"Draco? Hermione?"
"Hannah, it's great to see you. Hermione's in the library working as usual. I have no idea what she's working at the moment, but I do know she's overdue for a break. I'll go grab her."
"Hermione? Hannah's here. You promised."
"I know, I just... look at this Draco. It's a star chart from the fifteenth century, look at how they charted this one. It's out of orbit here. How could that have changed. I think I need a more modern chart, maybe the most recent to compare it to?"
"After your appointment."
"Fine, just don't let me forget!"
"I won't. Hannah's waiting for you in the sitting room."
"Come with me? I...I know it's just my hormones, but I don't want to be alone for this. I always thought, that maybe someday Ron and I would have children and he'd come to my appointments, only I pictured them in a muggle hospital."
"It's not too late if you want to go that route. I mean, our healers are much better than those butchers, but if that's what you want?"
"No, Hannah's here now. I'm sure this will be fine."
"Hello, Hermione."
"Hannah. You look great. I didn't know you'd gone into healing."
"It was a calling. Here, have a seat here. Draco said you're four months?"
"A little over."
"Alright, let's see what we've got here. I'm going to do a spell that's going to project an image of the baby and some of his or her stats."
"Kind of like an ultrasound?"
"Similar, yes. Did you want Draco to leave before I start?"
"No, I asked him to stay."
"Let's get started then. See, here's your baby Hermione. There's the heartbeat, wait...oh!"
"What is it? I see colors on the display, but... you said that was the heartbeat, how come it's repeated on that side?"
"Because, Hermione, your baby is not alone. Do twins run in your family?"
"No, they do not. They do in the father's family."
"He's not in the picture I'm going to guess?"
"Correct. He's not in the picture. Forget about him, are they healthy, Hannah?"
"Twin A is a little small, but for now, it's nothing to worry about. Let's see if we can get some images from a different view point. There we go. Two heart beats, those are fine. I see four feet, four hands. Too small to really see much more. Let's check your stats. Everything appears to be in normal range, for both you and the twins. Do you have any questions?"
"Is it too soon to tell if they're identical or fraternal?"
"Identical. They're identical."
"Girls or boys?'
"Draco!"
"What? I'm curious."
"Don't answer him, Hannah! I don't want to know, it doesn't make a difference. All that matters is they're healthy."
"They are that, Hermione. I would like to set up a schedule of appointments. For now, once a month, changing to once a week as the date comes closer."
"Right. That's fine. Am I able to have home visits or will I have to go to St. Mungos'?"
"At this moment, home visits will be fine. If there are any complications-"
"St. Mungos'. Got it. Is there anything else?"
"I'm going to start you prenatal potions. If you don't have a preference, you can have them mail ordered."
"Uncle Severus will take care of that. He's one of the providers for St. Mungos'."
"Good. If you don't have anymore questions for me, Hermione or Draco. I'll see you in a month, just owl me and let me know what time and date work well for you."
"Will do. Thank you very much Hannah."
"You're welcome. See you then."
