So, here's chapter 4 I'm having a great time, thanks to Acosta Perez for reviewing every chapter. There isn't an achievement for writing any number of reviews, so thank you. Three was a brick, you must have liked it to read this chapter though.

Class 1-A dorms, Sunday morning before classes start.

Kota was reading a news article when a tabloid ad popped up. [Pro Hero Deku's Secret Lover!] Kota glared at it. It was clickbait. Deku didn't have a… he glared at it harder. Deku's heroic smile stared back at him. He clicked on it. The first theory was pro hero Ground Zero. Kota closed the webpage. Idiots.

*Knock* Knock* Knock*

Kota jumped from his chair and opened the door to reveal Eri smiling wide and waving hello. "Hi, Kota, some of the girls were thinking we should judge the rooms to see who has the best interior decorator skills."

"No"

"What else are you doing today?"

"Fair enough" Kota closed the door, he looked over at his desk, he put the picture of his parents and him. His family was none of their business. Then he headed downstairs.

He was greeted by most of the class, he decided to talk to Kyoshi, something seemed disarming about him, almost relaxing, despite his quirk being to throw glass. "Hey, Kyoshi" Kyoshi turned to him. "I'm surprised she convinced you, you didn't seem to like talking." Kota shrugged. "I don't hate it, it just seems like all anybody talks about is themselves, it's doubly so here."

Eri came back downstairs with Yogan and Ishiki. "Ok, that's everyone let's get started. Should we do the guy's side or the girls first?" she asked. Koda pulled a quarter out of his pocket. "Call it Eri" "Tails" he flipped the coin onto the floor. Tails. After retrieving the coin everyone made their way to the girl's side of the dormitory. Eri led the way to her room.

The door opened to reveal, a baby blue bedspread, matching curtains, and rug, a blown-up photo on the wall it was of her as a young girl and two people in hero uniforms, Le Million and Deku. Emiko was the first to comment. "Wait you met both of them?" Kota was surprised too. Deku wasn't a pro yet he still had the larger shoulder pads. "Yeah. My dad was Deku's professor, and I met Le Million during one of his work studies. They were just students, but they were heroes to me."

There were murmurs of surprise. Then Jack asked a dumb question "Did you get into trouble on purpose Lois Lane style?" Eri shook her head vigorously "No, I didn't plan any of that or anything; it just happened; I had no control over it." Ishiki limited her suffering by changing the subject "Are these your parents?" he asked referring to a small picture on her nightstand.

It was of, 'damn' Kota thought. 'Eraserhead really cleans up nicely when he wants too.' No baggy eyes, clean shave, hair smoothed back, smiling with actual joy. It was unmistakably though. Aizawa in a black suit and red tie with a woman in a blue, red and purple dress, and a 12-year-old Eri in a white dress. Eri hesitated. "Yeah, that's them" Nobody pressed on. The tour continued to the next room.

Tsuki exclaimed: "You guys won't necessarily get it." The room was unorthodox for a girl's room, it had a punching bag, a futon, a stack of sports magazines and a large poster of the number five hero Shouto Totoroki.

Emiko always quick to comment "Nice poster." With two Jacks looking around, the third Jack in the hallway produced a note pad and scribbled it down saying "Noted"

"It's macho right?" Eri asked. "Sort of" Tsuki commented. "Can we move on please" Fujioka lead the way waving her sunglasses in the air. "Step right up, and get this over with,"

Fujoka's room revealed a love for aesthetics. The rug was teal with gold patterns. The bedspread was similar, the curtains were layered. She had several a stocked bookshelf, biographies of several famous heroes, spy thrillers and mystery novels. And a pair of rollerblades in the corner. Her desk had several glasses cases on it. She was using warm light Christmas lights with a dimmer switch as apposed, to the lights already in the building. She put up a painting of, something… it was a splatter painting, black canvas, purples, reds, and blues.

It was three feet by seven feet and took up most of the wall. "Modern Art?" asked Jack "It's for a black light" commented Ishiki. Picking up a flashlight off the nightstand shining it on the painting. 'Expectations' by Fujiko Mitsue was written clear to see. There was a reaction of laughter. Fujioka stood proud by her art piece "I submitted this for an art competition, was awarded most expressive." Yogan spoke up "Art and chess are you kidding? None of that matters! The only thing important now is what we do here." He stormed off.

Kota thought on it, he disagreed, decidedly. "Let's keep going," he said. Some murmurs of agreement. Kyoshi yelled after Yogan "You suck at chess because you can't win it with that thick skull of yours." Laughter erupted from Mitsu, Mikata, and Fujioko.

Doko physically bared her door. "I'm really not comfortable with-" Emiko started glowing with golden light and picked up Doko and hugged her. She stepped back away revealing the door. Eri voiced her concerns "Wait you can't just manhandle her." Emiko smiled. "You're right, Doko has a quirk that can stop all of us from going in her room. She hasn't used-" she was cut off by her legs buckling under her and collapsing to the floor. "Damn it" Doko stood in front of her door again. "This is private, I don't want anyone going in my room." Eri put her hands up "Ok, that's fine, we'll just move on."

They continued to the second half of the girls' rooms. Rotasu made her way to her door and opened it wide, the lighting was quite the opposite of Fujioka's room, she had added more UV lights, shuddered to only spread light to the shelves with plants. There were all kinds of flowers, camellia, morning glory, chrysanthemum(No I couldn't spell it), plum blossoms and others, a cactus sat by the window, it was nearly a foot tall, and across from it was a Venus flytrap, also larger than it ever should be. It had five mouths the largest was at least six inches wide.

The non-plant décor was non-existent, it wasn't needed. "Can somebody say something?" she pleaded. Kota, Eri, Katsuna, Mikata, Ishiki, Doko, Emiko all said something along the lines of 'amazing' or 'beautiful' Jacks said: "Something!"

The next room was Emiko's. it was brightly colored; she even painted the walls bright yellow. The patterns and colors on the curtains, bedspread, and rug made it look just like her personality. Bright and luminescent.

The contrast between this room and the next was…drastic.

June's room was barely decorated, there was a poster of a nebula on the wall and that was it, everything else was the same as before anyone moved in. Katsuna asked: "So is your stuff not here yet or?" June shook her head, "I didn't bring any furniture; this is everything."

The last girl's room was Taara. "I didn't bring a lot of stuff either." Her room was simple, plain, grey and dark blue was used for her bedspread and curtains. Her dresser was plain white. That was it.

Five of 'The Jacks' corralled everyone back downstairs. "Come on everyone, much more to see!" one of them tripped and dissipated with a strong puff of smoke? No, water vapor when it hit the bottom of the stairs, the other four winced with pain and fused out of reflex. Jack looked green, "Don't freak guys, I'm fine as long as one of me is ok."

That didn't prevent the looks of concern, he sat down at the bar "I'll catch up just give me a second." He smiled to reassure everyone. They continued.

Sam who hadn't said a word this whole time went first for the boy's side. His room's palate was green and white. He had a collage of photos of his family at different ages. All pressed together in a large frame. Another frame held a quote from John Lennon it was English, but he was sure he understood it. He read it out loud. "When I was a boy, my mother always said happiness is the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down happy, they told me I didn't understand the assignment. I told them they didn't understand life."

Kota stood quietly. Eri smiled "Me too Samidare" "Just call me Sam," he said. Emiko smirked, "You're here to be happy?" Sam shook his head "It's just a reminder if I'm ever not content with saving people I can always do something else, but till I get that feeling I'm here to stay."

Kota smiled "That's very wise" said Ishiki. Some nods of agreement. They proceeded to the next room.

Sakuru's room was darkly colored but well lit, books about misdirection and close-up hand magic were stacked on a shelf without any visible order. There wasn't any artwork or photos on the walls.

Kyoshi was next, he didn't say anything he just opened the door. His chosen décor was… it made sense but wasn't expected. There was a glass chandelier that had replaced the light and fan from before, everything was white or light grey. Except for the dozens of glass figurines adorning a long shelf mounted above his bed.

All different animals, foxes, deer, wolves, lions, elephants, flamingos, other birds. some colored glasswork, some clear, some frosted. The details were stunning. The response was collective admiration. Tieshi was the one to ask: "So, you like figurines?"

"I've been collecting these for a while, my grandmother gave me a few over the years, when she passed away, left almost all of the ones she had to me."

"Oh" Kota commented dumbfounded. "They're beautiful" said Eri, most people agreed. "I was thinking this was a weapons arsenal or something." Collective laughter. Kyoshi smiled. "That's what the chandelier is for. It and these." He opened a sock drawer in his dresser. And showed them a box with maybe a hundred glass rings in it. "I can never get them smooth after I break them"

They proceeded to the last room on the floor. Yogan's door was locked, Eri knocked "Hey Yogan you here? He didn't respond" Emiko smiled "Well then" she proceeded to kick the door down. June shrieked in surprise "Emiko I could have jumped to the other side." "That's no fun" "It doesn't break anything." "Other than the rules" commented Kibara.

Eri walked in while they were arguing and stood the door back up it flashed gold and it jumped back onto its hinges with her on the other side. She opened the door "Guys come see this room" "Like hell!" yelled Yogan. You teleport in or something? "That's me" commented June. "Eri fixed your door after Emiko kicked it down." Yogan picked Eri up over his head and threw her at the group. "And stay out!" he shouted. The door slammed shut.

Eri had been caught by Emiko Taara who shot into the air. Jack rejoined the group cautiously.

Kibara directed everyone upstairs to his room. It had paintings of birds on the wall, and a collection of books, various nonfiction sorted by the dewy decimal system. "That's creepy" commented Mikata. Tsuki turned to Kibara "You have a family pet you aren't telling us about, right?" Kibara shook his head, "My parents have severe allergies to animals"

The next room was Ishiki, also a minimalist, his room contained nothing unneeded except for a bonsai tree and a Bluetooth speaker.

Kota's room was next, he led them in sitting on the end of his bed "Take a look, it's nothing special" the group inspected the scene, taking note of his custom-built PC and the massive Deku poster, he forgot about that shit. Kyoshi nudged him and whispered "Fanboy" Fujioka commented on the pictures on his nightstand "Your mom is really pretty."

Kota panicked for a moment that photo wasn't supposed to be out. "What?" Doko showed him the picture "That's my aunt." He said relieved. "So, which one of these is your mom?" still holding the group photo Kota's eye twitched this was a bad idea "None of them they're-" Kibara interrupted: "The Wild, Wild, Pussycats, his aunt is Mandalay the blond woman is Pixie-bob, the lady in front is Ragdoll." Kota finished "And the guy in the back is Tiger. Yeah. They're a rescue team" Kibara nodded. Kota stood up taking the picture away "All right you saw it, now get out." Everyone filed out, Kota replaced the photo and the one in the drawer.

He rejoined the group in the hall. Mikata's room was like Kibara's perfectly organized except packed with books, encyclopedia's, statistics books, math and science textbooks and a bunch of heroes biographies and a very long list of creative works stacked nearly floor to ceiling on tons of shelves.

The group was quiet, confused and surprised. Taara asked: "Did you rob the library of Alexandria or something?" Mikata blushed with embarrassment. "No, I just brought these from home, I brought everything I thought I might need. I have an Eidetic memory but with all the information and stress I'm bound to forget something."

"You've read all of these?" asked Kibara. Mikata looked around the room. "Except for the stack on my nightstand and the textbooks for the courses we're starting on Monday." Out of the hundreds of books in this room he had read all but fifteen. "I wanted to make sure I had everything I needed." Sora spoke up "Dude you have more information in here than Wikipedia."

"This actually isn't even close" Mikata began but Kibara interrupted him. "We really need to wrap this up soon." The group made its way to the third floor.

Sora was another minimalist, a Le Million poster, a weight set, a cd collection. Tieshi's room came up Katsuma's room was more personalized, the curtains when closed looked like a sunset on the beach, his bedcovers were blue. He had a coral colored rug. There was a picture of his family on a beach.

Jack's room looked more like a game room, it had a foosball table, a dartboard and orange neon sign that's said: Jack's Grill. The speakers on Jack's desk were playing 'Danger Zone' by Kenny Loggins when the door opened.

There was a collective of response. Namely, Sora and Sakuru exclaimed. "Best Room Ever." They joined two of Jack at the foosball table and started playing. "Can you guys let us know who won later?" asked the Jacks.

The rest of the students made their way back to the common room. Kota stopped on the second floor and went back to his room.

That left fifteen people to vote on the winner.

To clarify the only way in hell I'm making a complete list of 1-B students is if you guys contribute some character ideas. They are hard to come up with. When I do my writing gets slowed down a ton.

Thanks for reading don't forget to review stay healthy Everybody.

Next up is the first day of classes. It's gonna be long I don't expect it out this weekend but ill try.
