"Before we can unpack how hero society is overflowing with corruption, bribery and how–for the most part–it's just a puppet with media and politics pulling the strings, we need to unpack how Iida-san's answer is wrong," Inari says, pacing in front of the podium. "Who knows about the Neko vs. Minato Yukito case?"

"Yes, Midoriya-san."

"C-Cat Hero: Neko had–well, he accused h-his manager, Minato Yukito, for s-sexually harassing and–and, blackmailing Neko to keep him hired," Izuku answers nervously, fidgeting with his fingers. Inari nods in affirmation.

"Yes. Minato was charged and sent to prison, but the lawsuit revealed that Neko was embezzling from the agency and he had his hero license revoked. Who was the villain?"

"They both were, Ine-san," A 15 year old girl with long black hair styled in a spiky ponytail, slanted black eyes, and fair skin answers confidently.

"Are you sure..."

"Yaoyorozu Momo. And yes. Minato-san and Neko-san are both villains, because they did something that was illegal and wrong," The black haired teenager says calmly.

"Wrong, Yaoyorozu-san," Inari says, leaning against the podium. "See, Minato's the villain, because he had purposely blackmailed and sexual harassed Neko. He did it for himself. Neko, on the other hand, was embezzling money from the agency he worked at, because his sibling couldn't afford to pay medical treatment for their dying child. Neko knew that he was doing something illegal and had stated that he knew he would be caught, but he wanted to do the right thing. His sibling had lost a child a couple years before this and Neko couldn't bare to watch them go through it again."

"But, Ine-san. He committed a crime!" Tenya exclaims, making Inari shrug.

"Yeah. Neko did commit a crime, but commiting a crime and being a villain are two different things. All villains commit crimes, but not everyone who commits a crime is a villain. Every single hero you've all seen, has committed at least one crime in their career," Inari says, cracking her neck. "It may have been during an undercover investigation, or it was a choice between a lesser and greater evil, or they committed a crime to protect someone. There are, of course, crimes that go too far, even if you committed it for someone else or to protect someone."

"As a private investigator, I've seen what heroes don't talk about, what they aren't allowed to talk about. I investigate cases that are too controversial for most heroes to be involved in. I burn through the red tape where heroes have to keep up appearances and go through the process unless they want to risk their career. I'm able to investigate claims against heroes under the radar, unlike law enforcement," Inari continues, taking out one of her business cards and showing it to the class. Inari glances at her watch and sighs.

"Since I'm just a guest teacher, or some shit like that, it's not an assignment, but I want you guys to look up a case Himura Investigations has done and figure out who was the villain. Was it the accused, was it the one who called for the investigation, or was it both?" The bell rings right when Inari finishes her speech. "Seriousness aside, I'm glad to be helping you fetuses in becoming the next generation of heroes! When Eraser wakes up, tell 'im I went to cause some chaos."

Inari gives the class a two finger salute before walking out of the room. She glances around the hallway before going right. She smiles brightly when she sees Vlad King walking out of a classroom.

"Yo, Vlad King! Can I call you Vlad?" The white haired woman greets loudly, walking over. She glances in the open door and sees the curious stares of twenty students.

"Oh, are these your fetuses? I just talked with Eraser's. Hi!" Inari walks into the class with a bright smile. She jumps up on the podium and gives the class a bright smile.

"They're my class, yes," Vlad says with a small frown. Inari giggles and stares at the students.

"Eh, fuck it," Inari says to herself. "Can you go tell Nezu-san I'll be guest teaching your fetuses too?"

"I thought you just wanted to see Aizawa-san's," Vlad says, making Inari shrug.

"I wanted to mess with Eraser by embarrassing him in front of his class while I teach his fetuses. I wanna teach both classes though," She says before a 15 year old boy with blonde hair, purple eyes, and fair skin stands up.

"Who are you to grace us with your presence after teaching the 1-A shits?" The boy asks, making Inari blink in surprise. She barks out a laugh and points at the boy.

"Oh, you're gonna be great to mess with! I'm Ine, a Private Investigator at Himura Investigations. Due to the harpy incident yesterday, I'm going to be teaching you all how to deal with the harpies and how to work with people in law enforcement. Your supposed to do this next year, but the harpy incident was kinda big deal," Inari introduces herself.

"You're quite rude," The boy snarks easily. Inari grins menacingly and leans forward.

"I'm an honest bitch, blondie. You'll learn quick that being honest in this line of work rarely ever comes around," The white haired woman says before leaning back. She stares at the boy with a thoughtful expression.

"I didn't want to ask y'all since it's your passing period, but you convinced me," Inari says, jumping off the podium. "What makes a villain?"

Hey! Hope you all like the new chapter! It's a bit shorter, but I didn't really know anything else to add to this chapter. Hope you all like the story so far! Bye!
