David ended up seeing president Keane in her office that evening. "David Wellington, Ma'am." Her secretary said and she got up to great him.
"Thank you. Do I have anything else booked for today?" Elizabeth asked and she could see David smirking out of the corner of her eye.
"No ma'am, you don't." The secretary confirmed what President Keane already knew.
"Fine. Go home if you want. I'm going to be in this meeting for a while and then I'll be going back to the residence." President Keane said. "We have a lot of things to discuss this evening." She said turning to David and he smirked.
"Thank you ma'am." The secretary said and Keane locked the door behind her.
After she heard the heels of her secretary click away from the door she turned to David. "Long meeting." David said and president Keane smiled.
"Very." Keane smirked "hopefully a continuation later on too..." She said and David got what she was talking about. He walked over to her and Keane pulled him against her attacking him with a powerful kiss to his lips "I need you." She moaned into his ear.
"You have me." David confirmed as he slipped his arms around her waist "you know we are going to have to be quiet if we do it here, right?" David asked and Elizabeth smiled.
"Feel free to shut me up if I'm being too loud." Keane whispered in his ear before kissing his lips. "Do you remember when you held the Bible for me during the swearing in of me being president?"
"I do. One of the best days of my life seeing you there. Being the person to hold it for you. Why do you bring it up?" David asked and she smiled and looked at him.
"The night before we had a massive argument. You still looked happy to see me do it." Elizabeth confessed and David looked at her.
"Seeing you being sworn back in was the best moment of my life because it ment I had a second chance." He said "even if you sacked me 30 seconds after... You allowed me to hold the book so I knew I had a chance. It was a gamble I was willing to take for you." David said and Elizabeth looked at him. "You looked so beautiful that day. I couldn't keep my eyes from you." He said.
"How do I look today?" President Keane said and David looked at her.
"You get better every single time I look at you, Madam President. Now... As much as I find your voice very very attractive... I want you." He said before kissing Elizabeth.
He kept kissing her before he commented how there isn't many places in her office to make this easy "the desk works." She commented but David said it would be disrespectful to have sex against the desk for the president of the United States. "Come with me back to the residency. We can probably sneak there together." Elizabeth said in his ear and she smiled.
"Or... You stay the night at my place." David said before seeing the look on Elizabeth's face "no... That's hopeful thinking. Come on. I'll walk you back." David smiled.
"Stay over tonight... I'll confess that I do waking up next to you." Elizabeth said to him.
"I would love to do it every morning ma'am." David said and Elizabeth smiled. He kissed her again. "I just wish I didn't have to keep a distance from you around others."
"It won't be for long... David I promise. As soon as my brain realises this isn't a short term thing you won't have to... There's still a fear in my head." She confessed.
As soon as the door locked she kissed David against the wall of her hallway. She pulled his suit jacket off him with ease and began taking off his shirt. "Do I seriously confess this shirtless in your hallway?" David asked out loud and she stopped kissing his neck and looked at him.
"What is it?" Elizabeth asked and David smiled before looking at her.
"It's okay... Don't worry. I'm not undercover or anything." He said with a laugh. She looked serious and David looked at her "Elizabeth I promise... I'm not."
"Then what is it?" Elizabeth asked.
"I love you. So you can get that fear out of your head. I love you... You mean the world to me and I would take a bullet for you." David said and Elizabeth just pulled him in for a tight hug.
"I'm so glad you said it first..." President Keane smiled and David breathed a sigh of relief. "I've never stopped loving you. I fell in love with you the first time we did this... It's still the same. I love you too David." She confessed before kissing him again. "Don't take any bullets for me. I need you by my side."
"I'll always be by your side." David spoke softly in her ear before kissing it. She moaned as he kissed down her neck "there's nobody else I'd rather stand along side personally or professionally." He confessed and Keane smiled "now... Can I take you to bed?" David asked.
"Yes." Keane said before kissing him.
