This is weird seeing this many views 283 when I posted chapter two. That's crazy. Thank you, everyone! Glad you guys like the concept. You guys can thank Pirohiko-Baltazar for recommending the concept to this one-shot.

Charlie meets Charlie

Amenadiel sat across from his son who was fast asleep. Charlie was a healthy young boy, if he took him to heaven, then he would never no evil or hardship, he would be loved and cherished. But wouldn't know his mother's love, that had to be something important. He didn't get to say goodbye to his mother that sadness would plague Charlie if he never got to know her. Although she would probably end up in heaven someday, waiting that long would ruin her chance at being a mother.

The doorbell rang, breaking his train of thought.

Amenadiel stood and crossed the room, opening the door, to reveal a six' one'' blonde girl with a wide smile, wearing a red blouse and black skirt, "Charlie?" he asked in surprise, "What are you doing here?"

"Dad said I should talk to you, he said you might be stressing out about joining the club." Amenadiel held the door open, "Charlie and Linda are asleep but, we can talk." Charlie took his offer, entering the house immediately taking notice of the bubble wrap everywhere.

"Doesn't all this bubble wrap feel a little extreme?"

Amenadiel looked around, "Yeah, Linda was concerned that a flying baby needs special safety concerns." Charlie tried not to laugh. "She must be freaking out then." The angel nodded, "To be honest, I'm not sure how this will work either. Your experience will probably be completely different from his, for all we know his wings won't come in until adulthood."

Charlie thought for a moment, "I was half-demon, so my experience won't be helpful. I know next to nothing about humans."

Amenadiel sighed, not taking his eyes off son, "He's going to grow up with two loving parents, whether he sprouts wings today, or twenty years from now. The only thing I'm sure of about him right now is that I love him."

The girl smiled, recalling childhood memories of her own father, visiting Lulu world, learning instruments, throwing parties, showing her why he didn't take crap from other demons, part of her wanted to giggle, remembering Mamon's face the last time Lucifer threatened him.

"My dad did it. How hard can it be?"

Hope you all enjoyed it. That's all until I come up with or am given some new ideas. Thanks for reading, feel free to look at my other works on my profile.
