They won. The Power Rangers had won the war, and most of them are celebrating. Tommy's resting in a bed, thinking. He knows that it's terrible, but what went down made him want to think. He hears the door open but keeps lying still. He feels Kim lying next to him.

"What's wrong?" Kim asks him. She had known that he's worried. Pink wraps her arm around his waist and feels him stiffen and frowns.

"I don't want to fight anymore. I hate how Zordon made us go against each other. Leo's right; we need to find a new way of dealing with situations and not be cold to each other." Tommy tells her. She hums.

"How are we going to do that?" Kim asks, wanting to know.

"I'm going to talk to Alyssa about it tomorrow and see what she has to say about it." Tommy answers. Kim snuggles in close to Tommy. The door opens again, and they hear a chuckle.

"At least you two aren't having sex." Tommy hears Jason say and smiles.

"Not really ready to have sex with Kim," Tommy confesses to them. Kim flinches while Jason's smile flattens a little.

"Is something the matter?" Kim asks her Red, and Jason sighs.

"Cole wants something and has demanded everyone to come to the living room. Do you want to come?" Jason asks Tommy. He knows that Tommy's still recovering and needs the rest, but Jason doesn't know if Tommy should be up.

"I can't sleep. I want another way to handle our problems. Also, being pitted against each other is tiresome. Can we work together on it?" Tommy asks his Red. He knows that Jason would feel the same way, but Jason's temper might get back to him.

"I have no problems with that. I'll ask Wes if he knows ways to solve some issues. Do you want help?" Jason asks his brother. Tommy nods and smiles a small smile. The Red gets him up, and Jason and Kim sandwich him.

The three see Cole in the middle of the stage, with people surrounding him. Tommy sees Mighty Morphin, Zeo, and Dino Thunder looking at him with disgust. Some of the Power Rangers are uncertain, and Tommy sees Leo opening protesting against something. Cole is arguing back, and every now and again, Wes would team up with Leo. Both Red and Green look at each other.

"What's going on?" Kim asks her team. Rocky goes to his Red and helps Jason hold him up.

"Cole wants to be the Prime Red and make everyone sign a paper that makes the Power Rangers available to the government. And he would be the one in charge of the situations and not you, Jason." Tanya hisses out, and Kat takes her sister and holds her. Tommy silently laughs.

"What's so funny?" Jason demands his Green as he looks at him.

"He won't last five seconds." Tommy bets his Red. Jason sees an evil gleam in his eyes and smirks.

"Five minutes." Jason bets. The others bet alongside them. The group sees Cole being hit by Karone and Taylor and Kendrix and Alyssa trying to stop the two from hitting Cole further. The Time Force Power Rangers have already gone back to the future.

"Alright, Jason's the leader and no government." Cole cries out. Tommy and Jason laugh and give Trini a kiss on the cheek. She said three minutes, and she was on point. Kim smiles then frown as she sees Tommy paling.

"Alright, I want to get Tommy home. We still have things to talk about." Kim tells the group. The two said their goodbyes and leaves. When they got in the car, Tommy leans back and sighs.

"What do we have to talk about?" Tommy asks when he felt what she wants to talk about, just wanting to be on the same page.

"Trust and communication. I trust that you will be able to communicate what you want and don't want, but I know that I don't have your trust." Kim tells him as Tommy sighs. He knew that was coming.

"I'm scared to trust you, Kim. You made me believe that the breakup was my fault. That I was such a bad boyfriend that you refuse to tell me in person that you want to break up. I tried talking to you, but you refuse to talk about it. How am I supposed to trust you, Kim?" Tommy asks the woman.

"We need to learn how to trust each other," Kim tells him, and Tommy smiles softly at her. He knew that they had to.

"How are we going to do that?" Tommy asks. Kim had to think.

"We need to be honest with each other. You need to stop pushing us out, stop pushing me out. We need to work together. I trust you to always be loyal, but I don't trust you to tell me if or when you get hurt. I need to trust you to tell me if and when you get hurt. Can we do that?" Kim tells him.

"It'll be challenging, but you have to back off when I say back off. You are too pushy when I can't handle it. Can you work on that?" Tommy asks the Pink. Kim grimaces at the harsh truth.

"We can work together on the issues we need to work on," Kim tells him. Tommy nods at this. Kim knows that this was a lot for him, but she has to get through to him.

"I need words, Tommy," Kim says. Tommy looks out of the window with an aloof look.

"Fine." Tommy agrees and hears Kim sigh. The two knew that it will be a long time before they really trust each other, but they want to make it work. Both Green and Pink stay silent.

A few months later, Jason and Trini came over, and Tommy smiles playfully at Trini. It's been a different lifestyle now that the Mighty Morphin and Zeo teams are healing. Kim and Tommy still have their up and down, but they are healing. Tommy's beginning to trust Kim a little more.

"Behave," Jason orders his Green and Yellow. Both look at him with a look of innocents before dashing out, laughing, as Jason chases them. Kim is talking to Aisha and sees Tommy laughing.

"How are things with Tommy?" Aisha asks Pink.

"It's getting a little better, but there are things that we need to work on," Kim tells her second Yellow. Aisha smiles at her.
