Cookie1637: Thank you! That one I think has something for everyone to like. First part has a lot of MHA characters and then the second is OP characters only. Who doesn't love a dash of baby Luffy, either. And it's my shortest one, too. You're the only one who responded to my question, so I'll post that one next. Still won't be for quite a while, though, lol.

Shorter chapter this time! Next chapter will be the summer camp where shit hits the fan! Enjoy~

Zoro was getting irritated with people asking about his speed of bouncing back bullets. Any other time he'd be happy with the praise, but he was in a cranky mood again. When asked about what he was pissy with via telepathy, he said he wanted another ten minutes of sleep. That his nap wasn't long enough.

It's still not about you, Luffy.

Okay.

When they were changed, they went back to the classroom, the four who failed looking extra miserable. After all, Aizawa told them if they failed they wouldn't go to camp. Zoro was napping in his chair, getting that extra ten minutes he needed. Nobody bothered him, all of them tiptoeing around talking about camp with the losers in earshot.

Aizawa came in and told them, of course, that they would all be going to camp. The trio were unsurprised. Well, Luffy and Sanji were. "Zoro, wake up," Aizawa commanded. He woke up and then put his feet down.

"Sorry, sensei," he said. Aizawa shook his head in disbelief, which had Zoro's face a little red and Luffy and Sanji snickering behind their hands quiet enough to not be heard. Zoro made a face at them that meant death.

The camp was for training, and they were told would not be fun and games. Especially for those who failed. "We have prepared a separate time for extra lessons for you all." Those who were cheering were now pouting. Well, they were all going and that was nice.

They were given a packet of what they needed to bring with them, and it was a lot. It was stuff Luffy didn't have. He needed a sleeping bag, bug spray, sunscreen, and a bunch of other things you'd think were for camping. "Are we sleeping outside? What's camp like? Why do we need this stuff?" Luffy asked, buzzing.

"You look like the one most excited," Sero pointed out.

"I've never been camping before!" he exclaimed. "It's gonna be so awesome." Zoro and Sanji said nothing, and didn't burst his bubble. Iida did.

"It's for training to become better heroes. It's not for fun and games. I'm sure we'll learn a lot!"

Nami scolded him for bursting Luffy's bubble. He was pouting, and called Iida evil. He took great offense at this. "How could you call your class rep evil!? That is extremely disrespectful." Luffy countered that he should have let him be happy and then learn when it was happening. "I'm still not evil, that is rude and uncalled for-"

"Okay, okay, we get it. Luffy wants it to be happy and Iida says it won't. Let's move on," Kirishima said, though the class rep and demon were still glaring at each other. Zoro and Sanji just watched with sigh. Neither said a thing, out loud or in their heads.

Hagakure said, "We all have stuff to buy, so let's go together! Our first time really hanging out!"

"What about your class picnic when Luffy denied you the chance to watch the match?" Ashido said that didn't count, that they were forced to have a picnic. Sanji said they could have gone home.

"You two can't say shit, you stole my sandwich," Kaminari said. Luffy started laughing, not knowing about that. The whole class laughed at it, the mood lifted considerably. They were all good with going shopping as a group. It sounded fun. "We'll meet up tomorrow at Kiyashi Ward Shopping Mall at noon!" Ashido declared. Everyone was fine with that. They went their separate ways, heading home to see each other the next day.

Anything new happen?

Stop being so worried about it, Luffy. Stop asking. We'll tell you if something else happens.

Okay.

They all stood at the entrance to the mall, his friends' moms driving them there so Luffy didn't need to use a portal. He wanted to use that as little as possible when around anyone besides his friends and the Whitebeards. He wasn't supposed to have the quirk, so it would be a major sign something was up if anyone they knew saw him use it.

When they entered, apparently people still remembered from the sports festival, complimenting all of their matches besides the monster trio. It put them in a bad mood, but Uraraka told them nobody who mattered to them thought like that anymore.

"Besides! You aren't full heroes yet, and by the time you are, people would have forgotten all about it! Maybe not go so wild next year. Right?" Luffy nodded, and felt better. Zoro was still frowning as Sanji talked to the girls, doing his best not to mention swimsuits or skimpy clothes.

They all had to go to different stores for different things. It looked like Luffy had the most to buy, his list was way longer than everyone else's. He didn't know if he'd get it all by 3:00 for the meet up. Sanji and Zoro had things that Luffy didn't, so their lists weren't as long. But he didn't want to shop by himself, so Zoro stuck with him when Sanji was miraculously invited to go shopping with some of the girls.

"Well, there's so much stuff to get for me. I have to get special clothes, too… and shoes and everything else," Luffy mumbled. "Ah well, it'll all work out," he said cheerfully, stuffing the list in his pocket. "Let's go for clothes first." Zoro agreed and they went shopping for clothes, Luffy going only by the size to pick shirts, unable to try anything on due to his wings.

"Maybe this would be the only downside for wings," Zoro said, already having his shirts and shorts. Luffy replied they were inconvenient sometimes. Like fitting in the car and train. "I'd still rather fly. Why would I need to ride the car if I can fly?" he wondered.

Luffy got all of the clothes he deemed necessary after Zoro told him he really only needed a little bit of new clothes. So then they went to the shoe store. Luffy was glad he got a fat wad of cash from Thatch, telling him to have fun shopping with everyone. He got tennis shoes, saying he'd go barefoot if he needed to and wouldn't bring his fancy hero boots.

Zoro was still shopping for a duffle bag when Luffy went across the hall to get some water. "Whoa, a UA student, so cool!" a voice said. One that Luffy easily recognized. Shigaraki Tomura. The guy that decayed Aizawa's elbow and held a grudge against him, no doubt. "Let me have your autograph!" and he slung his arm around Luffy's shoulder, his fingers against his neck.

He planned on dissolving his neck. Well, Luffy was more than fast enough to deal with that. He wasn't worried, but wanted to know what exposition dump this guy would give him. He kept pretending that he wasn't the bad guy.

"Sorry, man, I gotta go shop. I'm not interested in giving an autograph."

"It's so weird, running into you here," he said. "Almost like fate, or destiny." Luffy wanted to throw a witty come back at him. Zoro, be ready to call the police. Hand guy is here. Don't make a scene, I'm fine.

O-okay. Zoro was nervous for him. But Luffy was confident he would be fine. He pretended to be scared. The hand was so close to gripping his neck and he wanted to snap those fingers in half. But that would only make him angrier.

"Act natural, like I'm an old friend. Don't make a fuss, okay?" Luffy bristled at him telling him what to do. Zoro, call the police. I'm not patient enough to play pretend with him.

Got it.

"Why? You aren't my friend, why should I pretend you are?" Luffy asked in a stern voice. "Shigaraki Tomura." The guy was clearly startled that Luffy wasn't afraid. He looked right up at him. "So, what do you want?" His face was one of practcied unimpressed. Shigaraki looked angry.

He pressed four fingers to Luffy's throat. "You'll turn into dust if I put all five fingers on you. You should be acting much more worried." Luffy stayed silent.

"So you're only dangerous if you use your hands?" he asked. "Thanks, I'm glad we have that information now." He didn't usually act like this, but this guy attempted to hurt his friends, had hurt Aizawa. Had been the reason Luffy's secret was given away to someone he didn't want it to. "I'm safe as long as your fingers don't touch me."

Shigaraki clearly didn't know how to respond. He was pissed, and when he brought the fifth finger down, his hand could no longer move. Luffy didn't need to make gestures to use his telekinesis. He easily slipped out of the villain's hold. He tried to move, but Luffy had his feet pinned to the ground.

"The police have already been called." Shigaraki was satisfyingly confused and alarmed. He looked at him in disbelief. "I don't have just one trick." One of Shigaraki's fingers snapped backwards. "Four fingers, now you can't hurt anybody with your right hand, right?"

Are the police coming?

They're surrounding the mall.

He heard the sirens and the guy froze, not just because of Luffy, but in fear. He snapped another one of his fingers back. "Now you're the one afraid. You tried to hurt my friends. Heroes don't go for revenge, but I'm not a hero yet." There was an evacuation of those at the mall over the loudspeaker, and Shigaraki's face went even paler than it was already. He truly looked afraid and confused about what to do.

But then a purple portal appeared and yanked him in, Luffy unable to keep hold of him. He was gone. "Fuck," Luffy swore. Zoro hurried over and asked what happened. Luffy recounted the whole thing, and he repeated it to the police when they arrived. They had no one to arrest, and Luffy apologized for being unable to keep him there.

"You're a student, it's not your job. We're just glad we evacuated and nobody got hurt." Luffy nodded, and the shopping trip was ruined. Luffy joked that their telepathy really was helpful. Zoro said that he would have not been able to do anything but slice him apart. Luffy laughed, saying he pissed him off even more, probably.

He met up with Sanji outside before he was drawn away to be questioned. He told the police about their brief interaction, his appearance, voice, and ability. The story was that Zoro had been in the store and saw it and called the police right away. Everybody was worried and shaken, but Luffy said he was fine and unhurt.

"It kind of ruined our shopping trip. I'm sorry," Luffy said sadly. "I was looking forward to it, too, and barely got any of the stuff I need." His friends and classmates looked at him in disbelief.

"Why are you acting so casual? The leader of the League of Villains tried to attack you. He did assault you. Were you scared?" Midoirya asked. They all looked so confused. Maybe not being afraid was wrong. Maybe talking to him like he was nothing was wrong. It didn't matter now.

Luffy looked at all of them, debating lying or not. But he didn't. "I wasn't scared. None of my friends were around and could get hurt again. Zoro was in the other store. None of you were there so I wasn't worried." He was being obviously earnest.

"Were you scared during USJ?" Kirishima asked. Luffy nodded, he was really scared. But he mostly was upset and afraid because he was scared for his friends getting hurt.

"I - I can take care of myself and I'm confident in myself. He could hurt me and it wouldn't be as bad if he hurt any of my friends. Zoro called the police and I tried to keep him trapped there, but the portal guy came and took him away," he explained.

Zoro and Sanji couldn't seem to help the look of pride on their faces as they stood across and next to him.

"You're either crazy or amazing. I would have crapped my pants!" Mineta exclaimed. The others nodded. Luffy scratched the back of his head awkwardly.

He then grinned. "I'll always do my best to not burden other people and be able to take care of myself. I'll protect you all, too! You don't have to worry about me, I promise. When can we go shopping again?" Nobody wanted to go shopping again besides Zoro and Sanji. Who still hadn't gotten everything. Luffy frowned, but understood.

So, he flew Zoro and Sanji to the next nearest shopping center and they bought things there without a problem. They went into the bathroom and Luffy brought them home before going himself. They were probably dicks for locking the door from the inside. Well, nobody was around that bathroom, it was fine.

When he got home, he put his things in his room and then went downstairs to tell Marco of his little adventure. "Are you kidding me? This isn't funny." Luffy gave him a serious look. Luffy told him about not being afraid and telling Zoro to call the police. Marco was very proud of him, as was everyone else when he told them at dinner time. Those who weren't on duty.

Thatch protested him going to the camp, but Sabo told him, "Luffy would go anyway. Hello, he has wings and can make portals." Luffy didn't dispute that fact. "We have to trust the school's new protocols. Surely they are prepared. Especially after today." Then he grinned at him. "You're so amazing, Lu. I'm very impressed."

"Yeah, who would have thought the crybaby would turn out like this?" Ace asked in a teasing voice. "But your friends must now know you really care about them and that they shouldn't worry." Luffy nodded and said he hoped that was how they felt. Not weirded out by him, or thinking he's wrong.

"Have you talked to Zoro and Sanji since?" Haruta asked.

Luffy nodded and said, "They were both irritated they weren't in my position cause they came up with great comebacks. Sanji would have mentioned how no woman would want to kiss a face that dry. Zoro said he would have mocked him for getting pinned by some teenager and losing all of his members." The table busted up laughing.

"They sure are your friends! You got a great pack. But I'm concerned that none of you would have thought rationally about that," Pops said in amusement. Marco replied he thinks they would have been calm in the moment like Luffy was.

The youngest said, "Everyone shouldn't be afraid for me. And besides, even if I do get caught and am about to be killed, I can run away! And they can't follow me. Of course I'd be giving away my secret, but I would live. So don't worry about me," he said in finality.

Whitebeard laughed and then said, "I am so proud of my youngest son." Luffy sniffled and nodded. "I'm glad Marco picked up a random little demon baby." Luffy laughed at that. The table was so full of laughter and Luffy was truly so happy he was found by Marco and kept, no matter what species he was.

Human or not, Luffy was their family.

Luffy sat at the side of the pool, pouting and with his feet in the water. The whole class was invited to UAs pool, which most didn't know even existed, for endurance training. Swimming laps and races. Zoro and Sanji were really into it, of course, but Luffy couldn't do it. His wings would get too soaked and he could in no way race with waterlogged wings.

"Luffy, come play volleyball with us. You can play from the side," Uraraka said. Everyone sympathized with him.

If you're growing wings you guys better enjoy this while you can.

We will!

When he got in the water, in the shallowest part, he couldn't go in very deep. "Wait, didn't you go swimming at the beach once and Zoro caught a shark? Why can you swim in the ocean and not here?" Kirishima asked, ignoring the shouts of shock in Zoro catching a shark. Zoro commented that it was "fucking huge, too."

Luffy nodded, saying, "I can go in the water and swim really slowly, but I won't be able to race any of you. And my wings get all spread out and take up a bunch of room. I don't want to get in the way."

Jiro side it wouldn't be getting in the way if he weren't with the guys and stayed away from their lane. Luffy nodded and walked deeper, feeling his wings relax and get heavy. It pulled him down a bit, but he was standing, so he didn't sink. When they were in the ocean, he had to keep treading the water faster than he could sink from the weight.

He didn't want to play, and instead floated around uselessly, eyes closed in relaxation. "I should have the Whitebeards build a pool," he sighed. The guys were all going crazy with their racing. The monster trio were wearing full body swimsuits, which were actually offered by the school, so their tattoos didn't show. Well, Zoro was taller and his suit ended a little lower than the other two, showing the top of his spinal tattoo.

But Luffy and Sanji's didn't show. Which was lucky. Kaminari complained why Luffy got to float around and they had to train. Midoriya pointed out it was his and Mineta's idea, so why were they complaining? "We didn't actually think that! We wanted to hang out!" Mineta said angrily.

Luffy just looked at the sky and closed his eyes. Zoro and Sanji became pretty competitive. They made it no fun when they won every time. So they raced against one another, and used all their strength, kicking up water and spraying all the girls with a huge wave of water.

It also fell all over Luffy. "Hey! I was relaxing! Chill!" Zoro took the beach ball and threw it on Luffy's face, so hard it popped.

"Zoro! What the hell? That was our only ball!" Nami shouted angrily. He said he hadn't meant to throw it that hard. Luffy put his thumb up, showing he was fine. "Well, we can play Marco polo, or sharks and minnows."

But it was 4:50 and Aizawa came out. "I thought this was endurance training. Luffy is just floating around the pool."

"I have a handicap!" Luffy called.

Aizawa said, "Well, it doesn't matter. Get going, the pool is closed in ten minutes." They all said okay and got out. Luffy flapped his wings really hard to try and get the water out. The force of his wing beats threw the girls back into the pool and made the guys fall forward.

"Luffy, stop it!" Midoriya shouted, his hair whipping around his face.

"All dry!" Luffy said cheerily and walked into the changing room. Many of the guys said they were dry, too. But not the girls, who were once again climbing out of the pool. Zoro helped Luffy get the top of his swimsuit over his head and then got changed into their regular clothes. They didn't have their undershirts on because they were wearing a fullbody swimsuit, no matter how stupid it made them look.

The three didn't bat an eye at it when they all chose that type of swimsuit before school started. They walked out of the room dry and with their backpacks. Luffy was wearing his backwards, even if it made him look stupid.

"Luffy, I want to talk to you before you leave," Aizawa said, surprising everyone. Luffy asked if he was in trouble. "No, it's not that." Zoro and Sanji wouldn't leave without him, so they went back inside with Aizawa, too. They ended up in the staff room, where nobody was there but the four of them.

"What is it?" Luffy asked slowly.

Aizawa honestly said, "I want to know more about you. Is there anything you're sensitive for? Like, smells or certain foods. We'll all be eating the same thing at the training camp, and you usually bring your food yourself." Luffy blinked a couple of times.

He wasn't even questioning him about everything. "No, I'm not allergic to anything normal people are fine with. I'll be fine eating whatever is being eaten there."

Aizawa turned to the other two. "What about you two?" he asked.

Zoro and Sanji frowned. "We're humans." Aizawa actually looked surprised. He pointed out he thought they had multiple quirks as well. And that he suspected all three of them had some sort of regenerative power. "That's true, but we're human."

Aizawa nodded. Then he said, "I'm glad for that because some of the hits you two did at the sports festival would have killed anybody else." Zoro and Sanji looked awkward. "Be more careful." They nodded, and Aizawa said nobody still knew. Not even the principal.

"Well, I'll see you in a bit for the training camp. Be ready with your things and anything you need to keep up appearances with the others."

"O-Okay," they said and left. They were quiet for a bit before Luffy relaxed.

"Wanna come over? I got a string of horror movies to watch," he offered, walking backwards as they all left. Zoro said he was fine with that and Sanji said that was fine. "You guys don't even have to ask your parents about stuff anymore, do you?"

"My mom doesn't seem to care much anymore," Zoro replied. The other two were sad, before Luffy noticed Sanji's demeanor shift. He said his mom trusted the Whitebeards more than she did him, to be honest. Luffy nodded, feeling sad his friends didn't have as loving families as Luffy did. He put his arms out and Zoro and Sanji each grabbed onto one of them, holding on as Luffy flew them home. They were so calm about it, completely trusting that Luffy would never drop them.

So, they spent the few days of summer vacation before the summer camp hiking, flying, training and doing normal teen stuff. Like movies and videogames. It was like every other summer they had, for the past ten years.

But still, they thought about Aizawa's conversation with them. "I hated him at the beginning of your year, but I believe he actually cares about us all. It's nice, y'know?" Luffy said one day on the roof of the tallest building in Japan. They got there through the portal. It was one of his favorite places that he could get to by flying.

"I think that, too. Now it's only him and Hawks who know anything. Does Hawks talk to you still?"

Luffy nodded. "He comes over sometimes when it's Marco's time off to race both of us. It doesn't happen often, but he hasn't forgotten all about me. If you two, you know, then maybe we can all work there until we get better known."

They both knew he meant if they grew wings. But he didn't say things like that out loud anymore, knowing it could possibly have an affect. They wanted to make sure that nothing odd would happen at the training camp, in front of everyone. They couldn't afford to have a burst of feathers or new bone suddenly sprout out of their backs when they were around 40 other kids, half of them they didn't know.

Well, things should go fine.
