Chapter 10: How do you know?

"Now you, Michael" i said, while slowly walking towards him. While i came closer, and closer, and closer, he tried to go distanc himself from me. That was, until he reached the tree that was behind him.

"W-w-w-w-why are you d-doing this?!" He yelled at me in fear. I knew exactly, that he just wanted to win time, but i played along. "Why, you ask? Isn't that obvious, mist red player?" when i said that, i could feel how Mio lost all her strength.

"Y-You know? B-but how?!" now his voice didn't sound like he was scarred, but he was worried. "A little bird came to me and told me some things, and here i am. My dear michael. I'm here, to get you into hell."

"B-but... But h-how do you know that i'm a red player? My crystal is green!" I didn't care if he knew, or didn't. But i wanted Mio to know that she should trust nobody, even if they have a green crystal, so i told him. "Oh. That's quite simple. I also have that potion to replace your red crystal. It drops in the wandering forest. But you already knew that, didn't you? Michael?"

His hand, he held towards me, dropped on the floor as he said "So you know, huh? I... I guess that's it then. I had my fun. And now i'm supposed to die... Go on. Do as you wish. I don't care anymore..."

I walked towards him, and said my last words to him. "At least, you know when to quit." I sheated my sword, and pulled out a crystal "I always hoped someone would be that understanding of his situation, Michael. You are a good example, so i'm not gonna kill you. Although i still feel sorry for you, since you need to wait until this game gets cleared in prison."

Michael looked up at me, with tears in his eyes "Thank you! Thank you so much *sob*" I smiled a little, before i spoke "Teleport, Michael." Michael got surrounded by the blue light of the teleport crystal, as he was teleportet into prison, where he would be stuck until the game ended, and he would wake up in the hospital.

"What's your name?" I said, as i looked at Michael's target that was supposed to die. "M-My... My name is Joseph." he said. His voice still shaking, but not scarred, His eyes looked at me with confusion, instead of fear. "Joseph... huh? Well then, Joseph. Let this be a lesson to you. Don't group up with randoms you know nothing about. Maybe next time i won't be there to save you. And now go. I have to talk to our little missi here fo a while... Oh. And... There should be a red and white coated person on the way back. The password is "Heil of death". Say that, or you'll die."

He ran off after he thanked me, still confused. I was still in thoughts, when i heard a voice behind me. "Why...? Why didn't you kill him? You're just another murderer. So why didn't you kill him, and teleported him into prison?"

I didn't know why, but her voice had anger, and confusion inside it. She wasn't scarred. But confused and angry.

"Why, you ask? huh. I don't know... Maybe, i'm just not that bad of a person? No, nevermind. Scrap that... But really. I don't know... I didn't feel right." Was it pity? Was it, because i didn't want to? I don't know. And i will probably never will...

"Didn't... Feel right? So every other kill you had, was right? Is that what you want to tell me?" The anger grew stronger, and stronger, the more i talked to her. But i decided to countinue talking to her anyway. And so i did...
