Hello welcome to another story. This is going to get you in your feels. Thank you for choosing this one. If you guys like it I will make more to the story. Thank you.

Thoughts are racing around her mind as she tossed and turned in her bed. Grabbing the thick grey blanket she cuddles into it. Her only ground her only source of madness is caused by one simple name. A name she hasn't heard in years, suddenly is repeated daily. New faces whisper his cursed name, she whispers his name.

A glowing screen and booming vibrations rip her away from her constant thoughts. There it goes, his name plastered on her phone. Releasing a breath she never realized she was holding. Her arm falls against her face as the sounds of her cell continues. Suddenly they stop, a ping from her cell rings. Looking over a notification pops up informing her that she has a new voice mail.

She's not ready, not ready to endure more pain. More confusion and heart ache. For Years she's been able to block him out. Pure anger rippled through her, but now that she has seen him and heard him. Her emotions all crumble into one sticky mess. She can't help it, against all her Instincts she decided to listen to his message.

Her heart drops at his words, she honestly didn't know if he was having an attack or he generally figured it out. She remembers the pain of PTSD the torture and constant fear she felt because of it. Her heart broke for him. Grabbing her phone she calls back Eliot, "Eliot I'm coming over please stay put, Promise me you will." Her voicemail delivered to him as she stood up from her bed.

Grabbing her long black trench coat she ran out of the house. She didn't need to worry about care for Noah since he was away at camp for another week. She rushed out of her front door, breezing past the doorman. She hadn't even taken a minute to change. Still in her black silk pajama pants with the matching top and black UGG neumel boots she ran to her car. The rain pounded against her hair as she made her way towards her black suv.

Turning on the ignition she instantly pulled out driving to eliots hotel. Hopefully he was ok, hopefully he wouldn't push her away. Never in a million years would she have thought about forgiving Eliot for what he did to her. The damage he caused. After all he was the source of all her abandonment issues.

Her dainty hand softly knocked on his gray door. She's shaky, preparing herself for the unknown. Quick footsteps approach the other side. She can tell that there not Eliot's, his are louder. She would know, 12 years together, all retained in her memory. A young blonde opens the door revealing her face. Kathleens head pops into view ushering her in. She couldn't help but to think of how closely she resembles her mother. All the stabler girls look most like Kathy even dicky. The only one that resembles Eliot is Eli, they look so a like. Sometimes when she takes a good look at him she can see the younger Eliot. Dark hair, tall and skinny.

Her once joyous blue eyes are now filled with sorrow. Puffy red under bags lay beneath them. " he needs you Olivia." Desperation laces her voice. Grabbing into her hand they walked down the hallway into the living room. Hints of blood and torn up paper are fallen on the hard wood flooring. She was just here a couple of hours ago, by Kathleen's request. All holding unto hope for Eliot's sanity. Her eyes darted to the holes in the wall.

"What happened honey." There hands remain together as they took a seat on the grey sofa.

"He was babbling something about deception and guilt. He said it was all his fault then he went crazy. He torn down his "crazy wall" and punched holes until his knuckles split open." Kathleen cried out to her.

Grabbing her shirt she ushers her into her arms warping her securely within them. Protecting her from any more pain. "Where's Eli?" She asked soothingly while brushing her fingers through her blonde strands.

"I locked him in his room. I made sure he didn't see any of it." Relief flooded her veins, the thought of Eli seeing that would tear her up. Her tight grip loosened around Kathleen.

"I'm going to go check up on him." Leaning her head down she presses a light kiss to her forehead before standing up.

"Eli" she whispers from the other side of the closed door Whimpering fills her ears, grabbing unto the door handle she walked into his room. The sight almost crush's her, walking towards him she gathers his body into her arms. Holding him close to herself. "It's ok." She rocks him back and forth continuing her soothing words. Once he's calmed down enough she lets go of him.

"He scared me liv." He hardly knows this woman. All he knows is the stories that the family tossed around. This other fearless woman in his fathers life. He never expected her to be so maternal and nurturing. That's how she is, he has come to notice. No wonder all of his siblings speck so highly of her. They always said that she could calm his father in a heart beat. He found comfort in her, as soon as she would walk into a tense room it would all disappear. Vanished from there thoughts, all fear and uneasiness is washed away.

Grabbing the back of his neck she kissed his forehead and timidly walked out of his room. Both Eli and Kathleen followed her, she mentally braced herself for what was to come. Knocking on his door his rough voice booms through the walls. "Leave me alone Kathleen I'm fine."

"It's not Kathleen Eliot." Her soft voice pierces his ears sending relief within him. He shouldn't let her see him like this. He's caused her enough pain to last a life time. "Eliot please let me in." He can't deny her anything, walking towards the door he unlocks it. Careful not to show any of himself to the kids. The door blocks there field of vision as Liv walked in. Her brown eyes mesmerize him as she strolled past him. He didn't close the door all the way. Seeing her made him want to fall to his knees and cry.

"Oh El." She said soothingly as her hand landed against his stubbled check.

"I'm sorry Liv - I'm so sorry." His weak body falls unto hers. Sobs escape his chest, he's to heavy for her to hold. Walking backwards they fall unto the bed. He grabs unto her body hoisting her in his lap as she straddled him. Her hands warp around his torso as he held unto her as if she was his air. Stroking the back on his neck he began to cry. Wetness falls along her neck as his sobbing grew louder. Blood dripping from his knuckles falls along her neck as he held her.

The only sounds in the room is Eliot's crying and a heavy rain pounding against the pane glass. It was a crazy sight to see. There father instantly breaking apart in her arms. She's wrapped around him fully shielding him from his own demons. She doesn't expect Eli to understand there love because it's uncomprehendible. She knows that her father meant those words with every bone in his body. His soul was connected to hers, she's come to accept that.

Her and Eli watched through the cracked door. The scene in front of them was hard to watch. They never realized that he was this broken.

Nuzzling his face into her neck his hot breath cascades down her skin leaving a trail of goosebumps in its wake. "It's all to much." He voices out as his hands slides down to her lower back. Tugging her closer to him till there no space between them.

"I'm so sorry Eliot." Her brown eyes began to water for him. " but you cannot do this in front of your children, it's all to much for them as well." His breathing began to slow down as his left hand stroked through her brown locks.

"Something broke within me when I saw the photo of him staring down at Kathy. He knew everything Liv, it was him the whole time."

She's seen enough. She knows that her father is in Olivias hands, slowly healing him. "Eli let's go back to your room." Kathleen said as she took his hand and led him down the narrow hallway. They need privacy.

"Let Ayanna know every thing Eliot you shouldn't be handling this. It's killing you inside, she was the mother of your children. Please Eliot hand the case over to the higher up's" she was begging him to slow this all down. To evaluate all the mental damage that he had caused his children and himself. They remained in there intimate position for what seemed like hours.

"Ok" he whispered into her hair. She didn't expect him to fold so easily but somehow he did. Gently pushing off his chest she tried to get off his lap but his grip was still holding her in. "Eliot, your bleeding everywhere." She explained as she made another attempt to move. This time he willingly let his hold on her go. Standing up from the bed she walked over into his bathroom grabbing the first aid kit.

Cleaning the blood from his knuckles and wrists she wrapped gaze and bandages around them tightly. "Please don't do that again Eliot, you scared me." She allowed her vulnerability to be shown to him for the first time since he's been back.

"I promise." His voice creaked under the escaped sobs. Grabbing her small hand he lifted it to his lips lightly pressing a kiss to each of her knuckles. She's there for him and he's grateful.

"You should sleep." Her hands found home on his neck once more as she stood between his outspread legs.

"I can't sleep." he instantly replies to her without hesitation. " I keep seeing the bomb, my heart races and my thoughts cloud my mind." The only thing able to ground him is her. "Will you lay with me?" Her eyes looked between his eyes.

She doesn't say a word as she strolled to the right side of the bed laying above the covers. His body falls back instantly on hers like a magnet. Gripping her waist her tugs her closer to himself. Spooning her with his face nuzzled into her hair. Reaching out his hand in front of her she quickly grabbed it, interlacing there fingers together. Laying there conjoined hands on her stomach. His body flows with hers. Eventually there breathing falls into sync as they both fall into slumber.
