Connor is a man of his power, a power he regrets, a power he must have to accept for the rest of his life. And from the eyes of the Foundation, because of his power, a power that he unconsciously able to come back to life in a new body that retains everything from his past life (Clothing, memories, etc.) that was in his possession before death, Connor faces countless experiments as a D-Class, most often dealing with dangerous SCPs. Yet despite his regenerative ability, he's still facing painful experiences when killed. As for the Foundation, at first, the experimentation went successful, but as the experiments continues on, indirect casualties of staff and even some SCPs resulting from the experiments was becoming more serious. This gave some concerns from the Foundation. The O5 Council were slightly aware of this. Most of the O5 members agree to continue the experiments with the increased budget in security. Only two of the O5s had not raised their hands for this proposal. One O5 member wishes to halt the experiment and must seek psychological tension, suggesting Dr Natalie Powers (psychiatrist) continue working with Connor for the sake of morality. Another O5 member has a completely different proposal, instead of continuing "pointless" experiments that has already proven of what he's capable of, and psychological treatment that has no value of his capability, this O5 member wishes to use Connor as a potential tool for the greater of the Foundation as a weapon of mass destruction given how many indirect deaths Connor had caused. This specific member who proposed the idea was O5-4. Because of Connor, because of his power, this gave a personal interest for O5-4, an interest that will change everything in the process (even in the afterlife.)
Connor was given an appointment meeting with O5-4. When news about this meeting reaches Dr Natalie Powers, she felt of sense of worry. Thinking "why does this O5 want from him? Does it has to do with his ability?" As Connor reaches a meeting with O5-4, and as their discussion continues, O5-4 decided to revealed himself as the Fallen Archangel known as Lucifer Magne. At first, Connor seems surprised and yet unsurprised that a literal Biblical deity is one of the overseers of the SCP Foundation. When Lucifer wishes to "cure" him by transferring his power to him in exchange for his release from Foundation custody. Connor for the first time felt satisfied with his proposal. Feeling excited that one day he'll be living a "normal life."

"Every growing number of Sinners in Hell though no matter how horrid, is considered to be beneficial for my use, but that's nothing in comparison with Connor since one day he'll be no longer be affiliated with the Foundation, and when that day comes, the inner-power of this boy will be activated. Having full knowledge of his power and origin, no one, not even other beings but me will have full access to control Connor. As if for right now, the only things that are possibly getting in my way are the Exterminators sent by my brother Azrael, my God damn father, the Scarlet King, the O5 Council (especially that bitch Eve), and even, my own daughter who wishes every Sinners in Hell to be redeemed. When will she learn that not only will this be beneficial for me but for her as well.
Knowing about this boy's power and origin is the reason why he is an excellent tool to defeat my father, the Scarlet King, annihilate Heaven itself, and finally bringing the whole of humanity into my domain. After all this, I, Lucifer, the King of Hell, and the founder and current executive of the Chaos Insurgency will continue to seek the knowledge of the unknown - to discover the truth and refine the logic out of illogic, to cross over and breakthrough and enlighten my daughter, demons, humanity, the Foundation and everyone else with the knowledge they were so scared to find. I'll make sure to prepare them and tell them that it's not so bad at all if they're all willing to listen to me instead of listening to the words from the Bible, Quran, the Foundation, or whatever nonsense."
