"Yikes, Lyllie you're burning up like a bell pepper!" Rocket said.
It was Halloween morning and after wakijg up, Rocket noticed that Lylla was not feeling good meaning she had a cold and a bad one making him frown because he had been lookijg forward to spending Halloween with her, just as much as spending it with Casey and Shocket along with Ranger and Riley.
"I'll be okay you know?" Lylla said sniffling which was very cute in his opinion, seeing her smile hearing giggling going outside his room seeing Casey dressed as Godzilla and Shocket as Kong making him smirk guessing they had watched Godzilla Vs Kong so thought they were creative with their Halloween costumes like what he was going to be waiting until tonight hoping Casey and Shocket would not be too scared, it had been Ranger's idea.
"You're not, you're sneezing, coughing and not feeling good." Rocket replied to her.
He was calling their doctor to check her out, telling Ranger and Riley to keep an eye on Casey and Shocket but making them pumpkin-shaped pancakes which made both female-kits happy, relieving Rocket because he had to take care of Lylla sighing hearing her coughing, feeling miserable feeling bad, that she might ruin their Halloween which Rocket dismissed.
"You won't as everybody gets sick, plus we'll tell you everything." he told her putting on his shades.
Lylla understood as the doctor would want to see Rock-E not Rocket, squeezing his paw gently to make him feel better helping hearing the doorbell guessing it was the doctor, seeing Ranger open the door letting the doctor in.
Casey and Shocket hoped that Lylla was okay, plus were excited about trick or treating wondering what Rocket was going to be making Ranger and Riley giggle at this seeing the doctor leave seeing Rocket join them saying Lylla had the flu which made them feel bad because Lylla was awesome.
"We should get Lylla some candy as she's sick." Shocket whispered seeing Casey nod.
That early evening, Ranger and Riley were surprised, seeing Rock-E as a zombcoon for his Halloween cosstume which Casey and Shocket were impressed by leaving with Casey, Ranger, Riley and Shocket making Lylla chuckle, because it was cute going upstairs to Rock-E's room getting into the gigantic bed falling asleep as her head hit the pillow, hoping things were fun out there.
Meanwhile, Rock-E, Ranger and Riley were enjoying the Halloween carnival while Casey and Shocket were trick or treating on their own for a little bit noticing some people were dressed as the Guardians of the World especially Rock-E, making them chuckle that they didn't realise the actual him was in front of them in plain sight surprised he was happy they did not seeing Groot hug him.
"It's okay bud, it's the real me, let me guess they went to Howards's party right?" Rock-E said to him.
"I am groot, I am groot." Groot said makijg Ranger and Riley ask, what he wanted to do.
"I'm staying with you guys, it's more fun, I can't ditch Casey and Shocket's first Halloween." he said.
"You're an awesome dad besides you're having some normie time, which you need." Riley said.
Rock-E liked the sound of that wonderijg if they could help him fit that into his lifestyle seeing Ranger and Riley nod seeing Casey and Shocket join them, in time for fireworks with lots of candy and treats, making Rock-E proud of them enjoying tonight wanting more of this normie time and involve Casey and Shocket in it.
When they got home, Rock-E took a shower putting his cozy Beatles pyjamas on, with cozy socks on his back paws which Lylla foundadorable surprised he liked that band seeing him get into bed beside her which felt nice, telling her about tonight.
