A/N Is anyone alive out there? Can anyone hear me? I really don't mean to go almost a year between chapters, but damn my muse is a fucking bitch. I don't know how long it will be before another chapter of this will come out, but I have chapters ready for my others stories that I hope to publish before the end of the month. I won't let any of my stories go unfinished. So I will shut up now and leave you to it. Leave me some love:)

His fangs instantly clicked down and there was a touch of disbelief on his face. "Sookie, are you sure about this? You have always been so against becoming a vampire. Why would you change your mind now?"

"You're the one who changed my mind. I love you Eric, more than I have ever loved anyone including the knob. I've fought my feelings for you for so long and it took me seeing you die for me to realize that I don't want to live without you.

"Now in a perfect world I'd like to have a few more years as a human so that I can see the world as a human and learn more about my Fae side. There may be a chance that I could become like Warlow, part Fae and part vampire, but maybe not. But no matter what, if something happens to me that your blood can't fix, I want you to turn me. I want to be with you forever Eric."

"What about your friends and your family? You would have to watch them all die."

"There is a good chance I'll have to do that anyway. People keep dying around me left and right lately. It will hurt, I'm not going to lie to myself that it won't, but I'll get to see future generations of my family and the world which will be exciting. And as long as I'm with you I know I'll be able to handle what ever comes our way."

"But what about having a family of your own? No matter how often I might have imagined it being possible, I can't give you children."

I couldn't stop the image of little blond haired babies running around, but I quickly pushed those images aside. "Oh Sweetie, I've been back and forth all of my life about having babies. I have always wanted to be like Gran and watch my grandbabies someday, but then I think, could I really subject a child to what I suffered through my entire life? I don't think that I could do that."

"But you must know that your child wouldn't have to suffer as you did. You would be able to teach them from a very early age how to control and understand their telepathy, bu there is also the possibility that you child might not even have telepathy."

I could see the sadness on his face while talking about this, so I knew that a subject change was definitely in order. "We have plenty of time to discuss this after we deal with Russell. Godric is coming anyway, so we should focus on that for now."

He leaned in and gently kissed my lips. We are most definitely now finished discussing this." I wanted to argue that any further discussion was pointless, but I didn't want to upset or distract him.

I pulled away from him and went over and opened the door just as Godric was about to knock. "Hey Godric. Come on in."

"I'm not interrupting anything am I?"

"Nothing that can't wait. Would you like a drink?"

"True Blood A negative please."

"Of course. Eric, would you like a drink?"

"No thank you, I'm fine for now."

I warmed Godric's blood, then we got down to planning. We went over the layout of Russell's mansion, who his guards were and the easiest ways on and off the property.

After we had the basics down, Eric and Godric went to get the weapons I purchased to take inventory. I really didn't want to be near those weapons right now after remembering what I'd heard, plus I realized that I was starving, so I decided to go downstairs and get something to eat.

I had slipped on my shoes and was grabbing my purse when Eric and Godric came back in with the weapons. When Eric looked over at me and saw what I was doing, he was quick to set down the weapons he was carrying and was at my side. "What's the matter? Where are you going?"

I could tell that my poor Viking still wasn't quite himself after all that had happened today, so I was quick to smile to reassure him. "I'm just hungry Darlin'. I'm going downstairs to get something to eat. I need a little break from all of this." I waved my hands and all the boxes they'd brought in. "And I'm hoping that I can find Barry and warn him about the fairies."

"Alright, I'll come down and get you when we are finished."

"Thank you." I reached up to kiss him on the cheek, but Eric moved his face at the last second so I kissed his lips instead. Oh he was very good. I was very tempted to drag him into the bedroom and climb him like a monkey in a mango tree, but my stomach took that moment to growl rather loudly.

Reluctantly we pulled away from each other and I slowly made my way to the door, not taking my eyes off of my handsome Viking. "I'll see you later."

I forced myself out the door and downstairs to the restaurant. I made sure to keep my shields down the whole way listening for any trouble that may have been lurking and Barry. Luckily I caught Barry's thoughts has I was getting off the elevator. He was getting ready to leave, so I practically had to run to catch up to him. "Barry, please wait."

He didn't want to stop when he realized that it was me, but his manners kept him from walking out the door. "What do you want Sookie? I'm done with vampire shit. I'm leaving."

"I understand why you're doing what you're doing. I just need to talk to you for a few minutes. Would you mind joining me for dinner? My treat."

I could hear from his thoughts that he wanted to refuse, but he was curious to know what I had to say since I was keeping him out of my thoughts. "Okay."

We went into the restaurant and were seated in a booth in the back. I didn't need anyone hearing what we were about to talk about.

We sat down and immediately gave the waitress our orders; we both ordered sweet tea, I ordered an extra side of lemon, then I ordered steak, baked potato and a Caesar salad while Barry ordered a cheeseburger and fries.

I waited until the waitress dropped off our drinks before I started. "Barry, have you met a man named Lloyd?"

"No. Why would you ask me that?"

"Barry, what I'm going to tell you is probably going to sound crazy, but just realize that we are both telepaths in a vampire hotel. So it wouldn't be a stretch that there are other supernaturals out there.

He paused for a minute before speaking. "Are you telling me that there's more than just vampires out there?"

"Oh Barry, you have no idea."
