Oooh, I hope you guys enjoy this chapter you get some action, I hope you all enjoy- after all Percy has bathed in the Styx this time, so she's much better off than in the canon Princess Andromeda stuff. Also Kronos and Alabaster are assholes but we all know that.

Percy's first move was to make the fountain explode- which, coincidentally splashed the monster on the balcony above them who yelled, "There! Intruder!"

This really wasn't ideal- she'd wanted a distraction but in the middle of the ship? No, she needed to get up to the main deck.

As soon as the floor was wet enough Percy rushed forward, and the crab skittered towards her, far faster than she'd expected, but she dropped down, at the last moment, right before they'd have collided, sliding across the wet marble baseball style, sliding straight under the creature. It was like sliding under a seven-ton armored vehicle.

All it would have to do would be sit and she'd be in trouble, probably not dead- she was pretty sure it wouldn't be able to crush her but she would probably be trapped, but it didn't have time, because Percy spotted the chink and she jabbed Riptide upwards and yanked it down as quickly as she could- she couldn't afford to be weaponless, not while she was on the Princess Andromeda.

She didn't even slow down really, and as the monster shuddered and hissed. Its eyes dissolved. Its shell turned bright red as its insides evaporated. The empty shell clattered to the floor in a massive heap.

And Percy was out on her feet on the other side, not even looking back as she sprinted towards the stairs as all around her monsters and demigods shouted orders and strapped on their weapons.

In the elevator foyer on deck eight, a couple of dracaenae slithered across Percy's path. From the waist up, they were women with green scaly skin, yellow eyes, and forked tongues. From the waist down, they had double snake trunks instead of legs. They held spears and weighted nets. Wonderful

Percy was moving automatically, blade glinting as she spun, slicing them both in half in one blow before either of them even got the chance to speak, and she kept running, racing toward the front of the ship, silently praying that Luke and Beckendorf would move quick and make a break for it- she needed her brother to get out.

Hellhounds bayed. An arrow from somewhere whizzed past Percy's face and impaled itself in the mahogany-panelled wall of the stairwell.

As Percy was running up the stairwell, a kid charged down. He looked like he'd just woken up from a nap. His armor was half on. He drew his sword and yelled, "Kronos!" but he sounded more scared than angry.

She felt a rush of fury- this was probably one of the kids Alabaster had picked up from the streets, he couldn't have been more than twelve, he could be younger than she'd been when she first came to camp.

She caught his sword bare handed- after all it wasn't like it could cut her- and she saw the terrified look on his face when he realized what she'd done.
She wrenched his sword from his grip and she tossed it to the side, grabbing his shoulders and pivoting, shoving him into the wall. "Listen. Whatever bullshit Alabaster filled your head with, whatever Kronos has offered you, it won't end well. All Kronos does is take and hurt and he's a monster okay kid? Get out of here and find Camp Half-blood. Ignore whatever crap he's told you about it, it's not so bad." then she was moving again, shoving him down the stairs as she rushed upwards, focusing only on getting to the deck, blocking everything else out.

She reached the last stairs and she burst outside onto the main deck. Off the port bow, the sky was darkening from purple to black. A swimming pool glowed between two glass towers with more balconies and restaurant decks. The whole upper ship seemed eerily deserted.

All she had to do was cross to the other side. Then she could take the staircase down to the helipad—the emergency rendezvous point. With any luck, Luke and Beckendorf would meet her there. They'd jump into the sea. Percy's water powers would protect them all, and they'd detonate the charges from a quarter mile away.

She was maybe halfway across the deck when the sound of a voice made her freeze, her blood turning to ice in her veins. "You're late Princess."

And Percy's gaze moved to the balcony above her, and there he was, Alabaster, stood with a wide smile on his scarred face, he was wearing jeans and a green tee- she could almost think it was Alabaster stood there but the glowing eerie gold eyes told her otherwise.

"Can't say that I planned on actually seeing you at all so I can't see how I'm late." Percy tried to sound calmer than she felt as she gestured with her sword,
"But hey, long time no see, got hit in the face with any hairbrushes lately."

"Very funny." Alabaster- Kronos', smile wasn't a nice one. "We've been expecting you for days." and that wasn't good. That meant somehow they were getting information from inside of camp if the enemy knew their plans. She pressed her lips together, gripping Riptide's hilt tightly as Alabasters mouth opened again, and this time his voice seemed different, and his face twitched, before he'd sounded almost normal, like Alabaster but then his voice became heavier, ancient and powerful "Come, bow before me and I shall take you as my bride- We shall destroy Olympus together- I cannot wait to see the fear in your eyes when you realize what I have planned-"

"Yeah." Percy rolled her eyes, "I'm just so eager to marry you that I came a few days early- I just couldn't wait." she snorted, "I'm never going to bow before you Kronos. Ever."

Laistrygonian giants filed in on either side of the swimming pool as if they'd been waiting for a cue. Each was eight feet tall with tattooed arms, leather armor, and spiked clubs. Demigod archers appeared on the roof above Luke. Two hellhounds leaped down from the opposite balcony and snarled Percy. Within seconds she was surrounded- and that just proved it they'd definitely known she was coming, this had been planned, it was a gods damned ambush.

Well fuck. It looked like she wasn't getting out of here without a hell of a fight.

Gods she needed to give them time, she needed to give Luke and Beckendorf time to get out. How much had they known? She forced herself not to panic, forced herself to stay calm as she stared the Titan down.

"How did you know?"

"Ah, yes, such a good question." Kronos looked amused, "You did a good job, making sure the little fools at your camp were too loyal to you to act as spies- so we had to find another way- and really it was laughably easy. Did you really believe that Alabaster didn't know who freed you?" and Percy stiffened, a sinking feeling in the pit of her stomach, "It was easy enough to capture her before she could escape-"

"What- but-"

"She doesn't even realize of course- it was child's play for Alabaster to use his magic to erase the memories of the three days we kept her captive-"

"No-" Percy felt her voice cracking, "No no-"

"And it was very easy indeed for him to cast a spell on her necklace." he held up a copy of Drew's D shaped pendant, "As long as she wears it, it acts as a communication device. Very useful I must admit." he looked very amused as Percy's horror, "She might not be involved in most of the meetings but she hears enough. And through her, we hear enough."

"You bastard." gods. Maybe Drew had remembered, subconsciously anyway- she'd lost the necklace. And Percy had given it back to her.

The ambush was her fault.

Kronos looked amused at Percy's clear moment of realization. "Yes, yes it's your fault Princess." he leaned forward, looking very amused as he did, "Now tell me. Who came with you? It wasn't always as clear as I'd have liked. And where are they-" and Percy felt a rush of relief.

Of course, of course thank the gods he didn't know everything. Luke and Beckendorf stood a chance of getting out.

"Like I'd ever actually tell you." Percy sneered up at him, twirling Riptide, "I don't fear you Kronos-"

"Then you really are a fool." Kronos looked amused, "You do realize-"

"Fight me." Percy cut him off, "Fight me. Here and now." she knew that Drew was many things- she could be sly, spiteful and mean, but she was loyal to those who she did care about, and Drew would hate the thought that she'd been used to get information for Kronos. And that, that made Percy incredibly angry.

"You can't be serious." Kronos scoffed, "You wouldn't stand a chance against me-"

"Then fight me." Percy spat the words, "C'mon. Or are you afraid of me?"

That got a reaction. Kronos' eyes narrowed and he gave a small nod, "Come forward then Persephone. My future Queen, prove to me just how strong you are-" he smirked nastily and the crowd of monsters parted as Percy moved up the stairs, trying to calm her pounding heart- she was glad that she was wearing her armor- it meant her back was protected, it would have been just her luck for one of them to try and stab her in the back and somehow get lucky and stab her, thankfully none of them tried- maybe it was because of her status as Kronos' intended bride- and wasn't that just vomit inducing.

She gripped Riptide tighter as she approached him, and she forced herself not to flinch as Kronos' weapon appeared in his hands, a six foot long scythe, half Celestial bronze and half mortal steel- it had once been Alethea's bane, though Alabaster had never gotten the chance to actually use it against her.

Just the sight of it filled her with a sort of dread. It made her knees feel like Jell-O. But she didn't let the fear control her, she charged at the Titan with a loud, fierce cry.

As she did time slowed down, just as it had over a year before and Percy felt like she was moving through syrup, her arms were heavy, so heavy that she could barely raise her sword, and Kronos was smiling, swirling his scythe at normal speed, just waiting for her to creep toward her death.

She fought it, concentrating as hard as she could, focusing on the sea. And she thought about the curse of Achilles.

She could do this, she had no choice, and she focused as hard as she could, drawing power from the sea itself, and from herself.

She was Persephone fucking Jackson, the daughter of Poseidon and she wasn't ever going to give up- and then there was a familiar wrenching pain in her gut and the entire boat lurched sideway, throwing monsters off their feet.

Four thousand gallons of salt water surged out of the swimming pool, dousing everyone on the deck- the only place that was clear was the Helipad, and that
was because it was raised higher. The water revitalized Percy, breaking the time spell, and she lunged forward.

She struck at Kronos, he caught her blade with the blade of his scythe and she leapt backwards as he drew it back and sliced downwards, dropping and rolling under the attempted slice, getting into his guard and surging upwards, ramming her elbow into his chest sending him stumbling backwards- his eyes narrowed in shock at that.

"Something about you has changed-"

"Yeah, I'm over my fear." she spat the words, and they fought- it was almost like a dance. Percy had never fought like this before, not ever, their blades clashed time and time again as they whirled and ducked and slashed at each other.

She was hyper focused on Kronos- until she spotted movement on the Helipad and for just a second she was distracted, it was for long enough that Kronos managed to kick her in the chest and send her flying backwards, though she managed to twist the motion into a roll and lurch to her feet- and she could see one of the two small figures lurching to try and get to her, she saw the bulkier figure grabbing the one trying to leap off the Helipad around the waist and yanking him backwards, she turned her gaze away as she rushed at Kronos again- but he'd already turned to look towards the direction of her distraction and he laughed. "On the Helipad! Capture them!" and Percy screamed as monsters and demigods swarmed towards the Helipad.

She sprinted- moving faster than she'd ever done before, leaping over Kronos' head as he charged her, foot hitting the top of his head, using him as a springboard as she flipped and landed amongst the army of enemies heading towards Luke and Beckendorf- and she tore through them with a fury she'd never had before- she heard them screaming and scrambling backwards as she moved, the monsters and enemy demigods couldn't even get close to her as she carved her way through them, slaughtering dozens and dozen's of monsters- she could see Luke and Beckendorf's stunned expressions whenever she whirled and glanced at them- and she could distantly understand why.

She was tearing through a huge chunk of Kronos' army without even breaking a sweat- not a single blow from the monsters or demigods seemed to land- they'd come close but there wasn't a single scratch on her.

Then suddenly Kronos was in front of her again, his scythe meeting her sword mid blow, a furious look on his face.

"No." he snarled the word, and Percy watched helplessly as he blocked her and gave monsters the chance to swarm the Helipad.
