Chapter 6 Reunion

Bends drove his van outside Fission City to a special location to pick up Dr. Robert Bolton. Lena Mack sat in the front passenger seat. The two humans were eager to meet Bolton and reunite him with his sons. They soon reached the location Bolton had given them and stopped and waited. A few minutes later a large hooded figure stepped out from behind some rocks and approached the driver's side. The hooded figure removed his hood and revealed the mutated face of Bolton.
"Dr. Bolton?" Asked Lena.
"It's me, though I go by the name Bull these days. It's good to see you Lena and you too Bends." Said Bull.
"Hope on in doc." Said Bends.
Bull got into the back seat and they drove off.
"Thanks again for picking me up and for agreeing to take me to my sons." Said Bull.
"No problem doc, where all friends and were all on the same side." Said Bends.
"We've all been fighting against Paradigm his schemes and will keep on fighting, until Paradigm is behind bars for good." Said Lena.
The continued driving and several hours later they reached Gamma Base. The Street Sharks and the smashers were gathered outside the main door to meet the trio. Bull took a deep breath and stepped outside of the van removing his hood for everyone to see his face. The Street Sharks were stunned at the sight of the other mutant shark, but knew right away it was their.
"Hey...boys. I just want to say I'm proud of all of you and that I'm...so sorry about your mutations." Said Bull looking a little ashamed of himself.
The four brothers exchanged looks and then Ripster walked over to Bull and hugged. The other three Street Sharks joined in and soon it was one big group hug. Bull was stunned by this.
"Dad what happened to us wasn't your fault. It was Paradigm. You may have created the gene-slammer, but Paradigm was the one to misuse it. I promise you will make sure Paradigm pays for his crimes and that he gets locked up for good." Said Ripster.
"Thank you my son." Said Bull.
It was a very touching family reunion.
