Later that night, Ivy invaded Silent Tower and killed one of the guards with her poison spells. She then disguised herself as that same guard and walked toward the entrance.
"Halt!" shouted one of the soldiers guarding the entrance. "What business have you here?"
"I came to deliver a message to the Minotaur," Ivy answered. "It's very important that he reads it."
"State your name," the guard demanded.
"Scarlet Crest," Ivy replied with a sharp tone. "I'm a new recruit."
The guard took a good look at Ivy for a few seconds before he stepped back. "Very well," he stated. "Allow me to escort you."
The guard took Ivy into the lobby and led her down a flight of stairs into a giant basement-like area. "This is where we keep the most notorious of criminals," he declared as the two continued down the stairs. They finally stopped in front of a giant cell lined with metal bars that housed the giant monster.
"I'll take it from here," Ivy stated. The guard nodded and made his way up the stairs.
"What do you want?" jeered the Minotaur. He glared at Ivy as if he had prepared to rip her in half.
"I'm here to break you out," answered Ivy with a confident voice.
"How do I know you're not trying to trick me?" huffed the Minotaur.
Ivy removed her hood and revealed her true identity. "Because I'm not one of them," she replied. The Minotaur's eyes grew wide in disbelief. "I heard you were defeated by a young woman named Mara Stone," she continued, "and I bet you want revenge."
"How do you know her?!" the Minotaur shouted in surprise.
"I happened to run into her along the way," Ivy chuckled. "Maybe you could help me destroy Summer Hold as well?"
"Why would I take orders from you?" grunted the Minotaur. "I only follow my own agenda."
"Mara lives in Summer Hold, and she'd be devastated to see her home in ruins," Ivy answered. "Besides, there's a certain king I want to overthrow, but I can't do it on my own."
"Kill two birds with one stone, eh?" the Minotaur pondered. "I like that idea."
"Good," Ivy chuckled, "now stand back and let mommy dearest take care of this." Ivy casted her Contamination spell, and the bars holding the cell began to break apart.
The Magic Council soldiers above the dungeon heard the explosion and began rushing down the steps. The Minotaur grabbed his axe from the wall beside his cell and began charging toward the steps. The soldiers at the bottom began casting their spells, but the Minotaur chopped their heads off before they could finish. Meanwhile, Ivy cackled maniacally as the stood before the bloodshed.
"Magic Council," she shouted as the two continued making their way upstairs, "get ready to feel our wrath!"
The two eventually made their way to the ground floor when they saw more Magic Council soldiers pouring in from upstairs. "Destroy the foundation!" Ivy announced. The Minotaur swung his axe everywhere, causing the walls to crumble. The Magic Council soldiers began to lose their balance and eventually fell off the crumbling steps. The debris fell on top of the soldiers, one by one, crushing them to death.
The Magic Council soldiers from outside casted their spells at the villainous duo, but they were too weak. Ivy poisoned them with her Noxious Burst and Festering Arrow, while the Minotaur chopped them to bits. All the soldiers of Silent Tower had been killed, save for a straggler who quaked in immense fear. The Minotaur stared at the lone soldier as Ivy walked up to him and whispered, "Tell the king of Summer Hold that their new queen is coming home."
The straggler began running and whimpered along the way. The Minotaur then stared at the horizon and shouted, "Mara Stone, your Judgement Day has arrived!"
