It was another normal school day at Megurigaoka.. Yuki was still shocked at how much things had changed in such a short amount of time. Civilization was slowly coming, and there was now a cure to the infection. Most importantly, she had finally achieved her dream job as a teacher. While walking through the hallway, lost in thought, she felt a quick burst of wind pass her by, the source of the wind saying "Good morning, Yuki-nee!"

"Good morning to you too, Akari, but no running in the halls! Also, call me Takeya-sensei!"

"Eh heh."

"Akari, slow down!"

"Hmm?" she responded as Yuki just barely caught the girl.

"You were running so fast that you nearly tripped and fell down the stairs."

"I see. Thank you for saving me, Yuki-nee!"

"It's Takeya-sense-" Yuki's heel began to slip.

"Yuki-nee!"

Yuki threw Akari safely to the top of the stairway.

She fell down the flight of steps, her skull instantly cracking upon contact with the floor.

"Guess I'll be seeing you earlier than I thought I would, huh….Megu-nee."

Akari had a frightened look on her face.

She went down the steps asking "Yuki-nee, are you ok?"

No response.

"Please, please Yuki-nee, wake up!" Akari pleaded, shaking Yuki's corpse, as if that'd magically make her get up and be A-ok.

"YUKI-NEE!"

"We've gathered you all here today to bring some very sad news: Yuki Takeya, one of the brave young girls who helped save humanity from the virus and fought hard against the Randall Corporation, died recently." said the man on the podium, dressed in a fancy all black suit."

The crowd was silent, nothing but sorrow, despair, and disbelief washing over them.

One of Yuki's closest friends, Kurumi Ebisuzawa, mumbled to herself "This can't be happening, this can't be happening."

"Would anyone like to come up to the podium and speak?"

Another one of Yuki's best friends, Naoki Miki raised her hand.

"I will."

"The podium is all yours."

As soon as she got to the podium, she tapped on the mic."

"Testing, does this thing work? Ok, it does." Miki gulped her spit down her throat.

"As you might we know, we lost someone good recently. Not just a hero who helped save humanity, but a good person, a good teacher, and most important of all, a good friend. It's understandable to be sad today, but you should let all that sadness out, because holding it in does no good. Once Yuki said 'You don't always have to be 'fine'. If something sad happens, it's ok t-to feel-"

Just then, Miki broke into tears. Kurumi and Yuuri came up on stage to comfort her.

I'm so sorry for killing you off, Yuki. You don't deserve this.
