Okay, we've all seen Balan play doctor for the kids or others, but then a scenario of one of the children being scared of the dentist came to my mind and I thought 'Let's see how Balan would help a child who had a bad experience at the dentist'. :)

A Caring Uncle To Ease Your Fear
Yuri swallowed hard as she noticed the time. School was nearly out, but that meant she had to go to the dentist as she had an appointment, but she really didn't want to go. The dentist she was going to wasn't very nice to her and the last time she had gone there, the dentist had cruelly removed a loose tooth the girl had had with pliers and had yanked so hard the girl's jaw had been sore for the rest of the day, so sore that she hadn't even been able to eat. She had tried to tell her parents, but her mother claimed no other dentists were available at the time.
"What's the matter, freak?" Someone asked and she saw it was one of the bullies she often dealt with. "Afraid of the dentist?" He asked with a sneer.
"Maybe he'll remove all your teeth," said another bully nastily.
The poor girl turned away, tears gathering in her eyes. The teacher looked up, but did nothing as she watched the boys tease the girl about the dentist. "Really, Yuri," she finally spoke up. "You're a big girl now. Crying over going to the dentist is absurd."
That just made the bespectacled girl feel even worse, but just then, someone walked into the room and everyone looked up to see a man dressed in firefighter gear and he looked around until he spotted Yuri and saw the boys gathered around her. He narrowed his eyes before turning to the teacher. "I don't appreciate a child I am fond of being bullied and I don't like the way you just spoke to her," he said, his voice quiet and firm, but because of how silent the classroom was, his voice carried to the students.
The man then turned to look at Yuri and nodded, to which she nodded back and grabbed her backpack, leaving her desk and going over to him. "Ready to go, kiddo?" He asked.
She nodded and took his hand and they went to leave the classroom. "Oh, by the way," the man said, looking at the teacher. "You'll be hearing from Yuri's mother soon."
With that, he closed the door and turned to the child, picking her up into his arms. She wrapped her arms around his neck and hugged him as her tears escaped. "Yuri?" He asked softly. "What's going on, honey?"
She didn't respond right away but then lifted her head to look at him. "I'm scared, Uncle Eis," she admitted to him. "I don't want to go to the dentist."
He nodded. "Well, I have a bit of good news," he said, to which she looked at him. "The dentist you were going to go to was arrested for fraud."
Yuri blinked and he smiled gently, seeing she didn't quite understand that word. "In other words, he was lying about something," he clarified. "He tried to burn his own office down for money and that's just the beginning."
"What do you mean?" Yuri asked.
"Well, apparently, you're not the first kid he hurt," Eis said. "I saw how sore your jaw was last time and how you could barely eat."
She nodded, rubbing her jaw in the memory and he gently rubbed her back. "So while you're not going to that dentist, there is another dentist that has an opening for you," he continued.
The child looked at him fearfully and opened her mouth to protest, but the man gently covered her mouth with his hand. "Don't worry. I know this guy personally," he said. "He won't hurt you."
Yuri didn't look comforted, but saw her uncle smile at her. "Tell you what, you go to this dentist I know and I'll buy you a banana split afterwards," he said before looking around and then winking at her. "And I won't tell your mom you had ice cream before dinner."
The child looked away for a moment before looking at Eis. "Promise?" She asked.
"I promise," he said.
She nodded and her eyes widened when she saw his firetruck was parked outside her school, to which she grinned. "The captain gave me permission to take you to the dentist in my truck," he said to her.
Yuri eagerly climbed in after her uncle opened the door and gave her a boost into the seat. Sitting down, she buckled her seat belt and watched him climb in before they were off. The child was enjoying herself as she loved riding in the firetruck and it wasn't long before they stopped in an alley and to the child's surprise, they began lowering into the ground. "A new system we set up," the man said before they entered a tunnel and were soon in what looked like a garage. "Here we are."
Eis climbed out while Yuri unbuckled her seat belt, jumping in surprise when her door opened and she was met with a familiar grinning face and white top hat. "There's our little ladybug," Balan said warmly.
"Balan!" She exclaimed, leaping into his arms and he caught her, chuckling as she hugged him.
The firefighter smiled and nodded to the entertainer, who nodded back before carrying the girl away from the garage and into the theater. Yuri noticed and looked curious before looking up at the maestro. "Um, Balan?" She asked.
"Yes, my dear?" He replied, smiling at her.
"Is the dentist Uncle Eis said he knew here at the theater?"
At her question, Balan winked at her and opened a nearby door, going inside and he closed the door behind him. The bespectacled girl looked around and found the room to be exactly like a dentist's exam room and she bit her lip, growing nervous, which the tall being sensed and he smiled gently at her.
"Yuri, can you be honest with me, sweetheart?" He asked.
She nodded. "Did you have a bad experience at the dentist once, one that made you so afraid?"
At that, the girl looked away, nodding after a bit. "It was a couple years ago," she said. "My tooth was loose and the dentist pulled it out with pliers and it really hurt. I couldn't open my mouth for a while."
Balan gave her a sympathetic look. "Oh, sweetie, I can see where that would make you afraid," he said. "But you needn't worry now. I'm going to help you."
Yuri looked up at him and he smiled before he gently set her down in the dental chair and he spun around, his ringmaster clothes changing out for a dentist's outfit. The girl's eyes widened in shock and she bit her lip, curling up a little in fear, but Balan kneeled down and placed a hand on her shoulder. "Yuri, it's alright," he said, gently rubbing her back.
Tears of fear began to gather in her eyes, tears he gently wiped away. "Yuri, are you afraid of me?" He asked gently.
She shook her head. "Have I done anything to hurt you or ever steered you wrong?" He continued, his voice still gentle.
She again shook her head. "Then, can you trust me to not hurt you and help you with your fear of the dentist?"
The girl took a deep breath and looked at him, to which he gave her a gentle look. "Sweetheart, you trust me, don't you?" He asked.
"Y-Yes," she said, her voice wavering a little.
She felt his hands gently cup her face while his thumbs gently rubbed over her cheeks to soothe her. "Yuri, I would never do anything to hurt you, you know that, right?" He said.
The girl nodded. "I know," she said. "I...I just wish I didn't have to do this."
Balan could see she was starting to calm down, but her fear was still pretty strong. "Why don't we get you set up and we'll go from there?" He suggested, one hand moving to her shoulder and he gently pushed her to sit back into the chair. Swallowing, she obeyed hesitantly as a couple of the Tims came in and they jumped up to her shoulders, rubbing up against her face and neck, which made her giggle a bit. Seeing this, the maestro nodded. "Focus on the Tims, my dear."
She did and she began to relax before feeling fingers wiggle into her stomach and she began laughing, squirming before feeling fingers wiggle into her underarms while more fingers gently squeezed her knees and lower legs. She looked to see two clones along with the real maestro, who grinned at her before moving the girl's shirt up just enough to expose her belly button, to which he took a deep breath and blew a big raspberry right over that spot.
Yuri squealed at that. "AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" She laughed out before feeling the tickling stop and she tried to catch her breath. Balan chuckled, making her look up at him and he gave her a playful boop on the nose.
"There's a beautiful smile," he said before pulling an overhead light down a bit and turning it on. "Now how about we make sure it stays beautiful just like you, hmm?"
Giggling, she nodded and as he got the tools he needed, she opened her mouth and he nodded. "Don't open too wide, my dear," he said. "That will make your jaw sore and that's the last thing we want."
Nodding again, she made sure not to do that as Balan gave her a checkup. He nodded as he saw all was good. "Alright, your teeth are in good shape. Just need to do a bit of cleaning."
Yuri blinked at him. "That was quick," she said.
He chuckled. "I know you're still a bit nervous, my dear," he said, the backs of his fingers gently rubbing over her cheek in a comforting gesture.
"A little, but you're helping me not to be," she said, reaching up and holding his hand, to which he gently squeezed her hand with a smile.
"Do you want to take a break?" He asked. "Or are you alright with me continuing?"
She thought for a moment before looking at him. "I'm okay," she said as the Tims nuzzled her shoulders to help her relax more.
"Alright, but if you need a break, reach up and squeeze my hand, okay?"
She nodded and relaxed, allowing Balan to clean her teeth with the special toothbrush. She giggled a bit as the vibrations tickled a little, which made him chuckle as a clone playfully poked her stomach, making the child giggle again. Soon, the cleaning was done and Yuri rinsed out her mouth and took a deep breath, feeling better and turning to Balan, who smiled at her. "Well, I'm pleased to say your teeth are healthy and beautiful, Yuri," he said. "You're good to go."
She smiled back and watched him transform into his ringmaster suit and she got up from the chair, standing up before moving closer and hugging the tall being's right leg. He looked down at her with a smile before scooping her up into his arms, to which she wrapped her arms around his neck in a hug, a content sigh escaping her before she lifted her head up, making the maestro look at her. "Balan...thanks," she said as the two Tims that had come in and helped hopped up onto the tall being's shoulders.
"You're welcome, my dear," he said, kissing her forehead in affection and she smiled before resting her head on his right shoulder as the Tim there hopped onto the white top hat.
It was quiet for a bit before Yuri looked back up at Balan as he carried her down the hallways to the rec room. "Hey, Balan?" She said.
"Yes?" He asked.
She was quiet for a moment before taking a deep breath. "You know you're like an uncle to me, right?"
He blinked, a bit surprised. "I am?"
She heard the surprise in his voice, but nodded. "Yeah," she said before she nuzzled her face into his shoulder. "A caring uncle that helps me with my fears."
Balan smiled at that. "Yuri, I care about everyone at my theater, especially little ones like you," he said. "It's not only part of my job as the Maestro of Positivity, but something I thoroughly enjoy because you all make it worthwhile."
Yuri smiled at that before hugging him again. "Thanks, Uncle Balan," she said. "You're one of the best uncles ever."
He chuckled, hugging her back affectionately before they heard a door open and Eis came in, grinning. "How did it go?" He asked.
"Our little Yuri did wonderfully," Balan said.
Lucy came out and she looked at Eis with a knowing look. "Eis, you better hope Yuri's mother doesn't find out about that banana split," she said, the smile on her face taking the heat out of her words.
Yuri perked up at that and Balan chuckled before snapping his fingers. "I'm sure all of us can keep this little secret," the maestro said as the ingredients for the tasty treats spun around in the air and in seconds, there was banana splits to go all around. The bespectacled girl sat in the tall being's lap as they enjoyed the dessert and she leaned against his side, sighing in contentment and a large gloved hand gently stroked her head as the ringmaster smiled at his niece.
I'm going to get a cavity from all these sweet moments. XD
