8 months later…

"Natsu, are you sure you got this?"

Natsu nervously laughed. "Yeah… I think."

"Are you sure you don't want me to come with you?" Happy asked in worry.

"Nope. I got this, buddy." Natsu let out his trademark toothy grin.

"You do know that you're such a mess when you're nervous, right?" Happy asked again.

"I won't ruin this, Happy." Natsu promised.

Happy stared at his father figure for a few more seconds before nodding his head. "I'll just come with you."

Natsu broke into a soft laughter. "Loss of faith in me?" he teased.

"A little bit."

Natsu laughed again and squatted down. He placed a hand on top of Happy's head and gently rubbed it. "I'll be fine."

"But…"

"Tonight will be the most perfect moment for her, Happy. I promise."

"Alright…" Happy sighed. "I'll be staying at Wendy's tonight."

"Okay."

"I'm going then." Happy spread his wings out and flew out of the bedroom. He then remembered something and turned his blue body around again. "Don't mess anything, alright Natsu? And don't break the bed!"

Natsu laughed out loud. "Aye, sir!"

"Yo, Salamander!"

"Been a while, fake me."

Bora scratched his cheek in embarrassment. "Please don't remind me of those dark days, Natsu."

Natsu laughed and patted Bora's shoulder in a friendly manner. "Alright, I'm not here to tease you. Thanks for meeting me."

"Anytime." Bora said. "Earlier when you called me through the lacrima, you said you need my help?"

"Yeah." Natsu nodded. "I need your renovated yacht, actually."

"My what?" Bora blinked in confusion. "I thought you have motion sickness?"

"I do." Natsu said. "I just need it docked at the harbor. As long as it's not moving, I won't be sick."

"Why would you need a yacht all of a sudden?" Bora asked.

"I'm doing something there." Natsu grinned back.

"What kind of something—oh. OH." Bora blinked in realization. "Is this what I thought it is? Hohoho… Never thought you are that type of person, Salamander."

"Wipe that grin off of your face, you're creeping the heck out of me." Natsu snorted. "Whatever you're imagining, it's not that. I just need it because I want to surprise my girl."

"That's exactly what I thought, though?" Bora teased. "And I'm sure Lucy would love your surprise."

"Whoa, I didn't say anything about her name." Natsu blushed.

"Don't need to." Bora laughed. "Everyone knows about your girlfriend, Salamander. Your love story with Lucy is quite a fairy tale here."

"What? Why?"

"Because it's very sweet and loving." Bora bluntly answered. "Passionate and whole-heartedly. Hot and—"

"Okay, that's it." Natsu cut, his ears were red out of embarrassment. "Are you lending me your yacht or not?"

"Of course." Bora nodded without an ounce of hesitation. "Do you want me to decorate it? I can place a magic spell on the bed too, you know, to spice up some things. You two could go for the whole—"

"Whoa, whoa, no!" Natsu hurriedly cut. "No spells, no decorations! I just need your damn yacht!"

"Meh, no fun." Bora huffed. "But alright, I'll lend you the yacht with no decorations nor any magic spells."

"Thanks."

"I'll dock it at the usual place." Bora said. "I'll tell the others to use the other port so you won't be disturbed."

"I appreciate that." Natsu smiled. "What can I do to repay you?"

"Just one." Bora grinned. "When your son is born, please name him 'Bora' as a tribute to the one who made his conception possible and—Ah! Ah! Fire! MY HAIR!"

"You know… You look really good in suit." Lucy giggled.

"Like what you see?" Natsu teasingly grinned.

"Very much." Lucy nodded. "This is more tantalizing than seeing you in your vest."

"You don't like my abs and chest on free display?" Natsu raised an eyebrow.

Lucy broke into a soft laughter upon hearing Natsu's question. "I got used to that. So seeing you in a completely different attire works wonder for me."

"Well, savor it then, Miss Heartfilia." Natsu smirked. "I don't wear suits very often."

"No need to tell me twice." Lucy grinned back and then the two of them laughed together.

Right now they are enjoying their dinner to celebrate their first year anniversary as a couple. Lucy didn't need to think of what they were going to do to celebrate their first anniversary because Natsu assured her that he got everything under control. Which was very odd for her, because she knew Natsu wasn't the type of planning person.

But seeing how ready he was to celebrate their first anniversary, Lucy decided to trust him as usual and let him be in charge.

Which she didn't regret because to her delightful surprise, Natsu took her to have dinner in the diner where she treated him and Happy for the first time as a way of her saying thank you because they saved her from Bora's charm spell. It had been awhile since the last time she visited this diner. Even Hargeon felt quite a nostalgic to her after not visiting it for some time.

Natsu wasn't the only one who had prepared their first anniversary celebration. The guild threw a party in daylight to celebrate their first anniversary too. Even Happy threw a small celebration in the morning. The Exceed was staying over at Wendy's place since last night, but he returned to their house on the next morning to set up the tiny cake he baked with Wendy on the night before.

All of the celebrations were very meaningful for both of them, but Natsu was determined to make his version of celebration be the most meaningful one.

After eating dinner, Natsu then started the final phase of his celebration. He took Lucy to Bora's yacht which looked even beautiful under the bright moonlight.

"Natsu, wait." Lucy held her steps. "Are you sure? That's a yacht, you know."

"I know." Natsu laughed. "Come on, Luce. As long as it's not moving, I'll be fine."

"But it's swaying." Lucy raised an eyebrow.

"Juvia planted a lacrima down there to control the waves." Natsu reassured. "I'll be fine."

Lucy chuckled. "I think this is the first time you are so eager to ride on a yacht."

"Because it's a part of our memories together. Now come on!" Natsu grinned.

They climbed up to the open deck.

"It's so beautiful!" Lucy twirled her red dress in delight as her chocolate orbs gazed at the glinting stars. The sea breeze gently blew her long blond hair and she breathed in. "Oh, I love this so much!"

Natsu wrapped his arms around Lucy's from the back, sharing his body warmth with her so she wouldn't catch a cold. Lucy leaned onto his chest, enjoying the warmth she had grown to love very much.

The two of them stood there on the deck, enjoying the night sea breeze and staring at the beautiful night sky. They stood in silence for a while before Natsu suddenly kissed Lucy's temple and one of his hands suddenly covered Lucy's eyes.

"Hey, Natsu?!" Lucy yelped in surprise.

Two seconds later, Natsu lowered down his hand again. Lucy was about to ask him why would he cover her eyes, before her breath hitched upon seeing something glinting in front of her.

A diamond ring.

"N—Natsu…"

"Let's get married, Lucy." Natsu bluntly proposed. Cana and Levy told him to prepare a romantic and heart-warming speech to propose to Lucy, but Natsu knew that wasn't his style. And he knew Lucy secretly loved that blunt side of his. "Let's spend the rest of our lives together."

Tears trickled down along Lucy's cheeks, she didn't need any second longer to think. "YES!"

Natsu planted a kiss on her temple again and he gently slipped the ring onto her finger. Lucy then shifted her head a bit, allowing Natsu to claim her lips from behind.

Lucy had always dreamed of receiving a sweet proposal just like in those fairy tales, but now she knows that Natsu's way of proposing is the best.

Four years later…

"And that's the end of the princess and the dragon's adventure."

A pair of sleepy twins yawned and nuzzled their tiny heads onto the pillows.

"Do the princess and the dragon get another adventure?" The daughter asked.

"Of course." Her mother smiled. "And their new adventures are even more amazing."

"Can you tell us, Mommy?" The son asked.

"That's another story for next time." His mother said.

"Okay…" The sleepy twins nodded lightly before dozed off.

Their mothers smiled and planted a kiss on each of her twins' forehead, before gently got out of their bed. Lucy Dragneel—neé Heartfilia—stared at her sleeping twins for one last time before walking out of their room.

Nash Zeref Dragneel and Nashi Luna Dragneel are the two new adventures for the princess and the dragon.

I apologize for the short chapter, but I think a short chapter like this is the most perfect way to close this fic XD I had quite a writer's block when writing this fic, but I'm glad I could finish it.
