"FILTH! SCUMS! BLOODSUCKERS! Tainting the house of Black!" Mrs. Black screeched.
Edward grimaced as he bumped his head against the cupboard door frame under the staircase in the hallway of the Grimmauld #12. He scowled, muttering to himself as he crawled backward, dragging a dusty box out. "Shut up, old woman." He stood up and glared at the portrait, somehow the curtains were thrown open, and she was screaming derogatory purist comments.
Harry peered down from the top of the staircase and asked, "She's at it again?" Edward nodded back up at him and returned to glaring at Mrs. Black's portrait. "She needed to go."
"I agree," Harry said as he hopped down to the base of the steps and stood beside Edward, staring at Mrs. Black growing red in the face, screeching. "It's stuck there. She did something before she died and no one could take it down."
Edward turned to Harry and asked, "Have anyone actually tried to cut it down, you know, the muggle way?"
Harry's eyes widened, "Uh, I don't think so. Why didn't we think of that?" He turned to the portrait, who suddenly went silent and stared back at them with growing horror in her eyes.
Edward grinned toothily, "Well, well." He raised his hand and summoned a big knife from the kitchen. The knife appeared a moment later, glistening. "Let's see…" He went up to the portrait and stabbed at the corner of the frame, dragging the knife down the edge.
"NO! YOU FILTHY BLOODSUCKERS!" Mrs. Black screamed as she looked to her side of the portrait. "You can't do this! This is the Black house!"
Edward kept on cutting the canvas out of the frame, working his way around the edge. Harry chuckled as he watched on and replied, "Not anymore. The last of the Black died, no thanks to your niece, Bellatrix. He left this place to me, and it's now my house. It's being exorcised!"
"The only thing needed to be exorcised is the both of you!" Mrs. Black yelled back; fear and panic filled her tone as Edward worked his way around her frame. She screamed as he pulled the canvas out of the frame. "No! Noooo!" Edward stepped back and held the portrait, ripping it down in two, forever silencing the old woman and her foul purist view of the world.
"That actually worked," Harry watched in amazement as the portrait became shredded pieces as Edward kept on ripping it up.
"There." Edward smiled at Harry and gestured to the now-empty frame on the wall. "We'll have to cut the wall out to get that frame down. But it's nice to not listen to her anymore." He turned to Harry and grasped him around the waist, and pulling him close. He looked up to Harry's messy cobwebbed hair and pulled some strands away. "How is it coming along upstairs?"
They have been at Grimmauld Place for a week since the end of the battle. Edward was amazed at the place, fascinated by how a wizarding household different from a muggle one. Grimmauld Place was a complete opposite of the Cullen's household, dark, dank, and ominous with curses and dark spells in every corner. He had several run-ins with doxies and blue Cornish pixies and came to detest them very much.
Harry expressed he wants to clean the place out, make it more livable. Edward suggested that they strip the entire home down to barebone and start over with a new coat of paint, decors, and furniture, and Harry readily agreed. It had taken them a week, several hired curse breakers, around the clock cleaning out every room, except for the master bedroom, which Harry had wanted to save for last. Edward wasn't sure why and was curious. He had not seen the master bedroom yet.
"I've just finished the study and I don't think we need to change very much in there." Harry replied as he tugged Edward up the stairs and into the study.
Edward's eyes widened at the wall to wall bookshelves covered in old dusty tomes. He could see that the room had already been sorted and cleaned out. It looked fine as it was, with dark cherry wood furniture that needed polishing and layers of dust to clear.
Harry paused from his perusal of the pile of parchments on the desk and turned to Edward. "The muggle way. I can't believe no one thought of that… not even Hermione when we all stayed here over the summer sometime. I'm glad we're shot of that old woman."
Edward laughed and moved toward the bookshelves; curiosity won him over as he eyed the titles of the tomes. Harry was shuffling through a file. He reached up to take a book down, but Harry's warning paused him, "Careful, some of the books are cursed. I'll need to owl the curse-breakers soon for those tomes."
"Oh." Edward withdrew his hand, turned to Harry, and watched as Harry read through some papers. "Find what you're looking for?"
Harry held up a folder to Edward, giving him a sad smile. "Yeah. It's as Arthur said, Sirius and Remus did leave me information I will need. Everything. The deed to the house. The spells that I need to change the wards. My birth certificate and copy of their wills, and my parents too." He exhaled a long sigh out of sadness. "They thought of everything." He looked to his other hand; there were two envelopes in them. "Letters too. I don't think I'm ready to read them yet." He turned and placed them on the desk and leaned on it.
Edward walked up to Harry and hugged him from behind, softly speaking into his ear, "You got all the time in the world now. You don't have to right now."
Harry turned and embraced Edward, "Thank you." He rested his head onto Edward's chest.
Edward held Harry for a long time until Harry was ready to let go.
Harry leaned back to look at Edward. "Once we finish up here, we can have your family visit and they'll have rooms to stay in."
"Yes. I can't believe how big this place is. Seeing how small it looks on the outside. I'm still trying to get used to magic."
Harry turned his head to Edward and gave him a brilliant smile. "Sometime I feel that way. I think we got most of the rooms ready for new furniture."
"Does this mean I get to see what's in the master bedroom?" Edward asked.
Harry grimaced, "I suppose. I've been putting it off because of how that room was used before."
Edward followed Harry down the hallway, peering in some of the rooms. The walls stripped down to bare. Harry had thrown out all of the furniture and used magic to strip the old dark wallpapers and paints down. He was secretively excited to go shopping with Harry, it was oddly domestic, and he liked it. The only room they left untouched was Sirius Black's room and the master bedroom down the hallway.
They reached the end of the hallway and opened the door, and their eyes widened.
"Holy…" Edward started as he stared wide-eyed into the Master's room. He scrunched his nose up and covered it with his sleeves. The pungent odor hit their noses, and it was awful to their keen sense of smell. "What died in here?"
Harry gagged and covered his mouth and nose. "Sirius had Buckbeak, a hippogriff, stay in here. Good grief, he didn't even bother to clean this room." He eyed the once ornate bed that sat in the center of the room. It was shredded to bits, and feathers were covering every surface. There were dried-up droppings everywhere. They could see blue creatures flittering around, screeching at them and scattering to hide.
Edward stepped into the room and looked around. "It's a big room. It has a private bath, big closet, but this mess is something."
Harry nodded and stepped into the room, being mindful of the dried droppings on the floor mixed with straws and feathers. He waved his hand around the room several times, and the mess started to vanish. All left was the stains and ruined furniture, chewed, pecked, starched at, and splintering from years of no care and treatments.
Edward frowned and went over to the cabinet at the other end of the room. He had heard something rattling around in there. He reached out to open the door.
Harry turned and gasped, "No!"
The door burst open, and Edward stumbled backward in surprise. He watched as Harry stepped out and frowned, confused. He turned to Harry, who appeared by his side, gripping onto his arm tightly. He turned back and inhaled sharply as Death, shrouded in black, with a wicked-looking scythe appearing behind the second Harry. The scythe came down and curled around Harry's body, and a bony white hand wrapped around Harry's neck. Edward felt his still heart clench as Harry's emerald eyes dried up and became empty sockets. Harry's skin wrinkled and dried up, leaving a death-like appearance. "No…"
Harry pushed Edward aside, raising his hand and shouting, "Riddidulkus!" and the vision of dead-Harry and Death blasted backward into the cabinet, and the door slammed shut. Harry turned to Edward and grasped his shoulders, "Edward? You okay?"
Edward blinked and shook his head, "What was that?"
"Boggart. They show you your deepest fear." Harry moved back a step and let his arms drop. "You're afraid of me dying?"
Edward rubbed his arms as if he was chilled and nodded. "I told you before, losing you is what I am afraid the most these days now. Especially to Death."
Harry nodded in understanding and moved to wrap his arms around Edward's waist and kissed him gently but full of passion. "I'm the Master of Death, so he can't take me away when he wants to. It's my choice now."
Edward frowned, "But we're immortal, we can't die."
Harry moved his head to look at the golden eyes. "We can, can't we?"
"Yes, but only being destroyed. But never naturally, like the mortals do."
"Have they ever tried?" Harry asked.
Edward shook his head. "I don't know."
"Someday, years from now," Harry ran his hand up Edward's face, caressing, "when we're finish with life, we can choose to go on. After all, Death is the next adventure."
Edward stared at Harry in amazement. His mind spun thousands of years ahead, and he realized he could not imagine it at all. "Harry…" He kissed Harry as if he had never kissed him before.
Cradled in between Harry's naked legs and leaning onto Harry's chest, Edward grinned at Harry. "Of all the beds in this house, we end up on the sofa." Harry laughed and ran his fingers through Edward's messy copper hair. His legs wrapped around Edward's hips.
It was a lazy Sunday that they decided to take a break from wrangling the old place under control and decided to have a romp in the living room before the fireplace. They had spent the entire morning pleasuring each other and talking about everything and nothing.
Harry rubbed his leg down Edward's side and hooking his ankle around his round bottom cheek, using it as leverage to push Edward upward to rub against his swelling shaft. "Mm, what is it about being vampire that we just want to fuck all the time?"
Edward grinned as he rocked his hip against Harry's, feeling their thick manhood rubbing together. He lowered his eyelids and reached down, grasping both of them and stroking them. "It's intense for us, and very intimate when we are with our mate. It's part of our make-up genetic to be seductive, that's what make us dangerous predator."
Harry nodded and arched his back to push into Edward's stroking hand. "Yes. But why…" He pauses to groan softly as Edward's hand rubbed where it was more sensitive. "Why do I crave you so much? It's stronger than the thirst for blood."
Edward leaned down, sandwiching their members and his hand between them, and kissed Harry's lips. "Because we're compatibles and we're like drugs to each other. A very good one." He laughed and bucked his hip, making Harry throw his head back, exposing his neck. He leaned to kiss Harry's Adam apple, sucking and biting.
"Bloody hell!" They turned their heads to the fireplace to see Ron stumble in from the flame and tripping over their strewn-about clothes.
As Ron righted himself, he froze, staring at Edward on top of Harry, both staring back. He jerked as Hermione impacted into his back and reached back to grasp her from falling and holding her there.
"Honestly Ron!" She scolded and peered around, only to see Harry and Edward looking back at them with an exasperated look on their face. Her face flushed red as she realized they were stark naked and squeaked before turning around, "Oh Circe! That's why you wanted owl first!"
Ron stammered his face red as his hair and turned around. "Merlin's saggy-Ow!" Hermione elbowed him right in the ribs. "Damn it, woman!" He turned his head to his shoulder, eyes closed as he called back to them, "Bloody hell, you have, what? Dozens of bedrooms here?"
Edward sat back on his legs and helped Harry to sit up. "None of them are suitable at the moment." He waved his hand, and clothes started to fly toward them. He and Harry grabbed them, and they quickly dressed in less than a blink of an eye and sat back on the sofa as if they weren't canoodling a moment before.
"What bring you both here?" Harry asked, crossing his leg on his other knee, resting his arm on the couch behind Edward's shoulders, fingers trailing in his lover's hair. He felt disheartened that they were interrupted but happy to see his friends. Edward snorted into his fist, biting back from laughing. He turned his head to his lover, "Edward?"
Ron's embarrassed flush grew pale as he remembered Edward's ability to read mind and grew red. Hermione looked bemused.
Edward grinned at Harry, "They came to tell us something, but," He tilted his head toward Ron, "He has something else in mind to ask you."
Hermione's head swirled to Ron, and her eyes widened, and she smacked Ron on the arm. "Ron! Honestly! That's not what we're here for!"
Ron sputtered as he stepped away from his girlfriend's swatting hand. "Hermione! Ow! Come on… just ask."
Harry turned back to his friends, who turned around and looking embarrassed as they looked down to their feet. Hermione opened her mouth, closed them, and then open to stammer out, "Well, uh, we –" She looked up to Ron and frowned. She rolled her eyes in turn and continued, "We wanted privacy." She finished and flushed beet-red.
"Privacy?" Harry asked, amused at how red his friends were turning.
Edward couldn't keep it in anymore and laughed and replied, "They want to do what we were doing! But could not because the Burrow is always constantly interrupting them." He snorted and turned back to the two embarrassed couples, "Really? Your mother walked in on both of you in the shower?" Harry's eyes widened, Hermione squeaked, Ron became darker red. "And Ginny found you both in the shed. Oh, this one is good… Charlie found them in the attic! And the ghost was watching!?"
Harry burst out laughing and could not stop.
Ron grumbled and explained, "You see, we figure we could stay here and have some time to ourselves… but no, we just have to walk in on you guys."
Hermione buried her face in her hands. "From the frying pan into the fire." She murmured, "If it was embarrassing for the family to find us snogging, we find you guys going at it on the couch!"
Harry stood up and went over to his friends and took them into his arms, hugging them both. "You both are welcome to stay here, as long you help me clean this place up. The master bedroom is ours, leave Sirius' room alone and you can have any other rooms you want. We just had bought new furniture but it's still bare and without decoration. "
Ron's red face began to fade, "Thanks, mate."
Hermione smiled at Harry. "Thank you. It was really depressing over at the Burrow. Molly's always crying and Ginny's constantly moping, Fred and George aren't there to cheer up with their pranks, they're living above their shop. But it's just hard to find privacy anyway." Ron bopped his head, smiling.
Edward grinned at the trio, amused at their antics, and asked, "But that's not what you guys came to ask initially."
Hermione gasped and nodded, "That's right. Molly want you both to know that the funeral for Percy is tomorrow and would like you both to stay for dinner."
Harry turned to his friends and bowed his head. "We'll be there."
Ron reached out and clasped his hand on Harry's shoulder, gaining his attention, and asked, "Will you tell my family?"
Harry looked up to his best friend before turning to Edward. They stared at one another in silence for a short time. Hermione and Ron watched in fascination as the two vampires seemed to converse. Finally, Harry spoke, "Since you guys, Bill and Fleur, and Ginny knows. Might as well let the rest of the family know." He turned to Ron, "They're my family too, right?"
Ron nodded solemnly, "Of course, Harry. We've always been your family. They're gonna find out one way or another."
"That's true," Hermione interjected, "You're no longer growing old. They'll find out in few years."
Harry smiled. "Yeah. We'll be there."
Edward stood up, "We'll need to hunt."
Hermione frowned, "Hunt?" She took in their appearance and realized Edward's eyes were no longer gold, and Harry's eyes had grown several shades darker, no longer the bright verdant green she knew he had. "How often do you need blood?"
Edward replied, "With animals, it's once a week."
"And human?" Ron asked, swallowing hard.
"Once a month, depending on how much one drink from it." Edward replied with a flat tone, knowing it wasn't an easy subject.
"We'll go and hunt in the Forbidden Forest and return." Harry said as he grasped Edward's hand, and they moved toward the door.
"Great!" Ron clapped his hands and asked, "Are there anything in the kitchen?"
Harry laughed and shrugged. "Kreacher stocked the kitchen even we told him we won't need food. He seems to know we're going to have guests that need food anyway."
Hermione laughed and trailed after Ron into the kitchen as Harry and Edward vanished through the door to apparate to the Forbidden Forest.
Edward looked up from draining an acromantula dry. He found the giant spider blood good but not as delicious as the dragon blood. He stood up and wiped his shirt of webs, and glanced around. They appeared near Hogwarts' gate entrance and moved deeper into the wood and close to the acromantula territory. It didn't take long for a couple of spiders the size of small cars to show up. It wasn't even much of a struggle as they both took down the giant spiders and drank them dry.
Harry stood up from his meal and moved around to Edward, grasping his arm to hook it with his own. He nudged his shoulder and asked, "Was it okay?"
Edward laughed, "It's interesting. I suppose we can live off that for a while. It's a change from mountain lions and bears." He gestured to the forest. "It's different now."
Harry turned to the scenery before him, the gnarly trees, hanging old man's beard moss, scattered flowers, and dappled sunlight through the leaves. It was not like the Olympic National Park forest but as beautiful, in his opinion.
"How so?" He asked.
Edward pulled Harry along as they walked through the forest without aim. "When I first came here, it was dark, ominous, as if there was a great evil permeating the forest. But now, it's lively," He turned his head to listen to the birds singing. He softly gasped as he watched fairies of different colors flittering by them, tinkling like bells in their language.
They paused as they came to a small cliff and looked down to see a group of centaurs passing by, their hooves pounding the ground.
Harry nodded solemnly, "The forest did grow darker over the past decade when he returned." He didn't have to say who Edward knew. "But now he's gone, the forest is back to the way it is. It was his evil that spread through the magical part of Britain. Hogwarts, Diagon Alley, wherever there was magic, it was gloomy. He was drawing magic from his followers and draining the magical community."
"Terrible."
"Yes."
Edward turned to Harry and cupped his face lovingly, "But you put end to that." He smiled, "Now everything is alive and cheerful."
Harry laughed. "If anyone knew how to put end to him, it would've not been me."
"But it is you that has to do it. He was in you, he has chosen you." Edward looked at the faded scar on Harry's forehead and traced it with his finger. "Would have I ever found you if it weren't for this?"
Harry stared into Edward's bright golden eyes. "I don't know."
"You're right." Edward said and kissed Harry. He pulled Harry close to him and whispered against his lips, "We got interrupted," He wagged his eyebrows, making Harry laugh.
"That's true," Harry huskily replied as he ran his hands up Edward's chest. "Insatiable."
"So are you," Edward rebuffed and reached down, unbuckling Harry's belt and undoing the pants button and zipper. He groaned as Harry buried his head into his neck, sucking his sensitive spot between his shoulder and neck, "Harry." He plunged his hand down Harry's trouser and found the hardness, stroking it.
Harry's hips bucked, and he bit down Edward's neck as Edward grasped his hardness. "Ah, I want you." He withdrew and backed up to the tree as Edward settled between his legs. "This feels familiar."
Edward smiled, "Yes," he leaned down and kissed Harry's lips again. "We had our first kiss like this."
Harry grinned, "I wanted you to do more then." He rocked his hips, pushing his manhood up in Edward's hand. "Fuck, I've been wanting you to stick it in me since the sofa."
"We won't be interrupted here, won't we?" Edward asked, glancing around their surroundings. They were deep in the forest; the sound of centaurs was far away, and only the animals around them minded their own business. There was faint giggling of fairies in the trees, but he didn't care for them. Let them be voyeuristic.
Harry turned around and placed his hands on the bark of the tree, wagging his butt toward Edward, "Come on... I need you."
Edward moved to stand between Harry's wide-spread legs and pulled the trouser to pool around his knees, rubbing his hands over the sparkling globes of his lover's butt. The sun was streaming down at them, making their skin sparkle. He chuckled, "Your arse is… glorious." He bit his lips to not laugh at Harry's incredulous look as he looked over his shoulder.
"Oh, bugger it!" Harry waved his hand, and their skins stopped glittering. He swayed his butt once again, "I'm losing it here…."
Edward hurriedly unbuckled his pants and pulled out his penis, and stuck it between the cheeks. He groaned as Harry pushed back, enveloping his rod deeper in between the crack. "Harry…" He softly said as he found the tight ring with his tip and moved in, feeling the tightness squeezing around him. "So good." He moved forward until he was entirely into the hilt and draped his chest over Harry's back, hugging him and kissing the back of Harry's neck. "I love you."
Harry grasped Edward's hand with one hand and moved slowly, "I love you too." He turned his head, and they kissed deeply as their bodies started to move together in rhythm, increasing the tempo as they went on.
Edward pulled back and grasped Harry's hips and started to go faster, rocking in and out. Harry moaned as he gripped the tree, causing the bark to crack under his hands. "You wanted this since this morning?"
"Yes, fuck! Yes." Harry whimpered; he barely could keep himself up and held on as Edward keep driving home, hitting that spot that made him see stars. "Right there, yes." He moved one hand down to grasp his manhood.
"Uh, no." Edward grasped Harry's hand before it could reach its target and held it behind Harry's back. "You're going to come without touching yourself."
"Edward!" Harry whined. His penis was so stiff and throbbing and swaying, hitting his abdomen with every thrust. He grounded his hips down each time Edward drove home. "Faster, please," he begged.
Edward gritted his teeth as he went faster. Harry's tight channel was squeezing down on him hard, and it felt hot and so good. He pushed harder and harder each time he drove in, enjoying Harry's cries of pleasure, knowing he was hitting the prostate just right. He felt his balls draw up tighter as he careened toward the height. "Harry… I'm going to cum."
"Me too," Harry bit out as he felt his whole body spiraling upward with each stroke; the bursting stars in his eyes were heading toward supernova. He loved it when Edward rammed in hard and fast.
Edward rocked several more times and gasped out a throaty, "Harry!" And he came, spiraling down into blissful finale as his penis throbbed, spilling his essence into Harry. Harry gasped, having exploded into blissful orgasm with Edward; his come streamed as his body tensed and shook, coating the tree in front of him and the ground.
Edward held Harry, pulling him into a hug from behind as his manhood throbbed deep inside Harry, "Bloody brilliant."
Harry laughed and turned his head, kissing Edward lovingly and cupping his cheek. "You're starting to sound British."
Edward laughed and slowly drew out his softening manhood. He watched as Harry waved his hand, vanishing their mess, and then righted his pants. Harry finished his buckles and wrapped his arms around Edward's waist, kissing his lips once again. "Both form of hungers stated?"
Harry hummed with a smile on his lips. "Let's check in at Hogwarts to see what's progressing and swing by Hogsmeade. I need to get a couple of things there."
Edward nodded and held Harry's hand as they strolled through the forest toward Hogwarts.
"Harry, Edward." Minerva McGonagall greeted them at the front entrance of the grand castle. "What bring you both here?"
Harry smiled at his former teacher. "We were in the area, heading to Hogsmeade. How is it going here?"
The old transfiguration professor gestured for them to come in. "Very well. We've had volunteers come and go since we sent the students home, to help clean the castle. We've just gotten everything cleaned up and about to start restoring the damages. It won't be long before we're back in shape and ready to open again this fall."
Harry looked around the grand hallway in front of the Great Hall. "It's looking better, starting to look like herself again."
Minerva chuckled. "Well, how are you two?"
Harry shrugged, "Alright. Edward and I just started to strip down Grimmauld Place, cleaning it out so we can redecorate the place."
"About time that the place needs a new look." Minerva said they headed toward the other exit that led to the trail that would take them to Hogsmeade. "I am sure Sirius Black would have been happy knowing you are putting some use to the house. What do you intend to do with it? It's a big place."
"I think Sirius would've been. It is a big place," Harry agreed, looking at Edward. "One of the ideas was to have Edward's family visit sometime soon."
"Oh?" The older witch asked, looking at the young man. "Your family from America?"
Edward nodded. "Yes, I have four brothers and sisters, all adopted. We're all adopted by Doctor Carlisle and Esme Cullen. They would love to visit and stay for some time." He had called them a few days before, relaying the news that they were all right, the result of the battle, and his decision to stay in England with Harry for some time. The Cullens reported they were happy to know they were all right and intended to visit as soon as Victoria's situation resolved.
"That would be wonderful." Minerva said with a smile. She turned as they reached the door leading to the courtyard. She took Harry's hand and held it in her own, becoming somber, "The funeral for Severus is the day after tomorrow. Will I see you there?"
Harry nodded solemnly, "We will be there. Ron and Hermione too."
Minerva patted Harry's hand, "Good. It was good to see you again, Harry, and you too Edward."
Harry smiled and grasped Edward's hand, "You too, Professor McGonagall."
"Please, it's Minerva now."
"Minerva." Harry said, bowing his head, and then pulled Edward down the steps to pass through the courtyard to get to the trails that would take them to Hogsmeade.
Minerva watched the two young men disappear into the wood.
"Minerva?" She turned to find Sinatra approaching her. "Was that Harry? With that young man?"
"Yes. They're heading to Hogsmeade." Minerva replied as she closed the door and turned to walk with Sinatra to the Headmaster's office.
"He looks so much like Cedric Diggory."
Minerva smiled at her old friend and colleague. "Yes. But he is quite different from our dear Cedric, quiet and reserved, as well well-mannered. He seems to be very close to Harry."
"Auror Robards!" They looked up to see Toby Smith, the older brother of Zacharias Smith, rushing toward the said Auror, helping Professor Flitwick repair the wall near the Great Hall.
"Toby, what is it?" Auror Robards asked, turning to the young man and helping him conjuring up a goblet of water. Tobias Smith drank the water and handed the empty goblet back.
"I was just in the forest, you know, disposing some of the troll bodies where we were told to dispose." Toby started; he looked pale and shaking. "I broke away from my group for a bit, to go and take a tinkle. Then I saw them…" He glanced over to Minerva and swallowed hard. "Harry Potter and that man with him."
Minerva moved closer. "Harry and his friend, Edward was just here. They were passing through the area."
Toby shook his head, breathing hard. "That can't be. I was miles out, we were close to the edge of the Acromantula territory, good two hours hikes into the woods. They can't be already here and gone."
"They could've apparated, you know." Auror Robards said.
Minerva shook her head. "No, the anti-apparition ward came back up this morning, it's cast over wider area now. No one can apparated within Hogwarts for miles except for Hogsmeade. It's one of the Ministry's request to widen the area."
Auror Robards turned back to Toby, "What were they doing deep in the forest?"
Toby's voice became low as he whispered, "They… they were drinking from acromantula, they're vampires." He looked frantic, "Their skins were sparkling in the sunlight," he gestured to his mouth, making fangs with his fingers, "and they had sharp teeth!"
Minerva covered her neck with her hand, gasping in shock, "No."
"That's a serious accusation. Are you sure?" Auror Robards asked.
"Yes. I'll give you my memory." Toby said, and they walked off.
Sinatra grasped Minerva's arm. "Minerva? What's happening?"
Minerva shook her head in denial. "It cannot be." She turned to Sinatra. "Harry does not show any signs of being a vampire."
Sinatra looked concerned, "Minerva, have you forgotten? We're wizards. They could be using glamour to hide the features."
"That would ruin Harry!" Minerva gasped at her oldest friend. "You know very well it is forbidden for vampire to turn a wizard. If this is true, then it means terrible for Harry and Edward."
Sinatra pressed her lips together as she held her hands tight to her sternum. "Who really is this Edward? Where did he come from? Why is he always around Harry? That's what's everyone are whispering."
Minerva chewed her bottom lip as she thought. "Harry says he's a friend from America. I think there are much more to both of them, they clearly show affection to one another." She looked up to Sinatra and said, "Oh dear. This does not bode well."
AN:
Sorry, it's been a little while since I updated. I had a small writer's block and tried to figure out how to write this chapter out. And I had to go back a couple of times and rewrite them until I was happy with how it came out.
Well, plenty of lemons squeezed out here. I need to serve them up because there won't be much in the following few chapters.
Uh oh… now certain people know.
I still want suggestions for pictures for some of the chapters. The images are in the chapters on AO3 and Deviant Art.
