It was 1938 and spring had finally begun to sprung. Caesar could smell the new blossoms that bloomed on the trees and the glow of the sun hitting his skin as he drove in his convertible. Ignoring all the smell of metal and meats being sold in butcher shops or bitter coffee sold in cafes and focusing more on the fresh air and new dirt on the ground. Things that man had nothing to do with. Trying to ignore all the beeps from other cars due to his horrible driving and making sure he waved to pretty girls on the streets, and blew kisses to the ones on their bikes. A breeze would come and gently lift up their skirts to show their beautiful long legs. The wind blowing in his hair, creating more of a blonde mess than he had before. Yes, this definitely was Little Italy during the spring.

Caesar was on his way to Supplena Island Auto Shop to get his car tuned up and ready for the season change. The day already looked busy as he rolled up close to the garage, seeing other shiny cars leave and wave at him in his dusty, pale convertible. Caesar didn't have many nice things, but the one good thing he had was his car. He honked his horn as he slowly pulled into the garage, going to the same spot he always had since this place was open and stopped the car. Shoving the keys into his deep pockets and getting out. He saw many men in denim uniforms walking around, Caesar gave most of them a smile and a nice hello. But he was looking for his mechanic.

"Caesar! Hey! Good to see you man," Smokey said, wiping his hands with a dirty old rag before slapping his hand on Caesar's broad shoulders, "Lisa Lisa told me that you'd be coming by today."

Smokey was a young man, dark skinned and coarse hair he hid with a blue cap. He usually smelt like car oil and old money kept in a wallet for too long. He couldn't have been eighteen yet, but he sure could fix up a car and make it look pretty. Caesar believed that someday he'd leave this good-for-nothing place and make something for himself. With his quick wit and helpful attitude he could become anything he wanted. He just didn't know it yet. Caesar usually trusted Smokey with his car ever since he'd known him and rarely trusted anyone around the body shop other than him. Caesar held out his hand and Smokey gripped it back as tensely as he could.

"You too. How are things?"

"Man, you can see it. People have been comin' in and out all week since we've gotten all this good weather. All the guys here have been workin' hard. Fancy people finally wanna take out their cars and go for trips. It's been good though, staying' busy is always alright."

Caesar chuckled and put his hands on his hips, "You got time to look at my car though, right? I just need an oil change with a little check up. Just to make sure everything is okay."

Smokey seethed and rubbed the back of his neck. Caesar could see the glow of sweat on Smokey's skin. He nervously smiled.

"Heh, well…"

Caesar raised an eyebrow, "Well?"

Smokey motioned his hand for Caesar to lean down and he wrapped his arm around his shoulders, holding up his hand to hide his mouth.

"I'm gonna tell you something, just because I like you so much, alright?" Smokey whispered as he walked with him. Caesar nodded, "When Lisa Lisa told me you'd be in today. She told me that I should tell you I'm too busy to be doin' some little body work on your car."

"Why would she say that?" Caesar asked, surprised, "I don't know what I did to her for her to do something like that."

"Well, it's not like she doesn't want your car all fixed up or anything she um… she wants me to give you to the new guy."

"New guy?!"

Caesar said that too loud, he could see it on Smokey's face and how his shoulders raised up high. Smokey sighed heavily and slinked off of Caesar and began to slowly walk backwards. He could already see the frustration build on Caesar's face.

"Listen, he ain't bad or nothing. He's good at the job, he's just a little… much? Yeah, much is a good word for it. And it's just one day. Here, you just gotta meet him- hey! Will someone get the new guy for me?!" Smokey shouted.

One of the workers went to the back towards the break room. Caesar crossed his arms.

"Smokey, give me a break. I bust my ass off for Lisa Lisa all the time and this is how she's going to repay me? Give me some newbie that doesn't know what he's doing just to get some practice on my baby? I can't have that."

"Like I said, he's good at his job Caesar. I've seen him work since he's gotten here and he's fixed up cars real good. Just, give him a chance. If you don't, Lisa Lisa is gonna have my ass."

"Smokey." Caesar groaned.

"That woman scares me Caesar."

"Smokey!"

"It's one time! Calm yourself. I ain't gonna let him mess up your car or nothin'. All you said you needed was a little oil change and tweakin'"

"Yo! Did I hear that someone needs a mechanic?!"

A booming voice said with a British accent yelled. It sounded enthusiastic and overtly terrifying. Caesar looked over Smokey's shoulder as he saw a large young man stomp his way through the garage, looking like he wasn't used to his surroundings. He seemed to be taller than Caesar which was a sight to see since Caesar was usually the biggest man in the room. He was charging his way through men like a bull on a mission who were doing actual work as he rolled up what seemed to be a comic book and shoved it in the back of his jean pocket. He had his denim shirt unbutton, showing a white tank that already seemed to be turning grey with grease. He had an awfully big grin on his face. And it wasn't pretty. He was fit,sun kissed skin, huge, had great chocolate colored hair that bounced up and down, had the bluest eyes a man could have and looked like the biggest idiot Caesar had ever seen. From his unkempt hair down to his gigantic shoes. At that moment, he wanted to hop back in his car and find another repair shop to go to for the rest of his life. But his support of his little neighborhood was too strong.

"Dear god… that's not him. Tell me that's not him," Caesar mumbled under his breath. Smokey simply grinned widely back at him, "Smokey, please. It's not him."

"This is your client for the day. This is the Caesar Zeppeli Lisa Lisa told you that would be coming by."

"Yes, yeah, I know. It's nice to meet you Caesar," The young man reached out and grabbed Caesar's hand with both of his claws. Giving a rapid and strong shake. He seemed excited, "Joseph is the name. I finally get to work on my own and you're my first client. Fun, eh?"

"First client?" Caesar muttered, glaring over at Smokey, "I thought you said you've seen him work on cars before."

"I have. But not by myself yet, just helping out other mechanics like Smokey here," Joseph let go of his hand, "My god, you've got one helluva accent on you. Makes me think I'm really in Italy."

"You're one to talk about accents, buddy."

Joseph chuckled, "Just came in from London a few weeks ago. I wanted to lose it the second I came here so no one would say I talk funny but I'm having trouble. You probably know how that feels."

"Excuse me?"

Joseph clapped his hands together and walked past Smokey and Caesar. Having little regard for the insult he hurled. Caesar pressed his lips tight together and punched Smokey on the arm. Smokey didn't expect anything less from a hot tempered man like Caesar. Who could be merciful one minute and punished by the next. So, Smokey winced and rubbed his arm.

"So is this the car here?" Joseph asked, placing his hands on the hood of the lemon color car. He whistled and rubbed the dirty hood, "A Ford convertible. Jeez, this model isn't old and it already looks like this? God, this is a piece of junk, you must have gotten a great deal on this thing. I thought Lisa Lisa said you just needed a little work done, not all of this."

"What?" Caesar gritted his hands balling up into fists.

"I mean, I can do it for sure but I wasn't prepared for all this work on my first day. The tires are flat, you'll need an oil change, the engine looked at, and you have so many dents and dings on this thing to last a lifetime. Who knows what I'll need to do once I see under the hood. You must be a shit driver. I guess the old lady can't go easy on anyone, huh?"

Caesar gripped Smokey by the shoulders and jerked him around in a comical way but it was deadly serious. He shook the young man as Joseph pressed and looked all around his car

"Smokey, if you don't get his guy out of here and away from my car I will seriously kill him. I'm not kidding, he'll be dead. I will kill the new guy. Do you want blood on my hands?!"

"What's all this talk about murder I'm hearing?"

Caesar, Smokey, and even Joseph turned their heads. Lisa Lisa was finally out of her office and making an appearance.

"I-I better start workin'. See you Caesar!" Smokey said and quickly began to walk over to his station. Leaving Caesar all alone as Lisa Lisa narrowed her eyes towards Caesar like some big, hungry cat. She was wearing a blue and white polka dots button up with puffy sleeves and high waisted trousers to slim her figure even more. She had lit a cigarette in her way to the men. This was the woman who could own Little Italy if she wanted to, but instead she liked to pretend she did. Elizabeth Joestar came here as a wealthy widow, supported by his wealth and the wealth of the Speedwagon foundation. Once he died, she became a business woman in the city of New York and ruled this neighborhood with love and an iron fist for the people in it. She owned two restaurants, a bar, cafe, maid service, a hotel, a smoking lounge, and her last investment was an auto repair shop. Caesar huffed loudly, making it clear he was upset. But everyone already knew that, they just didn't care that much. Lisa Lisa wasn't just the owner of this place, but she was also Caesar's boss. He was a manager at one of her restaurants and a bartender every few days out of the week. Even though some days he feared her, Caesar always reminded himself that she was just a woman and not a monster that would eat him up in the middle of the night.

"The Italian keeps muttering about it. I don't know what he's talking about though," Joseph said as he lifted up the hood of the car, "What a mess."

"Shut up about my car!" Caesar snapped.

"Lower your voice Caesar, there's men at work here."

Lisa Lisa walked over towards Joseph. Looking over his shoulder as she exhaled smoke from her lips. Seeing him put his hands in the car and touching every little piece. She patted him on the back.

"I'm glad you're taking this seriously, JoJo."

Caesar raised an eyebrow and put one hand on his hip and pointed at Joseph. He couldn't believe what he was hearing. It's like he had taken a wrong turn and ended up in Moronsville. Everything seemed upside down and that just furthered his anger and confusion.

"You can't be serious about this guy, Lisa Lisa. Where did you find this oaf?"

Lisa Lisa turned towards Caesar and placed the cigarette between her fingers. She didn't look amused, nor as if she agreed with what Caesar had to say.

"This is my son, Caesar."

Caesar's face dropped, just like his stomach did.

"Oh, I didn't even think about mentioning that when I introduced myself." Joseph laughed and thumped his own forehead.

"How did you not think that was important for me to know?" Caesar glared at Joseph, "And you," he pointed at Lisa Lisa, "I've known you for who-knows-how-long and you've never told me you had a son. What the hell?"

Lisa Lisa shrugged, "I don't see him often until now. I had him live at home until he was finished with school with his grandmother. She thought it was the best for him to get a fine education before coming to this ruthless city."

"Yes, Little Italy is ruthless." Caesar rolled his eyes.

"Anyway," Lisa Lisa continued, "Eriena thought it would be best for me to get him a job to keep him out of trouble and now here we are. He'll get your car fixed up and you'll be on your way."

"Sure will! I'll get this piece of junk running properly in no time!"

"Elizabeth, don't take this the wrong way but-"

"Good, then I won't hear it from you then. JoJo, you get to work. Caesar, you come back to the office with me."

"Lisa-"

"Come on, Caesar. I haven't got all day for me and you to argue. I'm a very important woman you know."

Lisa Lisa flipped her hair and began to walk back towards the office. There was no way that she would grab a man's hand and lead him back. She had way more power than that, so Caesar followed her with a grumpy look on his face and prayed to Mary in Heaven that Joseph wouldn't do any harm to his car. Lisa Lisa opened the door to the office. It smelt of stale cigarette smoke and flowery perfume. It looked like the office of a busy man running a business. But Lisa Lisa had many businesses so the mess was more understandable. Piles of paper about god-knows-what were stacked on the desk in trays and some scattered. An ashtray was overflowed and pen caps chewed. A few dusty filing cabinets and a picture of her husband. Lisa Lisa tapped the ash off of her cigarette before sitting in the plush, leather chair behind the desk.

"Cigarette?" Lisa Lisa offered as she slid her pack across the table, along with matches.

Caesar sat down in the cold out chair in front of the desk. He had been here many times before, the rust and squeak still the same.

"It's not fair you made me the guinea pig for your son. You know I love that car with my life." He took out a cigarette and struck the match on his shoe.

"You paid nothing for that junker. I should know, you bought it off of me. He'll make it worth something, but enough about your car," Lisa Lisa leaned back in the chair and crossed her arms, "You're twenty, right? Joseph is eighteen, you know?"

"I didn't but thanks for the facts," Caesar said, sarcastically as he chewed the end of the cigarette butt, "What do you need from me, Lisa Lisa? An extra shift at the bar or something? You know I hate bartending too much in a week and having your son work on my car isn't helping your cause."

Lisa Lisa waved her hand, "No, no," Lisa Lisa crosses her legs, "Joseph has been in town for a few weeks now and he hasn't made too many friends here."

"Must be because of that wonderful personality he has."

"Don't be a dick, Caesar. I was wondering since you two are so close in age that you might have something in common. I was wondering if you would be his friend."

"Already got enough of those, Elizabeth. Maybe your next secret son will have some better luck next time."

"Caesar, listen to me. He's a good boy, he really is, it's his mouth that gets him in trouble," Lisa Lisa stubbed out her cigarette and leaned forward onto the desk. Caesar crossed his arms, "I just need someone to show him around until he settles in, you know? Just keep him company in his free time."

"I'm not a babysitter."

"I'm not asking you to be just…" Lisa Lisa groaned and pinched her brow, "I just need a favor from you. From one friend to another."

Caesar sighed as he put his elbows on his knees, "Elizabeth, you've done an awful lot for me but… I don't like him. I won't do it."

"Even if I pay you for two off shifts?"

Caesar chuckled, "Heh, now you're bribing me," Caesar got out of the chair and held the cigarette between his thumb and pointer finger, "I'm a better man than that. Ask someone else."

"There is no one else, Caesar. I want you. You'll be a good influence on him."

"Heh, guess that's just something you can't have then."

Lisa Lisa scrunched up her small face, eyes narrowed tight as she quickly got up from her chair and slapped her hands on the desk. Pages lifting from the area as she did so.

"JoJo!" Lisa Lisa yelled, Caesar's shoulders went up.

A few moments later, Joseph bursted through the door. He breathed hard from running and kept his hand tight on the door handle. He sighed and then balled up his hands. He stomped his foot on the ground.

"Oh, I hate when you yell like that! It makes me think something's wrong with you! Only do that in emergencies, crazy broad." Joseph grunted.

"JoJo, you think Caesar's car is in bad shape, yeah?"

Joseph popped out his hip and put his hand on his waist.

"Well, it needs work that's for sure. I wouldn't want to be caught dead driving it anywhere."

"I hate you Joestars…" Caesar muttered under his breath.

"Do you think it could use maybe a-oh I don't know- a day's work?"

Joseph hummed and rubbed his chin, "Hm, yeah. I'd say so. It would do a helluva job than just an oil change."

Lisa Lisa clapped her hands together. A sneaky grin was on her face, "Great! It's settled! A day in the shop it is then."

"What?! But I was going to drive around and try to talk to pretty girls today! " Caesar exclaimed, "You're going to take that fools word about my car just cause-"

"A second opinion is what you need then- Smokey!"

The same thing happened, Smokey arrived in a hurry, his cheeks all red from running so quickly and being out of breath. He held up his head and winced.

"Ma'am?"

"Smokey, don't you think Caesar's car could use a day in the shop?"

Lisa Lisa gave a look that if Smokey said anything different than what she wanted to hear, he'd be a smudge on the garage floor after she was done with him. Smokey swallowed and flicked the tip of his hat.

"It um… it sure wouldn't do no harm."

"Thank you, Smokey, that'll be all."

Smokey started to slink out of the room, slowly. Afraid that if he made any big moves that he would be dragged back into the fight. He wasn't much of a fighter. He even closed the door quietly.

"Traitor," Caesar mumbled. He got up from his chair and crossed his arms, "Elizabeth, I can't afford to have everything that apparently needs to be done to my car. I can't keep it here all day, I'll go broke."

"Well, I can do it for a discount. A big one too I think is deserved. Right, Lisa Lisa?" Joseph chimed in. Caesar wished he'd keep his big trap shut, "Since you'd be my first customer and all. It would only be fair."

Lisa Lisa smiled at Joseph's inability to read a room and snapped her fingers, "Right, boy. I think a hefty discount would be great! JoJo can do it all for the price of an oil change."

Lisa Lisa slinked out from behind her desk. Her shoes made an ominous clicking noise on the dingy linoleum floor. She gripped Caesar's shoulder, both of them staring dagger at each other. At this moment, Caesar was wondering what he had done for God to make him fall into the snake pit this woman ran. Maybe it was one day where he walked around the town with a mirror on his shoe.

"Save the weekend for those pretty girls, Caesar," Lisa Lisa said before she let go, "JoJo, if you would be so kind to take my car and get Caesar home for the day before you start working I'm sure Caesar would appreciate it."

"You're the devil," Caesar gritted. He sighed and flicked Lisa Lisa's small hand off of his shoulder, "Fine, whatever I don't want to fight anymore. I'll take the ride home I guess. A day...Ruined."

"Wonderful!" Lisa Lisa went back behind her desk and opened up the drawer, the keys jiggled as she tossed them to Joseph. He caught them with one hand, "Be careful driving. See you boys later!"

Lisa Lisa looked proud of herself. Always being on her toes and able to turn a situation whatever way she wanted it to go. It was easy to do when you employed almost half of Little Italy. Joseph and Caesar left the office. The noise of wrenches cranking and tires spinning away from the shop after being finely tuned. Resembled the sound of a kitten purring. God, Caesar wished that was him. He could ride out to the city, top down as the wind brushed his cheeks as he enjoyed the view of the town. Smelling flowers and feeling the warm sun on his clothes. He'd sit outside of a restaurant only to buy glasses of wine and whistle at young women. Hearing them giggle and getting one to chat with him. Maybe even getting the chance to kiss her if she'd let him. But instead, he was stuck with this buffoon of a man.

"Lisa Lisa's car is parked in the back," Joseph said and waved his strong hand, "I'll lead the way."

"I know the way to the back." Caesar said, he followed behind him anyway and pulled out his pack of cigarettes from his pocket, "You should let me drive, I know these streets like the back of my hand."

"Ha! With how your car looked? No thank you, a crash would kill us before Lisa Lisa would."

"Twerp."

"That's not my name. Joseph will be fine. If you call me anything else I'll have to call you pasta eater or something."

"Very witty."

Joseph twirled the keys around his finger as he opened the back door into the dirt parking lot. He had this cocky walk to him that made his hips swing and his legs take long steps. He would always look like he knew where he was going even if he didn't. Caesar hated that this boy oozed more confidence than he did. He did think confidence was a good trait, but in a reckless man it could be dangerous. Lisa Lisa drove a slick convertible. It was a glittering black car with shiny hubcaps and not a single scratch on it. Joseph opened up the passenger side door and motioned Caesar to get in. Caesar clicked his tongue before lighting his cigarette, a few puffs of smoke poured from his mouth.

"So you do have manners. But you do something like that for a lady, not a guy who thinks you're an idiot."

""Age before beauty,'' they say. Now get in."

"Oi,what the hell is that supposed to mean? I'm two years older than you and I've been with more chicks than you can even count."

Joseph shrugged, "Just trying to be funny. You don't need to be so defensive, damn. Are you gonna get in or not?"

Caesar rolled his eyes and got into the passenger side. He was being too hard on him, but he had to take his anger out on someone. Joseph closed the door for him and got into the driver's seat. He cracked his knuckles and wiggled his fingers before starting up the car. Caesar cranked down the window and ashed his cigarette. His eyes glowed as he put the car in reverse and looked over his shoulder and pressed gently on the gas.

"This is America, you know? They drive on the right side of the road here."

"If I need driving instructions from you, I'll ask." Joseph said as he maneuvered out of the parking lot and on to the road. The car drove smooth and Joseph actually followed the speed limits.

"Where to?"

Caesar pointed towards the street, "Keep going straight for a few miles. Then you'll see a sign with a woman in a hat and you'll want to take a right."

"Righto," Joseph kept his eyes glued on the road, but his fingers tapped the steering wheel, "So… How long have you lived in Little Italy for?"

Small talk. How Caesar hated small talk with a man, there was nothing either one could get out of each other. At least with a woman you could flirt with her.

"Since I was ten. My father died in Italy so now I live with my grandfather here."

"Interesting. I thought a guy like you would live on your own by now."

"You don't know a guy-like-me. Us Italian's like to stay with our families. But I guess you wouldn't know that, English boy."

Joseph chuckled, "Idiot, of course I do. My granny raised me since I was a baby and I love her to bits. I'd stay with her forever if I could. Now I live all alone by myself because I make bad decisions and I miss her nagging me. Kinda like how you've been doing to me."

"Fantastic, I remind you of an old woman. Thanks…"

Joseph chewed his bottom lip a little as the silence soon filled the car. He knew he had a way about him. Not knowing when to stop talking. Being too arrogant. Not always listening to what others have to say or know when to pick his battles. All of these faults were what made him end up in America. He got into too many fights and the police knew Joseph on a first name basis. But he wanted to change that, and he knew that with Caesar in the car, silently being gloomy as he smoked his cigarette and staring blankly out the window that he wasn't doing a very good job.

"I know that you don't want me working on your car."

"How could you tell?"

"Har-har, shut up for a second and listen to me okay? If you really don't want me working on your car I don't have to," Joseph said and rubbed the back of his neck, "The only reason I wanted to do it so badly was because Lisa Lisa said you were close to my age and maybe we could talk and stuff. But it seems you don't really like me that much."

Caesar faced Joseph with the cigarette in his mouth. He finally looked at Joseph with good attention since he shortly met him.

"Really? You'd do that for me?"

"I mean, sure. It's not that big of a deal. There's other cars I can work on," Joseph gripped the wheel tightly, the leather squeaked under his palms, "I know that Lisa Lisa asked you to be my friend in her office but I don't need my mother trying to push people to have a relationship with me. It's a bit pathetic, huh? I won't make you be my friend if you don't want to be. I'll tell Lisa Lisa to back off if she tries to make you again."

Caesar saw as Joseph thickly swallowed. How his bones all of a sudden tensed up and how he now sat uncomfortable in the driver's seat. Caesar had felt like this before as well. Having to be in a new place you never wanted to go to in the first place. Have to gather up all of who you are an express that to a stranger you thought you wouldn't meet. It all seems easier when you're in a place you know. But now, Joseph had to work with his estranged mother in the bustling city of New York without a single friend. That hit Caesar in the stomach and made him blink a few times. Maybe he was too harsh on the boy. He took another drag of his cigarette.

"Do you smoke?" Caesar asked.

"Nope. Never could even if I wanted to, my granny would kill me."

"Would you like to?" Caesar asked, shaking his pack.

"Um… I don't know. What's it taste like? I've heard it's harsh sometimes and makes your breath stinky."

Caesar took out a cigarette and flipped it around, "Here, open up your mouth a little and try it out. If you don't like it, just toss it out."

Joseph raised an eyebrow but after a moment he parted his lips slightly. Caesar leaned over, he put his hand on Joseph's thigh as he placed the filter in his mouth. He flicked his lighter open and lit the end.

"Don't inhale too deep or you'll start coughing," Caesar said, "Just a shallow one at first and then breath out."

Joseph held the cigarette as he followed Caesar's instructions. He blew out smoke with a pleasant sigh. The tobacco taste formed around his tongue and the smoke tickled his nose. He placed the cigarette between his knuckles as he watched ash form.

"It's not bad… it's different. I kinda like it." Joseph said. Finally seeing the women in the hat sign and turning right.

"Keep going straight. I'll tell you when to turn left," Caesar half-heartedly smiled, "You look cool, Joestar. Like a real man.

"You think so? I feel a bit cooler than normal now," Joseph took another drag, his chest raising up high before he breathed out, "Thank you for the cigarette."

"No big deal," Caesar said and tossed his smoke out the window. He brushed his bangs out of his face, "You know… I guess it wouldn't be that much of a bother for you to work on my car… if you still want to that is."

"Really?!" Joseph exclaimed, "Holy shit! I didn't think that would actually work but it did!"

"What do you mean it worked?"

Joseph has a cheeky grin on his face as he bit the filter of the cigarette, "Heh, sorry Caesar but you fell for it. I thought you were smarter than that but I was wrong. I thought maybe acting like a sap would make you change your mind about me and it totally did."

"Are you saying you played me?"

"Sure did."

He didn't and Caesar knew that. He knew that Joseph was lonely and that Caesar would be his first chance at making an acquaintance. But Caesar also knew that cocky attitude wouldn't go away so easily. Something about Joseph made Caesar realize that he probably was never good at making too many friends even in his hometown. He hated to admit it but Caesar felt sad for Joseph as he smiled, pretending that he had tricked him. He'd only let him have this one time. So he let his face turn red and crossed his arms, peering out the window.

"Turn, idiot." Caesar mumbled.

Joseph turned and soon there was a small apartment complex in front of them. Joseph began to look for a parking spot, the lines were becoming light and rugged. The complex was made out of brown brick that now looked like it was eroding away from years and years of terrible weather. The shingles looked crummy and were green and the doors made out of rusted steel that looked like if you blew on them too hard theys break off of their frames. Windows dirty on the outside with potted plants around them as if they would make the place look more beautiful.

Joseph whistled, "Sheesh, what a dump."

"Not all of us can afford nice places, rich boy." Caesar said as he unbuckled his seatbelt, "Thanks for the ride."

"No problem. Hopefully Smokey will have your car all fixed up by tomorrow.

Caesar got out of the car. He popped his head through the open window, setting his arms on the frame, "Your fixing my car, dummy. Don't you ever listen?"

"Wait what?" Joseph said, surprised, "You'll still let me work on your car?"

"Is there some reason I shouldn't?"

"N-no I just thought…"

"I'd change my mind after what you said? Nah, I'm not that kind of man, Joseph. I'll trust you for now until you give me a reason not to. Alright?"

Caesar stretched his arm out and held his hand. Joseph blinked his blue eyes a few times. He hesitated to shake Caesar's hand but he eventually did it. His grip was intense, his tan cheeks started to become a rose color before Caesar pulled his hand away.

"You know… You can call me JoJo."

Caesar smiled. A sweet smile, feeling as though he cracked away at Joseph just like he did before. The two of them weren't so heartless the both of them thought. Caesar patted the interior of the car before walking away. Joseph rolled down his car window quickly and poked his head out.

"Hey! Maybe once I'm done we can grab a drink tomorrow?" Joseph shouted

Caesar didn't look behind him, he just waved his hand, "If I don't have a date for tomorrow I'll think about it!" He replied, "See you around, JoJo."

So I hope you enjoyed. Review, follow, and favorite if you did. See you next update.
