Chapter 5 Dad's Duty

In a secret underground lab outside Fission City, Dr. Robert Bolton the father of the Street Sharks was looking at a computer screen with a grim expression on his face. Robert was a large mutant bull shark, the result of one of Paradigm's mad experiments. He sometimes went by the name Bull. Robert had once been a normal human man and had been partners with Paradigm and the two of them had created the gene-slammer together. Paradigm planned to use the gene-slammer for personal power and conquest and Robert had tried to stop him, only to get mutated. Robert's mind had for a short time had been driven mad, but he managed to escape the lab and after some time put his mind back in order. He focused on spying on Paradigm to figure out what the mad scientist was planning. By that time Paradigm had already created a few minions to serve his cause and had mutated Paradigm's four sons into mutant sharks, who later took on new names and called themselves the Street Sharks. Thankfully Paradigm was unable to control the Street Sharks and they stood against him. Robert had watched from afar as his sons battled Paradigm and his forces on multiple occasions. He was proud of sons and would help them from time to time by alerting them about some of Paradigm's more dastardly schemes, though he never contacted his son's face-to-face.
The reason for that was, that Robert partially blamed himself for his children's mutations. If Robert had been a little smarter and quicker, he could have put a stop to Paradigm and his schemes before they had a chance to begin. At one point Robert had battled Paradigm and had bested and destroyed his armor with ease. Robert could have ended Paradigm's life there and saved himself and his sons so much trouble, but had chosen to spare his enemy. The Street Sharks had bested Paradigm and revealed his mutations and evil plans to the world, which had gotten the villain thrown in jail, only for his minions to come and break him out later. Now according to Robert's sources, Paradigm had teamed up with Hydra and was planning to destroy the Street Sharks once and for all. Robert could no longer stay on the sidelines. Paradigm was out for blood and Robert's sons were going to need all the help they could get. It was time for Robert to reunite with his sons. Robert used a special phone to get in contact with Bends and Lena Mack two good and trusted friends to help get transport to where the Street Sharks were.
"I'm coming boys." Said Robert to himself.
