"I wanna learn alchemy, Daddy." Yotsuba said to her father.

"Where did this come from?" Koiwai asked.

"Fullmetal Alchemist." She answered.

Koiwai sighed. He should've explained that alchemy is dangerous for kids.

"I don't know much, so bear with me, okay?"

"Roger!" She saluted him.

"First, you need to know equivalent exchange."

"Okay, like when you buy stuff with money, right?"

"Exactly. Now to draw circles and triangles."

"Circles and triangles? What for?"

"So you can do alchemy too like the Elric brothers."

"Why don't we just print out the symbols?" Yotsuba asked.

"It's more fun if you draw them yourself, isn't it?" Koiwai responded.

"Okay, I'll do my best!"

Getting some pencils and paper, they tried to replicate the drawings of the show. Yotsuba drew crudely and Koiwai was more accurate.

"You gotta get the triangles just right, Yotsuba. Otherwise the alchemy won't work properly."

"Ok, I finally got it!"

She held up a better picture than the one before.

"Okay, now to visualize what you want and clap your hands together. And it can't money."

"Aww, dang it!" Yotsuba whined.

Koiwai ruffled her hair. "It's ok, just focus on what you want."

"Okay."

Yotsuba closed her eyes and put her together. A teddy bear formed where the circle was.

Incredible, she actually did it! Koiwai thought.

"Now it's my turn; Haaaa!" He grunted as he clapped his hands together. A new portable DVD player formed in the circle.

"This is awesome!" Yotsuba said.

For the rest of the night, Yotsuba dreamed of one day conjuring up a robot.
