"What are you doing here?" Rita asks. The sight in front of her wants to make her want to cry.
"We want to help." A voice tells them. Rita looks at them with confusion.
"Why?" Zedd asks them. They look at each other and smile at them.
"Tommy's a child of the Power Grid. His connection to the Power Grid is more influential as he might have been born on Earth, but he was created in the Power Grid. Once the villains captured him, some of the Rangers inside the Power Grid want to help. We offered." Another voice tells them. Rita and Zedd look down. They had known about the connection but could never understand it. Now that makes sense.
"Did Zordon know?" Rita asks them. Most have a disgusted look on their faces. Mom and dad wonder why.
"No, but he made it worst for the child to transform. The White Tiger Power would have gone to Tommy in time. Zordon should have never done what he did. The Power Grid tries to make it bearable to him, but it doesn't always work out like that. His team stabilized him with the Power Grid." The voice that told them that they wanted to help speaks again.
Zedd's eyes flash black, while Rita glows green. The two had told Zordon over and over not to mess with the Power Grid. The two would always fight Zordon when he wasn't thinking straight. Dulcea would side with her Green and Black, while their Pink, Gallie, would side with Zordon. Freya, a White and ally, would make Zordon understand that the Power Grid is not something to mess with.
Freya knew that the team would fall apart, as no one could bond like they were supposed to. Zordon was hot-headed when it came to leadership. Zedd was his second, but the two would fight. Rita, the youngest and the wisest, would tell Zordon that the Power Grid would never let someone or something control it. The Emissaries Three wanted people to understand that the Power Grid is a powerful tool that cannot be controlled.
However, Zordon didn't listen, and it has caused a child to be harmed. Rita and Zedd sigh at this. The three would continue to fight, and Rita and Zedd will ensure that the Mighty Morphin and Zeo Power Rangers get the help they need. Rita wants to go in there and hurt those that have hurt Tommy.
While Rita and Zedd are talking to other Power Rangers, Jason and the others are trying to figure out how to get to Tommy and get him to safety. Even with the new powers, they are powerless to go against powerful villains. Kim's pacing, making some people annoyed. Dana looks at the smaller woman with a stressed look. Some of the men had to hold back from talking to the Pink.
"KIM! Enough! We will get Tommy back, and we will defeat the villains. You are distracting us from helping Tommy, so walk away and come back when you are calmer." Aisha cries out. She's annoyed with Kim as well as the rest of them. Aisha gets that Kim's worried, but the Pink isn't contributing to ways to save Tommy. Kim looks at her with shock but walks away.
"You said that all of you are connected to each other through the Power Grid?" Kira asks her mentor's friends. They look at Tommy's children.
"Right. What do you have in mind, Kira?" Zack confirms. Ethan brightens. Conner and Trent kiss Kira on the cheek.
"Genious, Kira. What if you all try to connect with Dr. O and see if you can talk to him? If that works, we might be able to get to him safe and without the villains knowing." Conner says to the only female of the group. Mighty Morphin and Zeo smile at the Dino Thunder.
"Only Tommy." Adam sighs while those that heard him laugh. Jason laughs when he heard Adam and agrees with the statement.
"That could work. The only problem is, what if the villains had done something to block Tommy from them?" Wes points out. Trini gives him a smile. Most had to back away from her, as it was a smile promising pain and murder.
"Trini, down. We don't need more murder on our hands." Jason tells her. The Reds weren't sure if Jason was joking about the more murder part, but see Trini pouting.
"More murder?" Eric asks, caution in his tone. He can see them looking at him with confusion.
"Have you never killed a monster before?" Tanya asks the man, and people nod. However, confusion is apparent on her face, and people look at them with concern.
"What does that have to do with murder?" Joel questions them. Adam looks at him with an unknowing look. Like he doesn't know what to do with that question.
"When we blow monsters up, we slowly kill their makers until the point where they don't have the power to make monsters. Near the end of the villain's reign, the makers tend to die months later. The only exception is Finster." Rocky informs them.
"It doesn't help that some of the villains are more focused on trying to overpower us for them to kill us. That's why we need to find a way to keep them from killing us. We fight smarter, not harder." Billy continues after Rocky. The Power Rangers are in horror. They had never thought of that.
They also didn't like how they could talk so casually about it. Red flags went through the teams that the two teams didn't even notice. Kim comes back in and looks a little better, and when she caught them looking at her with weariness. She looks at her team and sees them shrugging. She shakes her head, for she might know what happened after she was gone.
"Did Trini scare them?" She asks as she walks over and hugs her oldest friend. Trini looks at them with such innocence that makes Taylor snort at her. Trini smiles, making Jason kiss her.
"Yes," Billy confirms. He's busing himself to the computer, Trini next to him. Helping him, if he when he needs it.
"We love you, Trini, but you and Tommy are not going to stand to the side and act innocent. You two are both guilty of playing with the prey." Kim reminds her. Trini smiles, and Zack laughs. Zeo rolls their eyes at them.
"At least, Tommy had the common sense to stand down when there wasn't any chance for a win," Adam mentions to them. Leo looks down and can see the defensive mechanism coming through.
Wes and Leo can tell that they are scared but won't say it. They know better than to call Jason out on it. Cole tried that before and got a shiner. Cole is fuming at the group before him. He knows that's not how the Power Rangers work, and he's going to make sure that he's the leader of the Power Rangers. He wants them to be under his control, but he will be patient and take Jason by surprise.
Alyssa sees darkness surrounding Cole and is worried about him. This isn't the Cole that she knows and loves. Something's wrong, and she doesn't know what to do with this Cole. She steps away from him, afraid he will hurt people. She clutches to Taylor, who watches this in the corner of her eye. Yellow knows that someone put Cole under a spell.
As the Power Rangers are worried not just for Tommy but with his two teams, the villains are taking advantage of taking over the world. Killing the Power Rangers, as having one of their own, tear them apart. One Power Ranger is away from the group. They see a puddle of blood coming from minor cuts.
"We need him alive, not dead." Luthor reminds them. They need this one alive for their plan to work. Some pout, and Ivan smirks. He enjoys seeing the man suffer.
