Hey guys I have an update for you. This story is almost over, and just when you think Giuseppe couldn't get any worse he does. I'll post the next chapter soon. read and review

Tyler had been doing his part in the family business ever since he was seventeen. He followed Mason on runs and took care of the kids. Stefan, Damon, and Mason were his family, and only friends. He never let anyone in. No one that didn't understand where he came from and what he'd done. He wasn't a rapist or murderer. He knew saint hood was out of the cards for him, but… the suffering. Did he truly deserve all of it? His dad, his mom's break down, Hayley losing it, Mason kidnapping Bonnie. He just wanted to fix it. But there was nothing he could do.

"Elijah got word from his friend on the force, the cops aren't officially taking our case and Hopkins is being put on something that will take up his free time. We have time to clean house," Mason said to Tyler as they drove done the dark road.

"Good," he said.

"I'm sure Poppa Salvatore is okay and your lady friend is alright," Mason said in an attempt to cheer up his nephew.

"I don't care about Giuseppe, yeah I hope he's okay for Caroline's sake, but I'm sure his children are going to be the only ones crying at his grave," Tyler shrugged.

"That was brutle," Mason laughed.

"Well it's true."

"What's bothering you then if it's not the current state of things," Mason asked.

"I never said I wasn't bothered I just have a lot to be bothered by. I want to tell Bonnie the truth. About why we took her. She deserves to know," Tyler shrugged.

"It's a little too late for truth, its all ancient history anyway. Bon's one of us."

"They weren't coming back Mason. Damon wants to be free from this, and so do I. None of us has ever forgotten a kid. None of us have ever wanted to let them leave. None of us want to raise our kids to be a part of this business," Tyler yelled.

"Tough," Mason shrugged. "These are our cards, the only thing to do is play the hand you've been dealt. As you can see, there's no cheat or way out."

Katherine picked over Bonnie's salad. The pair had been sitting alone for an hour I silence. "Do you think he's dead?" Katherine asked. She didn't know why, but she felt a little said that the great Giuseppe Salvatore could possibly be gone.

"After everything he's done this is too easy for him," Bonnie growled.

"Wow, is that the hormones?"

"No it's the fact that I hate him," she cried.

"Bon-Bon," Kat said as she climbed in the bed with her and held her.

"I don't want to lose him," she said.

"The baby is going to be fine."

"I meant Damon. I don't want to lose him, but I know something bad is coming. I don't know what it is, but I don't think we will make it."

"Bonnie Bennett, don't you dare give up now. You've fault so hard for this. You're going to get your happy ending, it's just not now," Katherine shrugged.

"I want to induce labor as soon as possible," Bonnie said nodding.

"Bonnie just wait for Damon. If he's not here for this he'll kill me, then you," she smirked.

"I won't immediately have the baby, I just don't want to give him a chance to talk me or Meredith out of it," she reasoned.

"Fine I'll get Mere," Katherine said storming out the room.

"Thanks," Bonnie said as Katherine silently waved her off.

Damon, Stefan, and Caroline stood close by as Jo checked Giuseppe's vitals. She turned to them and smiled. "So far everything is on the up and up. We just have to wait on the neurologist to come down. His liver and kidneys remain unaffected, and his heart is still weak. You're father's lungs aren't in the best shape either, but I'd put that on the cigars. He is breathing regularly and the oxygen ratio in his blood is normal."

"So when is he going to wake up?" Caroline asked.

"We've taken him off the propofol and at this point it's all up to Giuseppe. He could wake up in a few hours or a few days," she smiled.

"Thanks Josette," Stefan said. "For everything thank you."

"I'd do anything for you guys," she smiled before she left.

"What do we do now?" Caroline asked.

"We stick to the plan. We have to get out of here before the cops find us," Damon smiled.

"What about Bonnie? We have to wait," Caroline pleaded.

"We're getting out of here," Damon whispered when he noticed Teresa walking to the door.

"So he could wake up?" she smiled as she came in and hugged Caroline.

"Yeah we're just waiting," Stefan said when he got a text from Katherine. "Shit," Stefan said before he caught himself.

"What?" Damon asked.

"Nothing we just have to get down to Bonnie," Stefan said.

"Is she okay," Caroline asked.

"She's in labor," Stefan said.

"She didn't," Damon asked Stefan.

"Let's just go," Stefan said leading his siblings out of the door.

Once they were in the elevator Teresa walked over to Giuseppe. "This is the best vacation I've ever had," she laughed.

"It's not a vacation if you're getting paid," he said opening his eyes.

"Well it is as much of a vacation as I'm ever going to get. How'd you like playing dead?" she asked as she took a seat.

"I see why Micheal liked the stuff it's gentler then lunista," he said making his young business associate laugh. "Is everything ready for the move," he asked.

"Everything is in place if you wish to continue," Teresa said.

"I do wish to continue."

"They thought you were going to DIE Giuseppe, then they thought they were going to lose their son. Don't you think this has gone far enough? Damon knows he can't get out."

"If I don't get a happy family that whore gets absolutely nothing," he yelled causing Teresa to jump.

"Okay," she agreed.

"I don't want her to lay eyes on my grandson," he ordered her. "Give the order."

"Yes sir," Teresa said.

"Bonnie," Damon called out as he rushed into her room. "Please tell me you didn't do what I think?" he asked her.

"My water broke. He's okay," she cried.

Damon wrapped his arms around his wife and held her tight. "We're having a baby," he laughed.

"We are," she agreed. She reached up and kissed his cheek. "I love you and I'm sorry."

"I'm sorry too, and I'll always love you," he promised. Damon kissed her hand.

"Great," Bonnie said as she felt a contraction.

"Are you having another one?" Katherine asked looking at her phone.

"Yeah," Bonnie screamed as she held on to Damon.

"They're too close together," she said.

"I'll get Meredith," Stefan said rushing out the room.

"Just breath," Caroline said holding Bonnie's other hand.

Kol just finished an 18 hour rotation and still work was on his mind. He just couldn't let go of the feeling that something was amiss. Meredith never was agitated when colleagues help her. The hospital usually welcomed second and even third opinion so why was she so crossed with him.

Kol pulled out Bonnie's file and looked over it. He couldn't see anything wrong. Bonnie was in perfect health and the baby's vitals were perfect as well. He sighed and looked through the chart again.

There had to be a logical explanation as to why Bonnie fainted. Meredith wouldn't have caused so much fuss for no reason. Unless. Kol logged into the hospital data entry. As he thought Meredith was in the medical supply room the kept some of their diphenhydramine and other sleep aids. She was there with Jo for two hours before they both left.

Jo was on Giuseppe's case… Kol's mind was going a mile a minute. Did he just discover something he shouldn't have? "Giuseppe would not fake his death, and Meredith and Jo wouldn't help him," he said out loud trying to make it any less true. Kol grabbed his jacket and headed back to the hospital to talk to his friends and get to the bottom of this.
