Upon obtaining victory over the Elite Four, N, and Ghetsis, the few remaining members of Team White Bois proceeded on to live great lives outside of the realm of battle. These are their lives.
Following through with the promise made to Kringo, Sara trekked into the Relic Castle and located the small garden maintained by the Darumaka at the time. Despite the disadvantage of working with plants that was her Poison-Typing, Sara had grown what was simply a small patch of grass and flowers in a fully overgrown inner cave system of the Relic Passage. After having grown the measly shrubbery into the massive garden that it is today, Sara decided to make one more addition before deciding her job to be done. Returning to Nimbasa City and the front of the ferris wheel, the Skuntank took a decent amount of time in order to dig up and relocate a very peculiar tree to the absolute center of the garden. With the grass greener than ever before, a tree somehow growing what appeared to me… slurpees, and with a red collar wrapped around the trunk with a simple 'C' engraved on it, Sara rested in the grass and proceeded to maintain the garden ever onwards, not wanting to return to a life of danger or adventure again.
Realizing that, even though the world was fairly cold on occasion, Hannah decided to return and give back to a world that had taken so much from her previously. Returning to her roots as a worker for the fat man himself, the small Delibird went on to single handedly bring back Christmas to the region of Unova. Delivering yearly cheer, although greatly rewarding, wasn't exactly enough to pay the bills, so she had turned to a fairly entertaining pass time. She had rereleased and capitalized on the popularity of Flappy Bird, gaining enough to rival Pete Ness in less than two weeks.
Realizing the opportunity presented to her with a castle erecting itself around the Elite Four, Tracey leaned even further into her jestery soul and became the court fool for the Elite Four. She now provides multiple shows on the same court Champion battles are fought, and is even the halftime entertainment during televised championship battles! After the course of events from her original joining of the team in Hoenn, to her evaporation, and to her rejoining and gaining victory and vengeance against Ghetsis, Tracey goes on to live fully fulfilled in her life.
Pete Ness, well… he didn't have that much of an exciting life afterwards. Realizing the unbelievable power of comradery and true connections with others, Pete went on to reconcile with his many children, to the point of memorizing all of their names and his many, many wives in which bore them. He now lives a luxurious life of wealth and happiness with Professor Juniper in southern Unova.
Fowwest… Yeah, Fowwest didn't quite have that much of an exciting life either before or after the events of the Elite Four, or even becoming part of Team White Bois. However, they do go on to make a killing as a furry artist on Twitter, having generously charged commissions and producing extremely high quality artworks!
As for the world's greatest fucked up and evil wizard, Pastey went onwards to continue his twisted magical activities. These activities included, naturally, obtaining as many of the corpses of the fallen members as he could and raising them through necromantic means in order to reignite the ancient skeleton war. Although, after realizing that this war was not one that could be brought back due to necromancy not being a hot button magical topic anymore and nobody cared for raising skeletons, he decided to return all the Friends back to their graves. In order to fill his time, Pastey had adopted two orphaned Bunneary to take as proteges in the magical arts.
Now, for Derek? Nobody really knows quite what happened to the white boi himself. Some say he retired after having two championships under his belt and saving the world twice. Others claim he traveled onwards to yet another region in order to continue growing his fame as a true Pokemon Champion. No matter what you believe, however, we can be certain of one thing. Where Derek goes, new Friends will follow behind.
