PREVIOUSLY-

"You're so beautiful, and you're all mine. My love, my life, the mother of my child, and now my wife." Seth said as he kissed down my neck to my mark again.

Our wedding night was incredible, even with me being 30 weeks pregnant, it was everything I'd hoped for.

Seth ended up getting his ring tattooed on his finger because he couldn't wear one and phase.

Everyone knew when he went back to school with his new tattoo and I also had a new solid band on my finger as well.

By the time I was 36 weeks, we still hadn't officially chosen a name for our daughter, but we had managed to set up her crib and get most of her things.

Leah and I were heading up to Port Angeles to get the last of the baby things. Once we were in the baby store, I asked her to go get a couple of things from the other side of the store while I looked at outfits.

I was just fine looking through newborn clothes when I felt an ice-cold hand on my shoulder.

I visibly recoiled. "Leah, now." I said normally, knowing she'd hear me across the store before I even turned around.

I turned to face whoever the hand belonged to and saw that it was Rosalie.

"Bella—"

"Why are you here, leech?" I heard Leah say as she came and stood directly in front of me, protecting me.

"I'm here to apologize to Bella and give her something." Rosalie told her. "May I speak with her for just a moment?"

"I think it's okay, Leah." I told her, grabbing her arm and holding on to it. "Let's just hear her out."

"You have two minutes, leech." Leah told her, still standing in front of me, but leaning off to the side so that I could see Rose.

"I wanted to apologize to you, Bella, for all the troubles my family has caused you. Carlisle has decided that we won't ever come back to this area and has decided that he would wish to give you this. We all would." She handed an envelope to Leah, who opened it.

"It's the deed to their house in Forks." Leah told me. I raised my eyebrows. "It's in your name."

"Why?" I asked her, wondering if there was a reason behind it.

"Because we've caused you so much pain. The house is of no use to us any longer. It's yours to keep or sell, and whatever profits you get from it are for you and your family." She told me and I was clearly astounded. "I am so happy that you chose to live, Bella. You've accomplished everything I ever wanted in life. You have a loving husband and are expecting a child. This money will help you, and as much as I hate to say it, your pack of wolves, have a better life. The house is worth 3 million. It's completely paid off. If you tell me now that you want it sold, Carlisle has a realtor on hand with a buyer available. All funds will be placed into an account in your name."

I stood there in shock as Leah looked over at me, wondering what I was going to do.

"I want it to be sold. There's no way any of the pack would be willing to stay there with your scent still lingering. Just sell it." I told her, not having to think about it long. "And thank you, Rosalie. This is very kind of you and your family."

"It's the least we could do, Bella. We'll respect your wishes and not return. I just wanted to give this to you just this once. I do hope that your daughter is healthy and happy and that you and your husband have a wonderful marriage. The account information will be delivered to you tomorrow." Rosalie said to me before leaving faster than I could see.

I let out a breath I hadn't known I'd been holding, and Leah turned around to check on me.

"You okay, B?" Leah asked as I began breathing heavily.

"Yeah, I'm okay. I think I just need to sit down for a minute." I told her. I'd been having Braxton-Hicks contractions for weeks already, so it wasn't out of the norm for me to have an uncomfortable but non-painful contraction.

"Are you sure?" She asked quickly, pulling out her phone. I assumed that she was texting someone in the pack. I hoped she hadn't texted Seth, who was sitting in school.

"I'm fine, Leah. Let's just get the stuff and go home." I told her.

"No, I'll have Jared and Kim come up here and get the stuff. We're going home." She told me, grabbing my hand and pulling me toward the exit.

We got in my Escape quickly and Leah drove me home.

I did have another contraction on the way home, but it was definitely about 40 minutes after the first one.

As soon as we got to the border, I could see my sandy wolf running in the trees next to the road.

"You texted Seth?" I asked Leah exasperatedly.

"I figured it was better for him to hear it immediately than to hear it in the pack mind or smell the leech on you." Leah told me and I guessed she was right.

"You know he's probably freaking out, right? I mean, he's following the car." I told her pointing out the window.

"I'm sure he probably nearly sprouted fur in his class, but I don't blame him. If I were him, I'd want to know if my ready-to-pop wife had a run-in with a vampire." She told me. "Not to mention, don't think I didn't notice the contractions."

"There's only been two in the last hour. I doubt it's labor, Leah." I told her honestly.

"We'll see."

We pulled into the house and my door was open before Leah even had the car in park. Seth nearly pulled me out into his arms and scented me.

"Is everything okay? What happened?" Seth asked me quickly.

"Everything is fine, Seth. You can calm down. It was Rosalie, the blonde Cullen. She wanted to apologize and give me something." I told him as we walked inside.

"What did she want to give you?" He asked quickly.

"She gave Bella the deed to their mansion in Forks. Asked if she wanted to keep it or sell it." Leah told him.

"What did you tell her?" He questioned.

"I told her I wanted it sold. She said Carlisle already had a realtor who had a buyer for it and that the account information would be delivered to me tomorrow. Seth, she said it's worth 3 million dollars." I told him, still trying to process it myself.

"3 million dollars?" He said, looking over to Leah for confirmation.

"That's what the leech said." Leah told him. "Oh, and baby bro, your wife is having contractions."

"Leah!" I scolded, not wanting her to have said anything to him.

Seth looked over at me right as my body betrayed me and started to have another. Then I started worrying.

"Lee, go get mom from the clinic." Seth told her before helping me inside. She took off immediately.

"I'm fine, Seth. I swear! It's just more of the practice contractions." I knew he wouldn't believe me.

"I can feel that you're worried, starshine. How many have you had?" he asked me as I sat down on the couch.

"Only 3 in the past hour." I told him honestly, watching as he paced back and forth. He had definitely shredded the clothes he was wearing because he was in a different pair of shorts then he'd left for school in that morning.

"Come on, starshine, I need you to get a shower. I can't concentrate with you smelling like them." He told me, and I couldn't say I blamed him. He led me downstairs and got into the shower with me. Of course, right in the middle of the shower, I had another contraction, and this one I actually felt. Seth knew that I felt it too.

I'd never had more than two in a row, and now I'd had 4 and each one was closer than the last. We finished the shower and I got dressed in loose clothing, knowing that Sue was going to need to check me.

"Down here, mom!" I heard Seth yell up the stairs and I knew that Sue was coming down. I sat on the bed waiting as she came in, walking right over to me.

"What happened?" She asked quickly.

"A leech happened, mom." Seth nearly growled.

"Leah and I were in the baby store picking up some things and I was approached by one of the Cullens. She gave me the deed to their house in Forks and offered to sell it if I wanted them to, so I said to sell it and she said the account information would be delivered to me tomorrow. I had a contraction right after she left. I've had three more since then." I told Sue honestly.

"How far apart?" She asked me as she sat on the bed next to me.

"The first two were 40 minutes, the third was about 30 minutes later, and this last one was definitely about 15 minutes, right Seth?" I asked him and he confirmed.

"You're 36 weeks, Bella. It could happen at any time. Stress can push you into early labor, and I'd say running into a vampire would probably do it, especially with your child having the wolf genes. You wouldn't technically be in active labor yet, but I'll need to check. It may be the early stages." Sue told me and I nodded.

She checked me and looked up at Seth.

"You need to tell the school you'll be out for two weeks, honey." Sue told him as both of our eyes widened. "Bella, you're already just over 3cm dilated and fully effaced. This baby is coming sooner than later."

"But I'm only 36 weeks, isn't that too early?" I asked her worriedly.

"It's technically classified as premature. 37 weeks is considered full-term, but most babies, girls especially, are perfectly healthy with mature lungs when born at 36 weeks. Girls lungs develop faster than boys do." Sue told me, but I think Seth was still in shock.

"She's in labor?" I heard Leah ask from the stairs.

I looked over and saw Seth saying something to her lower than even I could hear.

"Got it, little bro." She said before taking off up the stairs.

"Seth?" I questioned, looking up at him.

"I asked her to tell the pack and Charlie, but not to have anyone come over except your dad and maybe Emily. The last thing we need is for the house to be filled with everyone." Seth told me but I felt there was more than what he told me. "So we're having a baby today?"

"It could take longer than that, son. Bella still has a long way to go." Sue told him and I groaned but I knew that could happen.

"We still don't have a name for her, Seth." I told him before another contraction hit me. This one being more uncomfortable than the last and only 10 minutes apart.

"Well, we've got her last name down." He tried to joke.

"I leave you two to talk about my granddaughter's name. I'll be just upstairs if you need me. There's not much you can do until your water breaks except find ways to try and get comfortable." Sue told us before walking up the stairs.

"Do you remember the name we talked about the other day?" I asked him.

"Two days ago?" He asked and I nodded. "I really liked that one. What do you think?"

"I liked it too. Same middle name?"

"What about the one we had thought about as a first name before?" I knew which one he was talking about immediately.

"I love that. So do we have a name for her?" I asked him.

"Our daughter has a name." He replied with a smile, sitting on the bed with me.

Over the next 4 hours, my contractions began to get closer and closer together until they were only 3 and a half minutes apart. We had gone upstairs to get some dinner and see Charlie. Leah came in as well, asking for any updates so that she could tell the pack. She also said that Emily would be coming over soon.

My contractions were getting more and more painful as it went on. I felt one coming on as I was trying to eat a piece of toast and groaned as I leaned into Seth's shoulder.

"There isn't anything I can do for her, Mom?" Seth asked as he rubbed my back.

"There isn't anything you can do, son. Supernatural or not, women have been doing this since the dawn of times. All you can do is be there for her." Sue explained to him as I tried to breathe through the contraction.

"I think we need to head back downstairs. Ready, starshine?" Seth asked me once my contraction was done. I needed to make it there before the next one came.

As I stood up, I felt what I thought was me peeing myself, and I looked down to see a trickle of fluid coming down my leg.

"Uh… either I just peed myself or my water just broke." I mentioned as Seth looked down to where I was gazing as well.

"Take her downstairs, honey, and I'll be down in a minute. Pull the covers off the bed and lay some towels down." Sue told Seth and he nodded.

Instead of me walking, he picked me up and carried me down the stairs then stood me up while he got the bed ready.

I laid down and Sue came down a few minutes later and checked me.

"We're going to have a baby tonight, honey. You're almost 8cm already and your water is definitely broken. It won't be too long now." Sue told me and I took a deep breath before another contraction hit, this time so much harder than before.

I yelled out and Seth held my hand. I squeezed it so hard that if he were fully human, it would've broken it for sure.

"Breathe, starshine. You have to remember to breathe." Seth told me as he sat down in the bed next to me.

About 20 minutes later, Emily came in.

"Oh Bella, how are you feeling?" Emily asked and I could see Seth off to my side with his hand motioning not to ask that.

"I'm super great, just thinking of all the ways I can castrate my husband." I gritted out, noticing Seth pale and swallowed nervously.

"It's just labor talk, baby bro. She'll get over it once that baby comes out. You don't have to worry about your junk." I heard Leah say as she walked down, laughing.

"You can say that when you go through this yourself, Leah!" I yelled at her, feeling another one rip through me.

"Well she won't any time soon, but I will." Emily told me, causing me to raise my eyebrows over what she'd just said after my contraction was over.

"You're pregnant?" I asked her.

"Yeah, I am. We just found out yesterday." Emily told me with a smile.

"Well I would say congratulations, but right now I'm leaning more toward 'I'm sorry' instead." I muttered to her.

"It's okay, Bella. It shouldn't be too much longer. Sue is going to check again here in a minute." Emily told me.

I felt the ripping rush through me again and I yelled out in pain. They were definitely getting much worse, much closer together, and I was starting to feel the need to bear down.

When it was done, I asked Leah, "Get Sue please?" She nodded and ran up the stairs. Emily excused herself as well.

"What is it, Bella?" Seth asked me quickly.

"I think it's time, Seth. Can you look?" I replied. He nodded, letting go of my head and lifting up the sheet over my bottom half.

"Uh, MOM!" Seth yelled and my eyes widened.

"Seth?" I asked him worriedly.

"She's coming, Bella. Like right now. I can see her head." Seth told me. I felt another contraction hit and I couldn't help but push. It was the most horrible pain, but I knew it would be over soon. "MOM!" He yelled again. "Bella, just keep pushing, her shoulders are out."

I didn't even notice when Sue came in because I was finishing my push.

"You did it, Bella. She's here." Seth told me as I looked down to see him holding our tiny daughter.

"It's 10:32pm. I need to clamp the cord and suction her, then you can take her to get cleaned up, alright Seth?" Sue said and I could see Seth nod, just looking down at our daughter.

Sue did as she said she would and I watched as Seth took our newborn daughter to get cleaned up with Leah's help (I hadn't known she had come down either).

Sue finished up with the after birth and once I was cleaned up, she pulled the blanket back over me and finished her assessment on our baby girl.

"She's perfect, Bella. 10 fingers, 10 toes, breathing is perfect, and a healthy heart. She's only 5lbs 3oz and 18 inches long." Sue said to me, making breathe a sigh of relief.

"Do you want to meet our daughter, Bella?" Seth asked as he brought her over, bundled in a blanket. I nodded and he handed her to me carefully.

She was perfect. Despite just being born, I could see the slight darker tone of her skin and she had nearly a full head full of black hair. Her eyes were closed but she leaned her head toward me.

"So, what did you guys end up naming my neice?" Leah asked me as she and Sue waited anxiously for a name.

"Miakoda Sophia Clearwater." I said, looking down at her with a smile. "We're going to call her Mia for short."

"So Koda it is." Leah said with a laugh. "I gotta admit, you two make a cute kid."

A/N- Baby Clearwater is here!

What do you think of her name? :)

And to address the Cullen house: In real life, the Hoke House (the one they used to film it) is valued and last sold for 3.3 million dollars. So the 3 million dollar figure isn't just pulled out of my ass, lol!
