Supergirl and Starfire had arrived inside the phantom zone there powers were not as effective in the place, but they could still fly, which is why they had to be the ones to go inside. By this point, Superman could be anywhere in the phantom zone, so they just had to hope they could find him before Raven did.
"Not thrilled to be back in this place," Starfire said.
"You know I was never told why did you end up inside the phantom zone?" Supergirl asked.
"Well, after Superman killed The Joker, Superboy confronted him and the two got into a fight. Superman would and ended up destroying his heart so badly that the only way to save him was for him to go inside the phantom zone. Superman wouldn't put him in if we didn't go along so we agreed we had to save our friend. I have always regretted that I didn't try to stop Superboy from doing that" Starfire said.
"I have a lot of regrets as well I wasn't there for Kal when he lost his wife, I should have been there and now you know what happened," Supergirl said.
"Superman was a good man once I respected him I looked up to him ever since I arrived on Earth. The Joker got to him destroyed him someday I hope he can be freed as the man he once was," Starfire said.
"I hope so as well, but I fear that Kal is too far gone at this point," Supergirl said.
"Well, we can't harp over the past now we need to focus on stopping Raven we will have a better chance at finding her if we split up," Starfire said.
"I will take the left and you will take the right," Supergirl said. Starfire agreed to the idea right away and started heading off to the right while Supergirl headed to the left.
Supergirl was worried about what she might encounter while she was inside the phantom zone she knew that Krypton used to imprison criminals inside the phantom zone and they would still be here. Worse was the idea that she could end up encountering Kal again that isn't a conversation that she wants to have not right now at least. What Supergirl would end up encountering in a second was even worse. She was suddenly hit in the backwash a powerful force it was unusual to feel as she was almost completely immune to anything for of pain she looked around to see who it was to her horror it was Doomsday.
"Kryptonian," Doomsday said in an angry tone.
"No, it can't be Doomsday what is he doing in the phantom zone," Supergirl wondered.
Doomsday attacked like a mindless brute seeking to destroy Supergirl dodged in shot her heat vision to stun him. Doomsday was barely affected by it though and flew back towards Supergirl to punch her in the stomach.
"I will be your end," Doomsday said.

"Doomsday is never coming," Supergirl said.
"I see that you finally decided to come," Superman said.
"Kal, I was hoping that I didn't have to run into you," Supergirl said.
"What is your reason for showing inside the reached place?" Superman asked.
"Raven is trying to free you and restore the Regime I had to come in here to stop her," Supergirl said.
"Raven I thought she was dead. Well, here is my chance to finally get out of this place," Superman said.
"Kal, it's not too late you can turn back help us again be the man that you once were," Supergirl said.
"That man was the one who could not save Lois my son, the one who let criminals walk free while they continued killing countless innocents the ones who let the world tear itself apart, that is the man you want me to be," Superman said.
"I wished that the time in the Phantom Zone may have made you rethink your actions, but I can see now it is too late," Supergirl said.
"Someday when you lose everything you love Kara you will understand," Superman said.
"I already lost everything I loved Kal I lost my planet my family and you," Supergirl said. This comment enraged Superman and not even thinking he jumped towards Supergirl and punched her as hard as he could sending Supergirl flying onto a nearby island. Supergirl was injured, but she got back up as Superman flew towards her ready and willing to fight.
"I will always regret not being there for you Kal but this is not the way," Supergirl said.
(Match 2: Supergirl Vs Superman)
"You may not like it, but I still need to protect you," Supergirl said.
"Supergirl, are you there," Starfire said.
"Yes, I am here I found Superman," Supergirl said.
"I need your help I found Raven and I can't take her on, on my own," Starfire said.
"First, I need to hide Superman Raven can't find him hold her off as long as you can," Supergirl said.
"Alright, just hurry, I don't know how much longer I can hold her off for," Starfire said.
Raven and Starfire were fighting will both of them keeping their distance and blasting energy attacks at each other. They both would be well-matched normally, but Starfire's powers were weakened inside the Phantom Zone so she was losing badly. Starfire tried to hold Raven off until Supergirl came to help and eventually she did. Supergirl snuck up behind Raven and punched her back into Starfire, who tried to land a hit on her.
"How could you do this Raven we were friends great friends and not only did you join the Regime but now you're trying to bring it back?" Starfire said.
"Poor ignorant Kori, my plan is for worse than what you could imagine," Raven said. Raven used this brief distraction from Starfire's confusion to enter her mind and start mind-controlling her. Supergirl had no idea what was going on though and flew forward to take out Raven. Starfire turned around though and started attacking Supergirl something which confused her.
"Starfire what is going on?" Supergirl wondered.
"I don't know I can't fight it," Starfire said as her voice was getting demonic.
"No Raven has placed you under her mind control spell," Supergirl said. To stop the controlling Supergirl attempted to blast Raven with her heat vision, but Raven saw it just in time and vanished. Supergirl had no idea where she was and before she could use her powers to figure it would Starfire continued attacking. Starfire launched a punch of energy blasts at Supergirl, but she was able to dodge all of them and blast Starfire with her heat vision to throw her off so she could charge in.

"I hope that didn't hurt too much. Raven show yourself," Supergirl said.
"Starfire was too easy for you but let's see how you stack up against me," Raven said.
(Match 4: Supergirl Vs Raven)
Supergirl rushed in to knock Raven out, but Raven using the last burst of power she had summoned a light that blinded Supergirl so she could teleport away. Supergirl quickly got her sight back, but by then it was already too late Raven had managed to escape.
"What happened," Starfire wondered after regaining control.
"Well Raven took control of your mind and beat her but she managed to escape," Supergirl said
"I am sorry," Starfire said.
"It's not your fault Raven was brainwashing you," Supergirl said.
"No that I hesitated when fighting her I know how dangerous and evil she has become but fighting her is difficult she was my best friend on the titans," Starfire said.
"I understand I found fighting Kal to be difficult as well despite the man he became," Supergirl said.
"Well, at least we stopped Raven from getting Superman," Starfire said. Starfire was right about that, but not in the way she thought while heading back to the portal out of the phantom zone she had encountered Doomsday being a former member of the Regime she knew exactly how to control him so she decided to settle on him.
"What is taking the two so long?" Black Canary said.
"The portal is activating I think they are back get ready in case it's someone else," Harley Quinn. Right after Raven showed up they had expected this might happen so they all changed in at once to attack her. Raven, however, summoned a powerful blast that knocked all of them except Cyborg down.
"It's time for you to get a beatdown," Cyborg said, but before he could start Nightwing snuck up from behind and knocked him down.
"Did you get him, Raven," Nightwing said.
"No, I didn't my love, but I did manage to get this," Raven said while showing Doomsday.
"I knew you could do it, Raven, with this we will rebuild the Regime for sure," Damian said while the two were embracing each other affectionately.
"Supergirl and Starfire will be back any minute, let's get out of here," Raven said and then teleported the two away. Supergirl and Starfire came back just in time to see everyone on the ground.
"Are you guys okay," Starfire said.
"Yeah, we're fine," Harley Quinn said while getting up.
"Good news we managed to stop Raven from getting Superman, though judging by this it seems they got away," Supergirl said.
"We have a problem Raven managed to get her hands on Doomsday and she knows how to control him," Cyborg said.
"That is not good," Black Canary said.
"Raven is planning something big I can feel it," Batgirl said.
"We need some help and I know the place where we can get it," Catwoman said.
