My elves brought Toy Santa back to the Pantograph Room and, with my approval, I let Curtis pull the switch from "Duplicate and Enlarge" to "Reduce and Subtract". As the elves cheered on, I could hear Toy Santa shout, "Let me out of here, you idiots! Wait a minute, something's shocking me!"

I shook my head and after I got my suit and coat back and put them on, I found my kids looking for me. When they saw me, they ran up and I hugged them both.

"Daddy, you were great," Ella marveled.

"Sounds like you and Charlie were, too," I said. I turned to Bernard and Curtis and asked, "We've got ten minutes. Is everything ready to go?" I looked around and couldn't see Carol anywhere. "Where is Carol?

"Scott!" I heard her calling for me.

"Carol! Are you all right?" I asked as I hugged her.

"Yes!" She replied.

"Where are you going?" Bernard asked with a confused look on his face and hands on his hips.

I snorted. "You should know better than anyone, Number One. I gotta deliver gifts."

"But, Dad, aren't you forgetting something?" Charlie asked.

I shook my head again. "No. Toy Santa's gone, elves are safe and sound, the workshop is getting cleaned up, I got my suit back…"

"Daddy, you still gotta get married!" Ella reminded me.

Carol looked confused. "Excuse me?"

I sighed. It wasn't easy trying to convince her I am Santa Claus, but now comes what I haven't done in so long: proposing to the woman I love. "Just be honest with her," I said to myself. "Carol, l...I cannot continue being Santa…unless I find a Mrs. Claus."

"Oh," Carol answered. She was starting to understand what's going on. "So that's what this whole "noodles and pie" thing...You just needed to find a wife?"

"No," I groaned.

"No?" She asked.

"Yes."

"Yes?" She asked again.

"Yes, I was looking for a wife," I answered. "No, I didn't figure on falling in love."

"You love me?" Carol was speechless. "This is all happening so fast."

"It's no pressure," I smiled. "I mean, if I don't get married, I just won't deliver the gifts. Children everywhere will stop believing. The elves will lose their jobs at the North Pole and Christmas will be gone."

Just then, Ella walked up to us and whispered into my ear.

"Get down on one knee, Daddy." She instructed. "Do it, now."

I did as my daughter said, willing to take her help once more. "Say 'Carol'..."

"Carol," I repeated.

"You say this is happening all so fast..." Ella told me and I repeated after her. "But you've known me your whole life."

"But you've known me your whole life."

"When you were little and alone..."Ella continued.

I smiled and whispered to her. "I can take it from here, sweetie." I stood up and turned my attention back to Carol. "When you were little and alone, Santa was always there for you. And I will be there for you, as long as you continue to believe in me. I know I'm asking you to leave everything at home. But I can guarantee you that this is worth it. This place, oh, this place is all about magic and wonder...and occasionally a thin crust pizza and a movie on a long winter night."

"Is there a school here?" Carol asked. I hesitated a little, but I did remember that we built a school a few years ago.

"Yeah, we have one," I answered. "But the elves need a new principal 'cause as of late some of the elves have been acting a bit impish."

I looked over at Abby, who smiled and crossed her arms, and then back to Carol.

"Carol, I love you," I smiled. "Would you be my wife?"

Carol smiled back and answered, "I will."

I hugged her and everyone quickly got ready for our wedding. Mother Nature was summoned since she's the one who has the power to marry anyone in our Legendary Figures council. With me already in my Santa suit, Carol was given a beautiful white cloak with small red poinsettias on it and our ceremony was underway.

After our vows were exchanged, Mother Nature said, "By the power vested in me, by me, I now pronounce you Santa and Mrs. Claus. Well, go on, now. Kiss her."

Then, just as the clock struck midnight, I kissed my beautiful Mrs. Claus.
