Hello there! I bring you a new chapter for the delight of- JESUS WHEN DID I GET MORE THAN 100 FOLLOWERS AND 90 FAVS?! Ive read fics that are waaay longer than this one that have less followers than this fic! jesus, thank you all for following this story so far! I wrote this story mostly because I felt like writing it, but I never really thought it would get this much attention, still thank you all that have read this story! even if you don't follow it, knowing someone read it makes my day!
Also I am now going to shamelessly promote another story I wrote recently! its an my hero academia / SCP crossover starring the witch child! tho im warning you that im not uploading another chapter there soon cuz im working first on this story! but I have some nice idea for that story.
I´ll answer some reviews at the end of the chapter, enjoy!
Sans was actually having a pretty nice day today, not to say that most of his days were bad ones but today was one of the most relaxing days he has gotten since he first woke up on this world. He still didn't have somewhere to sleep sure, but he was determined to fix that today.
It has been a few days since he arrived in Vale and he´d been selling hotcats since then. Not many bought his hotcats at first, but over time more and more people have been showing up to his little stand. He managed to talk to someone about getting papers to "legally" own a building, well as legal as talking to a criminal could go. He really didn't care who bought his hotcats as long as they didn't start any trouble with him.
He´d been sleeping on the roofs of other people houses, since he didn't really feel the cold of the night, and Lil bud just stayed on his pocket, so he was good too. Still, he rather have somewhere more quiet to sleep in, since Vale wasn't very quiet at night. Once he talked to this Junior guy, then he could buy a building and finally begin his project.
One problem he has been having since arriving in Remnant has been the language. Buildings had signs with this weird language he didn't understand, while others were written in perfect English. Hell, the library he found by accident only had books written in English. He wanted to ask someone about this but felt like he would look like an idiot doing so.
Remnant was just weird, but well he was a skeleton selling hotcats and now nicecream too, so one could say he fits well enough. He had forgotten about the nicecream he had bought from that bunny guy back in snowdin, he had a few he could sell, so he was selling them too. good thing nicecream doesn't melt, magic tends to do stuff like that sometimes, like his magic pockets.
Ok he didn't have magic pockets, but he did have a very nice cellphone, made by Alphys, which included a very nice Dimensional Box. He´d almost forgotten about his phone to be honest, and once he remembered he checked his Dimensional Boxes, one was full of nicecream (he liked it ok?) and the other had just stuff he´d use to prank others and a few hotcats.
Lil bud was off on the streets doing cat things, he didn't worry much about his little companion, he would always return in time for him to close his stand so there were no problems.
Sans just finished another hotcat and got paid for his efforts, it's been pretty relaxing just, just him selling hotcats and sometimes nicecream 'Now if only i knew where this Junior guy was at'.
Someone waving infront of him brought him back from his thoughts "Oh sup, wanna buy a hotcat? or would you like some nicecream?" in front of sans was a young girl with pink and brown hair, and did her eyes just change colors? nah.
Sans took a good look at her expression and frowned, her face reminded him a bit of the kid… but this one was different, he could tell that she had killed people before, and those eyes screamed of ruthless killer. But at the same time sans saw something else hidden behind that mask of hers, he saw… loneliness, a bit of sadness, and at the end a small light that kept her together.
Sans job back at the underground was that of a sentry, he had multiple outposts which ended up with him getting a lot of gold, but he also had another job, one no one else knew about. He may be lazy but that never clouded his judgement once. He was an extremely good judge of a character. With one glance at someone´s expression he could tell a LOT of things about said someone, not to even mention checking others, although he only checked others when giving a complete judgement, otherwise it felt invasive from his part.
"actually by your expression, you seem more like an ice cream kinda person. So here, why don't ya try it out?" He then pulled out a nicecream and handed it over to the girl. She seemed a bit surprised at being read like that but took it anyways.
She was more of a Neapolitan ice cream kinda person, but this ice cream had something that was screaming at her to eat it, and once she did boy was, she surprised. Sans just chuckled at the girl´s face, he could swear her eyes were about to come out of her sockets.
Neo never had such good ice cream in her entire life, it was like the gods had made this ice cream themselves, heck this even surpassed her favorite type of ice cream, and she didn't even know what kind of flavor this ice cream was!
For once, she actually felt like paying for the ice cream, instead of stealing it then running away, and she was about to do it too but was stopped by the hooded man "don't sweat it kid, first one is on the house… although if you could tell me where I could find some guy named Junior, then the next nicecream would be on the house too."
Neo looked at her hand to find that she had already finished her nicecream to her dismay, she then determined that Junior´s safety was worth another nicecream.
She smiled and nodded, then pulled out a scroll and opened up a map, she then pointed at the location where he could find Junior "thanks kid, here ya go and if ya ever want more, you know where to find me" she nodded and happily walked away enjoying another nicecream. Something told sans that he was going to be seeing her around more often.
'as long as she keeps it COOL then its fine heh' sans then kept selling hotcats until it was getting late and closed his stand. he waited for Lil bud to return and went to search the place that the girl had pointed in the map.
'hopefully, I can end this nice day on a high note.'
Neo was just happy to have free Ice cream, and all it took her was maybe putting the life of Junior at risk! Now that she thought about it, didn't Roman say something about Junior and today? nah probably not.
Ozpin was kind of baffled if he was being honest, never in his life had he been shot down so… quickly. He was barely acknowledged! But still he was not mad with Sans, just baffled… not that he was planning on giving up that easily.
"Sorry Oz but I really don't think this guy is willing to listen to any of us to be honest, or he is likely to just fall asleep while you talk to him." Qrow was not lying, sans had fallen many times asleep while he talked to him during their travels.
"Now Qrow, I am sure that once our friend accommodates here on Vale, he will be more willing to hear us out."
"That or he will keep sleeping on roofs like a weirdo." Ozpin was not going to judge sans for doing that, but Qrow found it very weird.
"While we are at it, what is he doing right now?" asked Ozpin while taking a sip of some Coffee.
"Well last time I saw him, he was selling hotdogs and I think I saw him selling ice cream, not sure where the hell he got it from, he should have closed his stand by now." Sans had the same routine since he arrived at Vale, Sleep, wake up, sell hot dogs and ice cream, and then sleep again.
"I see, I wonder what he is planning…." Ozpin didn't completely trust sans, but at the same time he didn't think he had bad intentions.
"Well Oz if that's all then I have to go, I heard from a birdie that Yang may or may not come into town and cause some trouble, and I am just going to makes sure that she doesn't get up biting more than she can chew." Qrow didn't doubt she could probably beat up anyone in Vale without much trouble, but its always good to make sure. He wasn't worried for her safety at all, he really wasn't!
"Very well, I´ll talk with you later Qrow." And like that Qrow left the ever-ticking tower, Ozpin was really hoping that Qrow´s Niece didn't get into too much trouble, after all she was a promising student that could become a great huntress, but her search for her mother could get her into a lot of trouble in the future.
'Ah I just remembered, Amber made a request the other day, she wanted to go to the city and say hello to sans…' Ozpin was not really against the idea, but the problem was that it was dangerous for her to leave Beacon at all. Salem had eyes everywhere and if she happened to spot amber outside of Beacon´s ground, then he fears that she would be attacked once more.
'Perhaps when Qrow or Glynda have some free time I could ask them to escort her under disguise…'
Amber was doing Ok in their training, but the problem was that she was weaker than she used to be, making the training sessions rather difficult. That wasn't really the only problem, sometimes Amber would wake up in the middle of the night screaming, Glynda was the one to inform me of her nightmares, it seems like the two got along well enough, which was strange since Glynda was rarely friendly towards anyone.
'Perhaps she really appreciated the extra help with all of the paperwork more than I thought.' Ozpin shook his head and took another sip of his coffee; he was currently reading some application for the students that would be joining this year´s initiation.
"Let's see here…. Jaune Arc? Interesting…"
Yes, this year was looking to be pretty interesting.
Sans was walking through the streets of Vale while humming to himself, He had left the hotdog stand hiding somewhere deep in the forest of mistral, somewhere further away from where he first appeared, since he didn't want to deal with the guys who stole his stuff before.
Lil bud was sleeping on his pocket nice and comfy, and sans was not going to deny him of the pleasure that is sleeping, so he kept walking through Vale heading to where he is supposed to find this Junior guy. He didn't get much information about the guy, only that he worked at a club or something like that, but that was about it. Now that he knew where that club was, he was hoping he could make a deal with him without many issues.
Sans was going to thank that kid for the info next time she comes by again, she may have killed in the past, but he wasn't going to judge her for it, at most she must be LV 3, he didn't CHECK her, but he could already tell.
LV 3 may not sound like much but in reality most humans that kill others tend to just reach that Level Of Violence, the thing about LV is that it's not supposed to go up, its hard to make it go up because its not supposed to do so, and Humans actually get very little EXP from killing other humans, unlike when they kill monsters. A human could kill hundreds of humans and never reach beyond LV 6, since monsters are made mostly out of magic this makes it so that when a human kills a monster they get way more EXP than they would normally get. That Scorpion guy the other day sans did CHECK and he was LV 4 which was pretty high, for humans or well Faunus standards, that guy probably has killed many before…
CHECK it's a pretty neat trick that sans could use as a judge, normally only humans tend to use this, but he could use it as well, not that he used it much, since it was pretty intrusive and could tell you a lot about someone.
If someone managed to kill him… they would probably go up a few Levels, which could be pretty bad, but that just meant he had to be really careful.
It was dark when sans finally reached the club, if he was honest with himself, he wasn't really impressed. The place was really noisy, and the lights were too bright for his tastes, the music was ok, but he would rather listen to something calmer. Is the DJ wearing a bear mask? wow this place just made him realize how much he missed Grillby´s.
Sans wasn't sure where to begin to look for Junior, so he went to the first place that he spotted, that was a small bar. Sans sat down and asked if they had a bottle of ketchup, and to his despair they had none.
'i like this place less by the second…' welp he better start asking around.
"well since you don't have any ketchup, how bout instead you tell me where can a find a guy named Junior?" Sans asked to the bartender.
"…I don't know anyone by that name" Ah ok so he was playing that game, eh?
"bud im not here for trouble, I just want to make a deal with the guy, swear it on my bones." sans could tell that the bartender was not going to just tell him where he was, so he was going to try to convince him that he just wanted to make a deal, which he honestly wanted.
"and I am willing to make an offer that i'm pretty sure he wouldn't refuse."
"Really now? and what would that be?" Sans blinked twice and looked to his left to see a man sitting beside him waving two girls away, looking frustrated.
"well let's just say I have something that he would most likely appreciate" sans said, telling already that he found his guy.
"Yeah sure, that what they always say, but then they come back demanding more, like that jackass Roman." Junior said while ordering a drink.
"uh you don't look too pleased bud"
"You think? That asshole just comes and demands for more extra hands, with that damned cocky smile of his." The bartender gave Junior a drink, which he drank without second thought.
"okaaay, not sure whats up with that but why don't ya just, y´know… say no to him."
"If it was that easy I would´ve done so A long while ago, but right now, he knows of powerful folk´s, so saying no is not really an option."
"huh, well maybe this will make you fill better" sans then pulled a small bag full of gold and showed it to Junior.
"What the hell?" Junior looked at the gold then looked back at sans.
"Say… what your name?" asked Junior looking at sans carefully.
"name´s sans, and I came here to make a deal with ya. you see i'm kinda homeless at the moment, and I lack of certain important papers that I need to get myself comfortable in this city." Sans explained.
"…So you are looking for some forged papers eh?... well which ones do you need?"
"uh… all of them?" Junior then just looked at sans with a confused expression but shrugged.
"Well if papers its what you want I can get ´em for you, but I don't understand why you are paying with literal gold"
Sans shrugged "im kinda low in Lien so this is the best I got bud. so does this mean we have a deal?"
"…Sure it will take me a day or two but i´ll get those papers, the payment Is more than enough. All tho you would need to pay first, if you heard of me before you already know that I never back out of a deal." way more than enough if Junior was honest, not that sans needed to know that.
"sure, then we are Golden bud heh." well, that's one problem taken care of, sans could tell by his expression that he wasn't lying so he didn't have a problem paying right now.
Sans was about to hand over the bag of gold when suddenly someone sat between him and Junior.
"Strawberry Sunrise. No ice. Oh. and one of those little umbrellas." said the girl with blond hair, that just sat down between sans and junior, and who just very rudely, interrupted their deal.
"uhh."
"Aren't you a little young to be on this club blondie?" She giggled at that.
"Aren't you a little old to have a name like Junior?" Junior sighted at that.
"So you know who am I, well I'm sad to tell you that I'm on the middle of something here, so if you-"
"Oh now don't be like that! I'm sure you could make some time for Little old me!" She said getting a little bit too close to Junior´s comfort.
Sans hasn't seen her face yet, since she seemed to just ignore him and focus on junior, but he feels like he should probably help the poor guy out.
"hey uh kid, you should wait till we finish out stuff first" sans said, yang frowned at being called a kid but kept ignoring sans.
"Listen sweetheart I don't have time to talk with you so-"
"Oh please!" She said before she grabbed Junior´s... juniors.
"Call me Sir!" Junior squeals in pain and sans winces.
'oh… well that escalated quickly.' Sans did not like where this was going.
"People say you know everything" The girl then pulls out a scroll and shows Junior a picture of a woman.
"Just tell me where I can find her and I´ll let you go" Sans then decided to try and calm her down before things got out of control.
"I´ve never seen her before I swear!" She was about to say something but then sans placed his hand on her shoulder.
"Hey kid uh, maybe if you calm down and-" What sans didn't know was that he touched her hair by putting his hand there, which finally got the girl´s attention, just not the good type of attention.
Next thing Sans knows, he is flying towards the nearest wall, going through some glass pillar thing and crashing into the wall.
'…ok I didn't expect her to punch me in the face… bless aura but ouch' Sans expected maybe an annoyed look or a glare, but not to be punched in the face and be sent into a wall.
Then suddenly an all out fight started, and sans couldn't help but feel sad to say goodbye to the idea of ending the day on a good note "Uh, Miltia is that guy ok?" Sans then quickly checked if he still had his hood and scarf on, which he thankfully did.
"Not sure Melanie, where did he even-" She was interrupted by the sound of Junior crashing on a wall besides the twins "J-Junior!? What the heck is happening!?" They both look at the direction Junior came flying from, to see the blond girl fighting multiple henchmen.
Sans then just realizes Lil bud was still on his pocket, so he quickly taps his pocket to check on him. Lil bud then jumps out of the pocket and start to puke on the floor next to Sans. He lets out a sight of relief before getting up and looks around to find that he was no longer holding the bag of gold.
"Looks like that Blond bimbo needs to be taught a lesson Miltia" Said Melanie getting ready to join the fight with her sister.
"woah, woah hold up." said Sans while holding his hands in front of the twins "I can guess what you wanna do, but let me talk to her first ´k?"
"What, you think we can´t take care of her?" Said Melanie with an accusatory glare.
"nah, I'm pretty sure you can handle her" no not really "but I consider myself a pretty persuasive guy, so why don't ´cha relax and let me take care of this, as a favor for Junior" Sans also knows that the blond girl hits like a truck and that he rather avoid letting those two break their bones trying to stop her.
'so much for a nice night…' sans then walked towards the blond girl without letting the twins respond 'I´d rather just sit back and let this playout, but then again I don't wanna miss my chance of getting those papers cuz of some angry teen.'
The teen in question just launching away another henchmen, which sans had to duck under "hey kid" the girl then turned towards Sans "how bout you put those fists down and chill, it ain´t really nice to just-" she then remembered that he was the bastard that touched her hair! Then launched herself towards him "ok crazy girl too mad to listen!" But then they were both interrupted by the sound of a gun firing, and both had to take cover from the freaking Dj that pulled out a gun and started firing at both of them, of course sans was having none of that and using some telekinesis, he threw the guy away…. tho he used a bit too much strength on that, since he went flying out of the nearest window 'oops… eh, im sure he´s fine.'
A girl on a red hood was walking on the dark streets of Vale looking for someone…
'I'm sure I saw Yang passing by on Bumblebee just now, where did she-'
"AAAAAAAHHHHHH" The girl looked up to see… a flying bear?
"Is that a flying bear? OH MY GOSH IS THAT THE FLYING URSA?!" She then pulled out a strange looking weapon and went hunting for the rare flying ursa.
Meanwhile back on the club Sans side stepped a huge slam that broke the floor beneath him, and had to duck under a kick that came right after it, he then kept dodging a barrage of punches and kick that came his way, and even some shots from her weird gauntlets "are those shotguns? jeez kid" she didn't seem to like to be called a kid and tried to grab one of sans arms, which he managed to evade, then he had to duck again from her right fist coming to break his face.
Sans then backed away from the girl, who tried to shoot at him 'Click' "Huh?" only to find that her gauntlets had no ammo.
"looks like you dropped this" sans then show the girl´s missing ammo on his hands "now your gauntlets are as empty as your head." She growled at that and pulled more ammo from god knows where and reloaded her weapons on a weird fashion "huh, guess it's not so empty."
She then fired bright projectiles towards sans that kept him moving "ok listen kid, I dunno what you came here for, but if you just calmed down, let me grab my bag and finish my deal with Junior, then im sure-" the girl then looked to the ground to see the closed bag, and proceeded to pick it up.
"Oh? so you are looking for this?" She said while grinning at sans "Then why don't you take it from my hands!" she then got into a fighting stand.
sans sighted 'on a hindsight, ive shouldn't have mentioned that bag' "ok now that's just ain´t cool kid, stealing from others? what did your mother taught you to do that?"
"ACHOO!"
"Bless you Raven"
"Thank you Vernal"
She really didn't seem to like that response, or at least that what sans understood the moment her hair got on freaking fire "uh, I just stepped on a mine didn't i?" she then got behind sans incredibly fast and he barely had time to a right hook that would´ve had sent him to the afterlife.
Her attacks became even faster than before and sans was barely keeping up 'ok if this keeps up i´ll bite the dust' sans then changed her orange soul to blue, making her aura flash a blue color "What the?!" the girl exclaimed.
"you lookin blue there bud, sure you ain´t outta breath yet?" he was hoping she was because he sure as hell was "we could keep this going bud or-" he didn't get to finish that since she then started to fire more projectiles his way 'right she can still do that… well at least she is a bit slower now' Sans was sure he could outlast her on stamina (so long as he doesn't start running) so he just had to tire her out.
Then on a burst of strength, she launched herself incredibly fast towards sans, despite her soul pushing her down, they were almost face to face, and sans could see her red eyes -Sans suddenly wasn't on a club, but on a golden corridor, birds could be heard chirping, a golden light filled the room, a demon rushed sans with a knife in hand- sans managed to come back to his senses just in time to avoid piercing the kid with a trap of bones, stopping them from coming from the ground, sans side stepped the girl and launched her further away with some discreet telekinesis.
She then got ready to go for sans again but then "MREAOW!" a small black cat jumped from the railings of the ceiling and landed on the girls face. The cat then began to scratch her face and her hair in revenge!
"GAH! GET OFF ME YOU FREAKING-" Sans notice that she dropped the bag and took a quick shortcut towards it, grabbing it and backed away from her giving Lil bud some thumbs up.
Lil bud then jumped off the girl and ran away, the girl trying to look for whatever just attacked her face, then sans coughed which grabbed the girl´s attention.
"welp I looks like I managed to get it from your hands" sans then showed her the bag, which surprised her, but made her angrier "kid, listen I dunno bout you, but I don't really enjoy fighting others, so unless you calm down, you ain´t gonna leave me no choice but to use my special attack"
"Oh yeah?! WELL, BRING IT!" She said while getting on a fighting stand again.
"you asked for it bud."
Sans then began to walk towards one of the henchmen and checked his pockets "….Eh?" the girl got confused.
Sans then pulled out a scroll out of the guy´s pocket and held it up "if you don't stop your evil ways kid, I ain´t gonna have another choice but to call the police."
The girl deadpanned "What?"
"you heard me kid, calm down or i´ll have to call the cops on ya"
"Really? You are calling the cops to come help a criminal group?" said the girl while smiling and crossing her arms.
"what criminal group? the only criminal I see is a random girl coming to a club, sexually harassed the owner, began to attack the guards, endangering the other costumers which had to run away in fear, and also caused fear in general which only serves to attract more grimm, and also tried to steal from me, so yeah i´d say i´m calling to cops on ya" The girl blinked at that and her smile faded away, she realized that she only heard that Junior was an information broker, but she didn't know what other things he did, and even if she did she didn't have any evidence of it.
"Well!... shit."
"why did ya come here anyways? I feel like you didn't need to cause all this trouble really." The girl sighted and pulled out her scroll again.
"I´m looking for her, she is named Raven and I need to know where she is!" Sans then looked at the picture. The woman on the picture looked like the girl, but with out the blond hair, and red eyes that the girl lost when she calmed down.
"well, she doesn't look familiar but…" Raven…. where did sans hear that name before?
Some time ago on mistral…
"shE IS sOOOOooo kOOl anD dId I TeLl yoU thAt ShE cAn FlY?!" said the drunk Vernal.
"really now?" said sans while taking some Lien from one of the passed out thugs.
"shE gOT tHis aWeSome sWord ThaT cUTs tHrouGh diMenSionS aNd Shit, aNd dOn't GEt mE startED oN hEr ASS!"
"I though we already discussed that." he said while walking to the next guy.
"RAven IS SooO EDgy toO! BUt I KNow ThAt ShE waTches caT vIdeOs! ISnt thA-" She then passes out for the 4´th time.
"oh, so she WAS talking about someone… huh i thought she was just delirious."
Back on the present
"raven, was it? I think I heard bout her before…" The girl´s eyes lit up at this.
"R-Really?!" She asked with hope in her eyes.
"yeah, actually i do happen to have the number of someone who works VERY close to her" not that it helped him much since he had not scroll, but he kept the number.
"Then!-" Sans then cut off the girl.
"then if you want me to help you contact this woman then you will leave bud."
"What?! B-But-"
"kid, if ya want me to help ya, then leave and look out for me tomorrow, i sell hotcats ´round Vale, but if ya don't leave then you ain´t getting that number."
"B-But…." The girl sighted "FINE, but you´ve better not run away or something or I swear to the brothers-"
"i ain´t going anywhere kid, the opposite really, kinda the reason I came here in the first place."
The girl just kept staring at Sans but sighted once again and walked away from the club.
Sans sighted "well, now that that's dealt with" sans heard someone cough and blinked twice then he turned back to see Junior being help up by one of the twins while all three of them looking at sans.
"I got to thank you for stopping that crazy Bimbo, I don't think I would´ve been able to pay all of the damages she would´ve have caused if she kept fighting." Said Junior with a thankful look.
"don't worry bout it bud, now about those papers…"
"I´ll handle that, don't worry, heck it will be on the house since you saved… well the house."
"oh, cool thanks." Then Junior and Sans kept talking for a while, never noticing someone watching them from afar.
"What the heck was all of that?" said a man wearing a hat and holding a cane "Jeez, glad I managed to avoid that crazy bi-" Suddenly his scroll vibrated and he pulled it out to see that he received a message.
Gremlin: Hey Roman, I should prooobably warn you that someone was looking for junior and that they are probably heading your way, dunno who told 'em but I DO know that they sell god like Ice Cream.
BestThief: Neo, the club almost got completely trashed and I lost a lot of henchmen that Junior was going to hand me over.
Gremlin: I regret nothing.
BestThief: You´re grounded, no Ice Cream for a week.
Gremlin: I regret everything.
Roman sighted and began to walk away from the club, interested in the person that somehow managed to just teleport to get some bag.
"uh bro, what are you doin?"
"Well isn't it obvious? I´m placing a perfectly cooked trap for when the human comes by! I´ve even left a microwave with all of the important settings on, so they can heat it up!"
"oh, ok that makes sense, but what´s with the missing poster you sticked next to the microwave? I mean, the picture is a literal question mark and all it says, 'If you find someone you think its missing then well done! and also call the great papyrus in the number below!' "
"Oh that! well… im not too sure to be honest, you see I was walking by snowdin, showering on praises by the people! but when I passed by the giant tree, I felt like… someone was missing. Very strange right? but the great papyrus is never wrong! even when he has no idea who is missing!"
"well, I guess you are right bro, tho I haven't heard anyone reporting someone missing…"
"Then we will have to wait until someone does! then we will find whoever was missing! then make them feel bad for making the great papyrus get worried about them! and lastly maybe become friends! there is no way this plan can fail! NYEHEHEHEHE!" papyrus storms off.
"…." sans takes a shortcut behind grillby´s and starts to walk to the entrance, but looks at the christmas tree 'huh, weird, it DOES feel like something is missing there' sans looks to his left to the empty spot besides the front window of grillby´s '… weird, suddenly I started to think bout politics for some reason… weird.' sans shrugs and walks in grillby´s.
Sans really didn't want to sell hotcats today, but he did say he would be somewhere around the city selling them to that crazy girl last night, so he rather not antagonize her again, but he really wanted to just sleep all day today.
'not even selling many hotcats today' sans yawned and looked to his right once more to see some small girl looking at him from around the corner of the street wearing a red hood and cape. After looking straight at her she quickly hid away.
'she´s been looking at me since she first came around that corner… does she think I didn't see her?' sans hoped she didn't want to start anything; he couldn't tell her expression from this far.
Meanwhile ruby let out a breath of relief, that was close, he almost spotted her this time! thankfully she was very stealthy 'I think that's the guy Yang asked me to look out for and call her if I found' Yang didn't give her a name to work with, since apparently, she forgot to ask his name, but the guy matched the description! small (but sadly a bit taller than her) blue hoodie, black pants, pink slippers and a red scarf!
She peeked out from the corner once again… only to find that he was gone! "What!? Where did he go!?"
"did he get away?" asked someone behind her, peeking out the corner as well.
"I don't know! he was there just a sec-" Ruby then blinked twice and let out a small 'eep!' before jumping backwards and falling on her back.
"Owww, h-hey! why did you do that for!" She screamed at the guy she was just watching a second ago.
"eh? what do you mean? I thought that since you were watching me so much, ya wanted to talk or something."
"B-But you didn't have to sneak up on me like that! how did you even do that!" Ruby exclaimed.
"magic kid, anyhow since it looks like you want to tell me somethin, why don't ´cha come over to my stand and we talk while you buy one of my very famous hotcats."
"I-"
"or I mean, you can just stay here and keep lookin at me like a weirdo on the middle of the street." Ruby the closed her mouth before she could complete her sentence, she blushed a little and nodded before following the guy to the hotdog stand.
"so, what can I do for ya" said sans looking at ruby.
"U-Um, I mean, I guess- Yang wanted- she wanted me to-"
"woah there kid calm down, here eat this, it will make you Chill out" sans said while handing out a Nice Cream to Ruby.
"OH! Thank you!" then ruby grabbed the Nice Cream and began to lick it "WOAH! This tastes so good! You won't happen to have cookie flavor, would you?"
"nope sorry kid, tho maybe in the future I will" Ruby looked delighted at that.
"so, what was that about your sister? asked sans.
"OH, right, um she just wanted me to call her if I spotted you today, since I came here to look for better parts for my Crescent Rose!"
"that's cool I guess, tho how bout instead you tell her to come to this direction in a few days, since I will have a better place to sell my stuff and well talk." said sans while handing ruby a piece of paper with a direction on it.
"Sure! and you better have that cookie ice cream ready bythen sir!" Ruby said.
"ok kid, tho before you go, shouldn't you like, y´know, tell me your name or something?"
"…Oh… right, sorry! um I´m Ruby Rose! Nice to meet you." she said while giving a wobbly smile.
"name´s sans, Comic sans, you seem like a fun kid, guess i´ll be seeing ya around then?"
"Sure! see you later Sans- waiiit was that chill thing a pun?!" She exclaimed as she walked away.
"heh, that kid is too nice for her own good, good thing Lil bud is out and about, bet she would have crushed him on a hug." The kid was clearly Lv 1, and she reminded him a bit of Paps 'huh so she is that blonde girl´s sister… they don't really look alike' sans shrugged and sat down on his chair, waiting for more clients and hope that he could have a nice day today.
"So let me get this straight, you sold Junior out for some Ice Cream" asked a very not happy Roman. Neo told him that she thought that the ice cream was worth his life, which only in certain circumstances would he agree.
"Who was that guy anyways? I don't think he and the blondie knew each other, and he apparently wanted some papers from Junior." not only that, but he was paying with gold! Roman would love to steal all of that precious gold, but sadly he didn't have the time because of his new… employer.
Neo shrugged, and typed on her scroll "I´m not sure, he just showed up one day and started selling hotcats and the god Ice Cream" she typed, smiling at the memory of the taste.
"Well, your still grounded so don't get any funny ideas on going to get more Ice Cream from him. And do not even try to do the puppy eyes, doesn't work on me when I wear these shades." Neo pouted at that and crossed her arms while looking away.
Roman sighted "Well, I doubt I will have to report him to Cinder, he doesn't seem too important, but I will try to meet this guy if I have the chance." Roman didn't know why, but he felt like he should really meet this guy, and his gut feeling never has failed him before.
"That Ice Cream better be good." muttered Roman while looking away from Neo.
For Neo, a week never sounded so much like hell before.

2 – como puedes ver sans si que puede ver el ama de otros, pero el cree que es algo intrusivo hacer eso, normalmente con una mirada a la expresión de alguien el puede averiguar lo suficiente para saber si confiar o no en alguien, como Ruby!.
