He furrowed his brow. "Loser, let me go." He pushed up his hand to push Naruto off, but as soon as his hands touched his shoulder, he felt another memory flood into him.

The two of them were fighting outdoors in the middle of a storm. They were next to a river, and he saw as the dark, brown water traveled rapidly downstream. Their faces were bruised, bloodied, and their uniforms were both covered in dirt and mud. Naruto was grabbing him by the shirt collar, attempting to drag him somewhere, but Sasuke was resisting and kicking wildly. Suddenly he saw as trees began falling in the distance, the wind picked up and tree limbs and rubble started to be thrown around mercilessly. Naruto was momentarily distracted and Sasuke shoved him down and started racing down the riverbank.

"Ouch!" Naruto yelped holding on to his shoulder. "How come that hurt?" Naruto shook his head. "None of this makes any sense." He touched his forehead. "Am I hallucinating?" He briefly looked at Sasuke. He was just sitting there, he was scowling, and he was acting as if nothing had happened. If it hadn't been for Itachi knocked out just behind him Naruto would think he was dreaming.

Meanwhile, Sasuke ignored him and promptly stood up.

It happened again.

He grabbed something and a scene flooded into him. He looked around the room and his eyes immediately landed on Itachi, quietly laying on the floor of his living room, just feet from the balcony. He took a deep breath. He was going to grab him, and when he did, he'd hopefully see something that could help him understand what was going on.

"You need to tell me how you did that." Naruto started walking towards Sasuke, but he flinched as he walked.

He followed Sasuke's gaze to Itachi. "We should probably carry him into the bedroom."

Naruto was still rubbing his shoulder. He stepped in, over Itachi's body, and started to remove his blazer. He flinched once more as he did and he placed his blazer gently over the couch. He then unbuttoned his shirt slightly and looked at his shoulder.

"It's bruised?" His mouth fell open and he started gasping at air. "How the hell did you do that?" He was repeating the question but Sasuke was still ignoring him.

Sasuke stepped into the room and prepared himself to pick up Itachi.

"Hey." Naruto warned. "You trying to throw your back out? You can't lift him alone."

Sasuke clicked his teeth.

Naruto started rolling up his sleeves. "You get winded just bringing up the groceries on your own. Don't act like you can just lift up a full-grown man by yourself."

With a sigh Sasuke reached down and lifted Itachi easily off the ground and placed him on his back effortlessly.

As soon as he did, he saw himself when he was about 7 years old and he was sleeping in a tent with Itachi. He could see light shimmering through the zipper and the thin fabric around the tent. He saw that his pillow was next to Itachi's face, but he had turned so much at night that his feet ended up gently placed next to Itachi's face. Sasuke saw as his younger self tossed and turned, he was sweating so much that his shirt clung to his skin, his face was twisted in pain, and he was grunting. Suddenly, the boy shot up with his mouth wide open. Sasuke couldn't hear a word, but just by looking at himself he knew that it was a gut-wrenching scream. Itachi suddenly woke up, his face filled with concern, he went to grab his brother, but as soon as he did Sasuke lunged back in fear and started kicking and screaming at him.

That wasn't helpful at all. Sasuke though bitterly as he made his way to the bedroom with his brother on his back.

"HOW THE HELL DID YOU DO THAT?!" Naruto was incredulous.

Sasuke ignored him and was already in the bedroom, gently setting Itachi down on his bed. He considered his next move. It was obvious that neither Naruto or Itachi were going to be of any help. He needed to find a clue. Anything to let him know where the hell he was. Any other minute in whereever the hell this place was, was one more minute that his friends and family were at risk of being attacked.

Naruto had followed him into his bedroom and he placed his hand over Itachi's forehead to check for a fever. "Man, he's out cold." Naruto sighed. "How are you doing any of this? What the hell is going on?" He turned to look at Sasuke who was sitting at the foot of the bed. Once their eyes met, Naruto's eyes widened and he gasped in horror.

"Who the fuck are you?" Naruto was shivering, his legs were shaking, and he started to rush out of the bedroom. "Where's Sasuke?" His mouth was dry.

Sasuke raised an eyebrow. Maybe Naruto wasn't such an idiot after all. "So, you noticed."

Naruto's lip started quivering and he bumped into Sasuke's bookshelf. "Whoever… whatever you are. Get out of Sasuke's body."

Sasuke furrowed his brows. "This is my body."

Naruto shook his head no in horror. "Be gone spirit!" He turned around and quickly grabbed one of the books behind him. He started to nervously flip through the pages, his eyes glancing from it to Sasuke nervously. "Fuck. Not the one cooking book in here." His lip was quivering again, he was on the verge of tears. He tossed the book at Sasuke, who caught it one hand, then turned around once more to grab a different book.

Naruto looked at him with wide eyes. He had a new book in his hand and with a shaky voice he started screaming "I CURSE YOU OUT! UNCLEAN EVIL SPIRIT!"

Sasuke stood up, still holding the book and started slowly making his way towards Naruto.

"IN THE NAME OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST!"

Sasuke was standing right in front of him, looking at the book in his hands with curiosity.

"IT IS HE WHO COMMANDS YOU! AND UH…" Sasuke gently reached out and held his hands open in front of him. "FUCK WHAT ELSE DID THAT DUDE SAY IN THE MOVIE?" He was trembling now. Sasuke raised an eyebrow at him. "I just remembered… that dude died in the end too." Naruto was about to cry.

"Naruto, let me see the book."

"No!" He clutched it to his chest. "I CAST YOU OUT EVIL SPIRIT!"

Sasuke sighed. "I'm not an evil spirit." He clicked his teeth once more.

"Why would I believe you?" Naruto's voice was hoarse from all that screaming.

"Well, if I wanted to hurt you. I already would have."

Naruto nodded. "Any good reason?"

"That is a very good reason."

Naruto didn't think so. "You could change your mind."

Sasuke almost laughed at that.

"Who are you? What's your name?" Naruto squinted his eyes at him.

"Sasuke Uchiha. I'm a shinobi for the Hidden Leaf." He pursed his lips. "By the looks of it, some jutsu sent me to a world without chakra."

Naruto nodded once. Twice. His eyes were still squinted. "What gate of hell is that in?"

Sasuke scoffed. "It's in the Land of Fire."

Naruto nodded once. Twice. His eyes were still squinted. "Yeah. Of course it is, but which part of hell exactly?"

"Would you stop doing that?" Sasuke screamed. "You're so annoying!" Sasuke stepped back and turned to sit by Itachi again, but Naruto rushed past him and with one hand clutching the book and the other stretched out protectively over Itachi.

"Do not harm him!" He called out in a loud, dramatic, voice. "Sasuke Uchiha from the Land of Fire! I curse you out evil spirit! Leave Sasuke's body at once!" He opened the book and started flipping through the pages once more. Shit. I can't read Latin. Naruto thought as he stared at the mumbled words in front of him. But I got a plan B!

"THE POWER OF CHRIST COMPELS YOU!" He screamed the book open in one hand, pointing menacingly at Sasuke, while pretending to throw water at him.

"Would you listen to me? I need to figure out who in this world is able to cast jutsu."

Naruto wasn't listening, he was still chanting and pretending to fling water.

Sasuke pressed his fingers to his forehead and sighed.

This isn't going to be easy.
