A/N: A few days later, I know, and I'm sorry. I had some internet issues that only got fixed today. Also from here on out there will be bi-weekly updates for this one, in order to keep my lead on chapters. So without further ado, enjoy.
Bella's POV
The following morning I woke snuggled into Rosalie's perfect body, my head resting on her pillowy breasts and my hands on that beautiful pillow of an ass. "Good morning Rosie. Can I wake up like this every day for the rest of my life?"
I heard her laugh lightly at that. "Of course you can, my Bella, just don't be surprised if you find me between your legs at some point." She said huskily.
I smiled and lifted my face from its perfect place to kiss her. "I wouldn't mind that at all, I'm actually looking forward to that."
She smiled and kissed me as I took up a more neutral position, my head now resting on her shoulder. "One day, and you've already turned into a sex kitten. I suppose I owe Vicki twenty bucks."
I quirked an eyebrow at that. "You made a bet with Victoria on how long it would take before I put out?" I asked just a little bit hurt.
"No love, not at all. She just made it into a bet. I really thought it would take longer than one day for you to feel the full effects of the mating bond." She said with a loving smile.
I smiled at that. "I think that I felt those effects from the moment you told me about your feelings for me, I just needed to work up the courage to show you how I feel about you, and I think I made a pretty decent start yesterday."
Rosalie smiled and kissed me. "You surely did love, but I don't think I will be able to stop Alice from barging in here any longer. She's really excited about going shopping today."
"I know, even I can hear her hovering just outside the door, let me take care of some human business and then I think I'll be up for a day of shopping. Could you pick out some clothes for me that won't emphasize my belly too much?" I asked softly.
She nodded and kissed my cheek softly. "Of course love, I'm sure I can find something cute and comfy for my mate."
I smiled and returned the kiss before making my way to the bathroom so I could take a quick shower and take care of my morning business, which thankfully did not include throwing up this morning.
After my shower I quickly blow dried my hair before coming to the realization that I had completely forgotten to bring clean underwear with me, so when I walked back out of the bathroom, I was only wearing a towel.
"Well this is certainly a nice surprise." Rosalie said with a soft smile from the bed.
I blushed a little at that. "I forgot to bring clean underwear with me into the bathroom."
She smiled at me as she was in front of me in a second and pulled away the towel. "I thought it was something like that, and I took the liberty to pick out a set for you."
I smiled and kissed her. "Surely a very skimpy set, knowing how much you love to ogle my assets."
She smiled at that. "I will plead the fifth on that, now go and get dressed before Alice barges in and finds you in your birthday suit."
"We can't have that, because only you will ever see this much of me. I could use some help though, because I have a bit of a headache and I fear I might fall over if I stand up too fast."
She smiled and nodded as I took a seat on the bed, blushing brightly as Rosalie slowly helped my legs through the holes of the black panties she had chosen for me. "You're so gorgeous, my love. I can't wait to explore parenthood with you."
I smiled at her as I stood and pulled my underwear. "Neither can I baby. Every day I get more excited to live my life together with you."
She smiled at me as I continued to get dressed, and I couldn't help but try and be a bit sexy for her.
The moment I was done getting dressed, I found myself on my back on the bed, with my blonde Goddess hovering over me. "You my love, are a tease sometimes. You know I do not have a lot of willpower where you are concerned."
I smiled and kissed her softly. "I know, see it as an appetizer for when we get back, because I really don't think if we can keep Alice placated any longer."
Rosalie smiled and wrapped an arm around my waist as we made our way downstairs, where Alice indeed seemed to be vibrating with excitement. "Good morning Bella. Did you sleep okay?" She asked with a smile.
I nodded and smiled at her. "Yes I did, thank you for asking, and please don't tell me that you've been buzzing around the house all night because of the prospect of going shopping?"
"To be honest, I have, I'm just so excited to go shopping with you for the first time. I can barely contain myself." She said as she came up to hug me.
I smiled at her. "Can you contain yourself for another hour? I would like to eat something before we go."
"Of course Bella, take all the time you need. I wouldn't want Esme and Sulpicia to be cross with me if we left too soon." She said with a soft smile.
I smiled and gave her shoulder a squeeze before I made my way into the kitchen where Esme had just put a plate of pancakes on the counter. "Good morning sweetie. I hope you slept okay?"
I nodded and hugged her. "I did Mom, thank you for asking, and thank you for breakfast. It's been a while since I had pancakes for breakfast, and I think your granddaughter will appreciate it too. Carbs keep her quiet I have noticed."
Esme smiled at me and pressed a kiss to the top of my head while Sulpicia set down a glass of milk down next to the pancakes. "Then we'll make sure to fill that need sweetie, as long as it stays healthy for both of you." The blonde said with a smile.
I smiled and hugged her too, since I never felt complete in the morning if I hadn't given my two mothers a hug.
The two women smiled at me. "There is one thing we wanted to talk to you about before you girls go on your shopping trip, sweetie. I know you will have three of your sisters there with you, but we hoped you would be okay with including Jane in your shopping trip, merely as an extra layer of protection."
"I'm okay with it, but only if Jane wants to go. I wouldn't want to force her into something she doesn't want to do." I said softly.
I heard a soft giggle come from the entrance of the kitchen. "I offered to go Bella. It would be a good way for me to be a bit more social with my sisters, and it will make sure that you are completely safe." The petite blonde said with a smile.
I smiled at her. "I would love to have you come with us Jane. I've really been looking forward to spending some more time with you."
Jane smiled at that, something I had found out was quite rare for the small vampire. "Then I'll go and change real quick. Enjoy your breakfast, sister."
I smiled at her as she flitted upstairs, leaving me to eat my breakfast under the loving gaze of my mate.
Rosalie's POV
Due to the fact that we now had five people, we had opted to go with two cars. Alice and Victoria in one, and Bella, Jane and myself in the other, the petite blonde sitting next to Bella in the back, purely as an extra precaution, and it seemed that neither of them seemed to mind.
I had been honestly been surprised at how Jane and Bella had stricken up a friendship that seemed to go so much deeper than probably either of them realized, because they were quickly becoming closer than most sisters.
It was also very sweet to see how protective Jane was over Bella, always being near her without hovering and always being there whenever my mate needed something, which I appreciated, because even though the attack had been months ago, I still felt hyper-protective of Bella and my inner vampire was screaming to be close to her as much as possible, and Jane made sure I could do that.
Bella also didn't seem to mind being waited on hand and foot by the petite blonde, and I honestly couldn't fault her. We had talked a lot about our lives in the last weeks and it had become very clear to me that she really had a shit life so far, and I was adamant on making her see that she was worthy and deserving of a loving family, and I was not the only one in the family who thought that, because everyone seemed to be thinking the same thing.
Esme and Sulpicia had really stepped up as her mothers and had already proven they were willing to do anything to make Bella happy, and the others had seamlessly stepped into the part of her loving and supportive siblings, and even Alec, who she hadn't had much interaction with seemed to be hell bent on becoming a good big brother for her and getting in Bella's good graces.
"What are you thinking about love? I can hear the wheels in your head turning." Bella said with a smile.
I smiled at her through the rearview mirror. "Nothing much baby. Just how sweet it is to see you interact with the family on any given day, and how hard everyone is trying to make you feel loved and cherished. It warms my heart to finally see you get the love you deserve."
She blushed a little at that. "Everyone has been so amazing to me, even Alec with his awkward comments has wormed his way into my heart, and I have you to thank for it."
I smiled at her. "Not just me though baby. A lot of this came from Esme and her standing up to Carlisle and mostly Edward when she reminded them who exactly she was."
"I know Rose, but it was you who saved my life when you confessed how you really felt about me, because I don't think that I could have found the strength to wake up again if you hadn't been there." She said softly.
"Oh Bella, I'm sorry I let it seem that I didn't love you or need you as much as I do. I wish I could take it all back." I said with a soft smile.
She smiled at me. "What's done is done, my love. We're together now and no one will ever break us apart again."
I smiled at that. "No one would dare, baby. I think your new sister will make sure of that."
Jane smirked at that. "Indeed I will, you two and the little girl growing inside of you will be forever protected and loved, and I know that with me the entire family will do exactly the same."
Bella smiled at that. "Thanks Jane. You're the best sister a girl can ask for."
The blonde smiled at her and patted her leg. "Don't mention it Bella. To be honest I have always wanted a sister that was a bit closer to my age, and now it seems that I suddenly have three, although I can easily admit you're definitely my favorite sister. Alice is a bit too bubbly sometimes and Rosalie and I are just too much alike for that to work."
I laughed lightly at that. "I'm glad you said it, because I can only agree with you, but I hope you know that I do see you as a sister none the less, Jane."
"And you are my sister too Rosalie, it was honestly quite refreshing to find a woman with a similar outlook on life as I have." Jane said with a kind smile, which was honestly the first smile I had ever seen directed my way.
I only returned the smile as I parked the car seconds before Victoria and Alice pulled into the spot next to us. "Are you two ready, because I don't know how excited Alice is going to be today, even though she promised to keep it tame today."
Bella smiled and nodded. "I think that if we keep her directed towards baby clothes, we might be able to get her to mellow down on the clothes she plans to throw to me."
"And if that fails, you can always threaten her with involving me." Jane said with a smile.
Bella laughed lightly and gave the blonde a side hug. "That might work as well, but no gifts, I honestly have been looking forward to this shopping trip."
Jane smiled and nodded. "Of course not Bella, that might become a bit difficult to explain, and I would rather not have the police be involved, plus I'm not in the habit of hurting family members unless they truly deserve it, and thankfully both Felix and Demetri opted to stay in Volterra, since they are usually the ones that deserve it with their lewd comments."
Bella smiled at her as we got out of the car, and I could see that Alice was about ready to burst from the excitement. "Ali, remember what we talked about, nothing too over the top today."
Alice smiled and nodded. "Of course Rosalie. I promise to contain myself today. I'm just very excited about the prospect of going shopping with Bella."
We smiled at her. "So am I Ali, but unfortunately I have a bit of a headache, so I appreciate that you will try to keep it tame today."
She smiled and hugged her. "I will always have your best interest at heart Bella, and if at any time you're not feeling okay, I want you to tell me, okay?"
Bella nodded and smiled as we made our way into the mall, and I couldn't help the smile when Bella's hand found mine.
Alice's POV
I will admit that it was hard to contain my excitement, but I managed just because I kept Bella's health in mind and I wouldn't want her to overexert herself and the fact that Jane was here also kept me in line, because I knew how protective the blonde was over our sister.
I was a bit miffed in the beginning that Bella gravitated to Jane so easily, but that was mostly because I was afraid of losing the friendship we had, but thankfully she had proven me wrong again. Our friendship had evolved into something much closer than sisters, and I saw that she had the same with Jane, only a bit different.
I was well aware that my exuberance could be a bit much sometimes, especially in her state and with the mood swings she recently developed, but I knew those would be only temporary, I had seen that much after all. Jane provided her with a sounding board that I couldn't be because of my visions, and while it had taken a while for me to accept that, it would all be okay in the end.
When we stepped into our first store of the day, I turned to Bella. "I hope you won't mind if we keep shopping for your daughter until after lunch. I think you will love some of the things I saw for you."
Bella smiled at me. "As long as you pace yourself a bit and do not throw clothes to me like they are on fire, I think we'll be fine Ali."
I smiled at her. "Of course Bella. I promise to contain myself."
Bella smiled at me as we made our way further into the store, Rose and Victoria going the other way leaving me with Bella and Jane as we browsed through the racks.
The more I observed Jane and Bella interact together, the more they struck me as twins, both very different in personality and looks, but very attuned to each other, and considering it had only been a couple of months, that amazed me. They could bicker like twins did, but also couldn't seem to live without each other, often making up within the hour.
"You okay Ali?" Bella asked softly.
I smiled and nodded at her. "I'm okay, I'm just amazed at how well you and Jane have meshed in the last couple of months. You two are really closer than most sisters. It's almost as if you are twin sisters with the way you act towards each other, it's sweet."
Jane glared at me, but Bella smiled at me. "I know it must've been hard for you seeing me get close to another vampire so quickly, but I hope you know that you will always be my best friend, and it's just that your bubblyness is a bit much sometimes. If I'm honest you and Jane are basically two sides of the same coin for me. One gives me the opportunity to just vent and the other helps me come out of my shell a bit more. I consider you both my closest friends and confidants, besides Rosalie of course, but what I share with her is something completely different altogether."
I smiled and hugged her tightly. "How is it that you are able to voice and silence my fears at the same time? I'll be honest and say that I was afraid of losing what we had, but I see now that all my worries were for nothing."
She smiled at me. "We could never lose our friendship Ali. You're my sister and my best friend. I would never jeopardize that."
"And if I may, Alice, it was never my intention to replace you as Bella's best friend, but I have learned that she has a huge heart and a great capacity for love. To be very honest it surprised me as well how quickly we bonded, given the fact that I hate about ninety nine percent of humanity." Jane said softly.
"I know, but it still stung a little, I guess I was a bit jealous on how close you two had become." I said softly.
Bella smiled and pressed a soft kiss to my cheek. "I know, but I hope you know now that jealousy is not necessary. I will still come to you if there is something I can't talk to Rosalie or Mom about, and I will still come to you for advice on clothes, and of course we still have plenty of Pregnant Bella Barbie planned."
I smiled at her. "I know, I'm sorry Bella, and sorry to you too Jane. I promise not to be so jealous in the future."
Bella smiled at that. "I know you'll try, and that's all I can ask, don't disregard your own feelings on my account, Ali. If there is anything wrong, you can talk to me. This goes both ways, okay."
I nodded at her as I spotted a cute top for her, one I knew Rosalie would love as well. "I think you would look cute in this one Bella. Will you try it on?"
She looked critically at the colorful top. "I suppose. You've been trying to get me to wear more colors ever since we met, so I might as well give in now."
I smiled and added it to the modest stack we already had and to my surprise I saw Jane pick out a few things as well, which I honestly hadn't expected from her at this point.
Half an hour later we were all walked outside again, all of us happy with the modest haul we had, and judging by Bella's smile, she was genuinely happy with the things we had gotten for her.
"Could we do lunch before we continue shopping? I'm afraid the little one and I are a bit hungry." Bella said with a soft smile.
"Of course Bella bird, we can't let our favorite sister and future niece go hungry, now can we?" Victoria said with a smile.
Bella blushed as she hid her face in Rosalie's side, who smiled at her. "It's okay love. What are you hungry for?" The blonde asked softly.
"To be honest I could go for anything, but burgers sounds amazing." She said softly.
We smiled at her. "Then we will get you some burgers, baby. I've got to keep my baby mamma fed." Rosalie said with a wink.
Bella blush only darkened as we made our way to the food court, where we left Rose, Bella and Jane to their own devices while Victoria and I made our way to one of the many baby stores, so we could get some early surprises for our niece.
Bella's POV
I could've never imagined how much fun it would be to go shopping with my sisters, and it was something we were definitely going to do again, but at the same time I was glad that we were on our way back home.
Jane was driving and that left me in the backseat with Rosalie, which honestly was something I needed. "You look tired love. Are you okay?" She asked softly.
"I'm a bit tired, but I'm okay. I was mostly just really surprised by Alice, she really kept it tame today." I said softly.
Rosalie smiled and pressed a kiss to my cheek. "I think that has a lot to do with the conversation you three had. She was so afraid of losing the friendship you two have that she wanted to anything to keep it. I can also see where that fear comes from, because people in her past have screwed her over multiple times, and that makes her cling to the friendships she has."
"I know, and I should've seen it, but I think from now on there doesn't have to be any more doubt. What I'm more surprised is that you heard that, you and Victoria were on the other side of the store." I said with a soft smile.
Rosalie smiled at me. "My hearing is a bit better than anyone else in the family, so chances are that Victoria hasn't heard it, and also, my senses are even more attuned to you."
I smiled and cuddled into her, sighing contently as she wrapped an arm around me. "You're so cuddly today. I love it."
She smiled at me. "Of course I am, but only because it's you who I am cuddling with."
"I will never object to cuddling with you Rose. You're always so comfortable to lie against." I said with a soft smile.
Rosalie smiled at that as she pulled me into her lap. "I would gladly be your personal pillow forever, my love, and I won't lie, having your warm body against mine is the best feeling ever."
I smiled at that. "The best feeling? I would beg to differ with that."
"The best feeling that is appropriate in company, my love. I thought I wouldn't need to explain that." She said as she softly poked my side, before running her fingers over them.
I jolted a little, but relaxed back into her as she kept running her fingers over my side. "I know, I just love to tease you while I still can do it innocently, when my hormones take over I don't know what will happen."
She smiled and kissed me. "We'll be right there with you love, the entire family. We will understand if you become a bit more snappy during your pregnancy."
"To be honest, I'm not looking forward to that part. I don't want to snap at people for no reason." I said softly.
We heard Jane laugh lightly at that. "I don't think you snapping at people will faze them much Bella. You won't ever be as bad as I am, or even Rosalie at times."
I smiled at the blonde. "Yes Jane, you're the queen of indifference and evil glares, but I am just not someone to snap at someone for no reason, hormones or no."
Jane smiled at me through the rearview mirror. "I know Bella, I'm just saying that no one will ever judge you for being a bit cranky or snappy because of hormones, especially mother, since is very used to me and Alec being that person."
I only smiled at her, not saying anything as we drove home, and I already knew that the first thing I was going to do was ask Rosie to draw me a hot bath, because I felt like I had earned one after surviving a day of shopping with Hurricane Pixie.
