Dear Mom and Dad,

By now you must have seen the Miranda broadcast. That was the secret I knew, even though I didn't realize it, the secret that tortured my thoughts and dreams. The authorities didn't want me to tell, so they hunted us. Now it is out, and everyone on every planet knows. No one can hurt us anymore.

My mind is clear, my soul is quiet. We are both safe, and we are coming home.
