath back. The man turned to look at the leader.
"I was just showing why they needed to be on their toes." he told the leader.
"Yeah, sure. Let's move." The leader turned the man around and walked him out of the cell while the other two recovered from their scuffle. The leader continued to walk him towards the area, not noticing a figure watching him from the shadows before walking towards the cell. The figure took a glance toward the two men and quickly struck both of them, knocking them out. The figure inspected their things for something before leaving them to wallow in their guilt for letting their guards down.
