dragonfighter11: I don't understand what you mean. Please explain. At least that's what I would have said if I didn't notice the chapter you posted this on. Hehehehehehe. Anyways, Makarov is very protective of his 'family'/Fairy Tail, and as Sasuke and Naruto are recent recruits while he still thinks of them as family, he isn't afraid to do something about them. When I said permanently I didn't mean killing either. I meant excommunication.

Heavenly Bodies

Naruto's eyes widened as he saw Shin keeping pace with him rather easily. "You're…Heavenly Body Magic," he clarified to himself. However, Shin heard him and looked at him with a nonchalant look.

"So…are we going all out from the start?" he asked, looking at Naruto.

Naruto smirked. "Before we begin to fight…you were able to keep pace with me. I want you to know, that you won't be able to for the rest of this fight."

Shin laughed. "Bring it on. I've always wanted to fight you."

Naruto disappeared in a flash of golden magic. Shin smiled at that. "Damn. I can barely track the guy."

Shin disappeared then too.

"Where did they go," Natsu asked, looking up in the sky and seeing nothing, only hearing the occasional boom.

"They're moving at high speeds. I doubt that many people here can even track them," Gray said, his eyes narrowing.

Levy nodded. "However, it's obvious they're doing brief, powerful clashes."

Elfman looked at Makarov, who he was sure was able to see the fight given how his head was moving. "Do you know who is winning master?" Makarov sighed and narrowed his eyes.

"Right now they're about even, yet they're both holding back. That much is obvious."

Naruto slipped through a barrage of punches, slamming his fist into Shin's gut. He tried to get away quick enough, however Shin's Meteor was well developed, and he lashed out with a punch, which slammed into Naruto's jaw before he could get away. The males then shot off, clashing with charging each other, but only letting the golden energy around them clash for a while.

Eventually Naruto grew bored of this, a smile creeping onto his face. "Stop this! Heavenly Blast!"

Naruto closed his right fist, save for two fingers, before swiping it swiping it backwards. A large sphere of Heavenly Body Magic materialized, before it shot forwards with the appearance of a tornado. Shin's eyes widened as he saw it race towards him.

'Avoid that,' Shin screamed in his head. He shot to the side, however his eyes widened as Naruto simply moved his hand, causing the sphere of magic to chase after him. His eyes narrowed.

'He can control it? Dang.'

Shin raced around before lining up perfectly with Naruto. He then raced towards him, the sphere on his tale. Naruto smiled. 'That won't work on me,' he thought. Just as Shin was about to collide with Naruto he shot to the right, avoiding him and making the sphere come directly face-to-face with Naruto, however he looked as calm as he possibly could in a fight. Naruto put one palm forwards, and as the sphere impacted with it he halted hit with not even a grunt of effort. Shin's eyes widened.

"No way," he said. "The physical strength required to do that."

Naruto turned his head to look at him, a smile on his face. "Yeah. I'm pretty strong huh," Naruto said a smirk on his face. Shin smiled back at him, which caused Naruto's smile to widen.

"Well then," Shin began. "I'm going to enjoy defeating you all the more then, won't i?" Naruto let out a chuckle. "I think it's the other way around," he said, throwing the sphere of energy at Shin. Shin's hair covered his eyes as he raised his arm. He then closed his fists.

'I'm not physically strong enough to stop it like he is; he packed to much magic into the attack. However…'

Shin placed both of his hands on top of each other, with the top hand having only the index and middle fingers spread out. Seven Magic circles were then summoned in front of him, connected together to look like the Big Dipper. Then, one-by-one the seals released a powerful light blast towards the sphere of magic energy, forming the same pattern.

"Grand Chariot!" Shin called out as the spells clashed midair, resounding in a massive explosion of light.

"Hmm," Matatabi mumbled. "Impressive, being able to stand up to Kurama like that." Sasuke turned, his crimson eyes flaring. Matatabi looked at him with a smug look, even being cocky enough to look him in the eyes.

"Naruto isn't Kurama."

"He houses him. Same difference."

Erza then turned, swinging her blade until it was at Matatabi's neck. "You don't have a right to talk. You aren't much different."

Matatabi rolled its eyes, before looking back at the battle. "I'll remember that when I string your corpse up to dry."

Erza's blood ran cold.

Naruto disappeared as soon as the smoke covering him had finally cleared, revealing nothing. Shin's eyes widened. 'He moved,' he thought. He felt a fist impact with his back and a burning sensation ignite.

"Meteor Gauntlet!" Naruto roared as he fired off a giant ball of Heavenly Body Magic at point-blank at Shin's back.

Shin grunted as he flew towards the ground, seeing it come towards him quickly. He slammed into it with a mighty explosion, causing more dust to envelop the field. Naruto looked at the smoke with a smug look.

"That can't be all you have to you can it."

"Orion's Belt!" the call came, as three, strong, beams of Heavenly Body Magic shot towards Naruto. Naruto's eyes widened before he raised his leg.

"Sky God's Missiles!" he roared, firing off three, powerful blasts of Sky God Slayer Magic downwards, directly at the incoming beams. The explosion that occurred shook the entire mountain the arena was on, in black winds and golden light.

Naruto smiled. "Destructive battles were almost always my favorite. How about you?"

Shin appeared behind him. "Agreed." He said, slamming his fist into Naruto's back. Naruto shot towards the ground; however Shin was besides him, already gathering magic.

He then slammed his fist in the side of Naruto's face, sending him straight towards the ground. Naruto impacted with the ground with a solid thud, however Shin wasn't done with his assault, shooting straight into the sky.

He smiled.

"Prepare yourself, Uzumaki!"

Shin crossed his arms above his head and began casting the spell. The nearby shadows began to be draw directly over his head, forming a small, black orb which began to rapidly grow in size. Small, white lights appeared inside it, similar to the night sky as it grew.

Makarov's eyes widened. "The amount of magic contained in that spell. It's deadly. And it's so dense, along with the amount of gravity it contains. Naruto cannot be hit by that, or else this match very well might end up in his loss."

Happy's eyes widened. "No way." Natsu, Gray, and Lucy all looked up into the sky.

"I'm afraid so Happy. That spell is dangerous."

"Than all Naruto has to do is avoid it." Lucy said.

Makarov nodded. "But that will be easier said than done."

XxX

The spell began to draw in objects, any loose surroundings, food, even people were feeling themselves be pulled upwards. Winds rose in the air as the great gravitational force pulled them upwards, causing many people to narrow their eyes to see.

However, Naruto was not one of those people and as the smoke cleared he glared openly at the attack. He covered himself with Meteor before he shot upwards, directly at Shin. Shin smirked back at him, taking Naruto's charge as arrogance.

"Altaris!"

Shin threw the giant, black, orb of energy downwards, directly at Naruto as he shot upwards. Naruto's eyes narrowed as he began to spin in his Meteor spell, causing it to swell in size as the magic output Naruto was releasing grew.

The two attacks collided midair in a resounding BOOM!

The impact of the two spells did nothing less than increase the already dangerous situation. The very ground itself was being pulled up and shot towards the clash, as were parts of the statues that surrounded the arena.

In the clash however, it was much more deadly than outside. Naruto felt like his entire being was being brought down upon him and flattened into a pancake. Blood flowed from his mouth, eyes, arms, and legs as it was thrown into the massive black hole-like spell. Naruto felt as if his entire body was being broken down. He was sure the only reason he was alive right now was because Kurama was working overtime to heal any damage done to his body as quickly as it was done, however even the fox couldn't keep up with the rate of injuries he was sustaining.

Naruto however was determined cto break through the spell and kept pouring on magic. Not that he had much off a choice as his magic was seemingly being sucked up by the spell itself, hence how much harder it was becoming to push through the attack.

Naruto used his last drop of energy he had left to plow through the attack, resulting in an explosion.

BOOM!

Naruto spun out of control hitting the ground with a loud bang as did Shin, as he wasn't able to stay in the air after the amount of power that was unleashed. Shin stood on shaky legs, before he checked his magic reserves. He frowned when he realized how low they were. He had put in to much power into that last attack.

Naruto stood, slower than Shin did, with a groan emanating loudly from him. His entire right arm was covered in blood, and his right eye was Kurama's after how much magic he drew from the fox.

Shin smirked at Naruto. "You survived that. Impressive. But you seem too drained to do anything else."

Naruto smiled a flimsy, weak, and obviously bluff-made, smile. "Please, I feel like I could fight an entire army."

Shin rolled his eyes before he took another deep breath, trying to regain as much ethernano as he could before the two clashed again. Naruto caught on and smirked.

"You have a slow way of gaining back your power don't you," Naruto called. Shin's eyes revealed clear confusion. "What do you mean?"

Naruto smiled. "I have an ability you don't." Naruto then began to suck in the air. Shin looked confused before he noticed the air seemed to be getting thinner, fast. He looked at Naruto with wide eyes as his stomach expanded to preposterous sizes before shrinking back down again.

Naruto then smirked, his eyes back to normal. Then the wounds on his body began to close, at a rate even faster than Kurama could have done it…alone that is. Sky God Slayer Magic along with Kurama's gift made him nearly untouchable when he wanted to be.

"I'm all winded up!" Naruto paused. "I think I'll leave the catch-phrases to Natsu." He mumbled, scratching the back of his head before black winds exploded into the area.

"You did well Shin, but this match is over. Sky God's Bellow!"

The black steams of wind and magic that combined to form a tornado did not hesitate, tearing up the ground and sending rocks and dust everywhere. Shin's eyes widened as it raced towards him.

"No!"

He was caught in the blow.

BOOM!

The explosion shook the mountain.

As the tornado of dust cleared there was a defeated Shin on the ground, along with a panting Naruto who was on one knee. The referee's wide eyes shrank back to normal size, calming down after seeing such a destructive battle.

"Winner of match one, of round two, of bracket A: Naruto Uzumaki!"

Hey guys it's Kuma Akuma. I think you guys will like this chapter, mainly because of how the fight went, especially the ending, which wasn't even the ending I had in mind through the entire fight, I just liked it better. Naruto basically just cheated, and I personally find it hilarious. Also a little disrespectful towards Shin too, but hilarious nonetheless. I also need to tell you I'm leaving on the 11th, not of free will mind you, and will be unable to write for a bit. Hence, this chapter came out early. Then again, I've been giving out a lot of chapters early. This chapter actually came out the same day as Raijin. I recommend you go read that by the way. Now that we're done with shameless support of my own stories, I want to know what you guys think of this chapter especially of Shin's final spell, Altaris. It's overpowered in my opinion, as it's basically a black hole. I don't understand how Simon stopped it by himself in the anime and manga, but hey, Naruto did it this time too, although he did nearly die. Yeah, this spell probably shouldn't be used for sport. Oh well. To late now. Shin what have I told you for doing that. Absolutely nothing, because I looooooveeee it when dangerous things happen and it looks badass. What can I say? Nothing! I'm hyper, maybe because I drank coke...not the drug you dirty people...I don't think you can drink that. Anyways, vote on my poll if you haven't, review, all that jazz. See you guys later and avoid the Earl. Also, my Afroze story, which some of you know about, well I'm pulling back on the release date. It will come out when this story ends, which admittedly won't take that long. If I really push myself...early next year, maybe middle next year. If I don't...late next year. I already have the rest of the arcs decided anyways. This really is one of the few AU arcs I'm doing.
