A/N: Double post, yes! The next chapter I'm guessing will be Aro and his brothers catching up and Rebecca getting to know Didame and Athenadora better, perhaps even Corrin probably Corrin too.

Rebecca's Point of View

"we're here master." Felix said after opening the door, "come on, I think it's time for you to meet my brother's." I was slightly nervous about meeting his family, Caius was supposed to be especially violent. Of course, Aro was supposed to be a psychopath, of course, he kind of is, but he was a good kind of psychopath. We walked through the halls; they were decorated with hundreds of paintings from hundreds of eras, I had the feeling Aro was loving my expression. Starry eyed was how he described it.

He had bought me an ice cream in Seattle, it was vanilla, I always thought chocolate was overrated; it had to be just right, or it didn't taste good at all. Vanilla could be slightly richer or less rich then perfect and would still taste fine. "cara, (dear) you know I've been watching you for a while, when your eyes lit up the way they do now I think I can finally describe it; like a bunch of stars lost themselves in the pools of your eyes."

It was so sweet, both the ice cream and his words. The memory distracted me slightly so when we stopped in front of a door, I almost didn't stop with them. That would have been embarrassing, more embarrassing then waking up with Felix talking about my sleeping habits. I guess I had petunia to thank for my heavy sleeping, she would always yell to wake me up, so eventually, I stopped waking up to it.

Of course, that meant no meals, so I started waking up at an exact time, Felix opened the door to let us in. I recognized Caius and Marcus from my class textbook; of course, there pictures didn't do them justice, neither did the ones of Didame (I'm sorry I don't know how to spell it) and Athenadora. "Hi" I was trying to come up with something to say before Didame hugged me.

That wasn't something I was expecting, "thank you" she whispered, "I haven't seen Aro this happy in millennium." I had the feeling it was too low for the person in question to hear it, I knew I would be asking her about what she meant later though. "I'm so glad to meet my new sister." Athenadora came over and hugged me too, "it's so nice to meet you." Marcus was welcoming to, "my dear I'm excited to learn more about you."

It was up to Caius to put in the final vote of if I was excepted here or not; he stood up from his chair and walked over, "like my family I too wish to welcome you, I understand it must be intimidating to meet us." So true I wanted to say, "yeah it's a bit weird to see someone in person that you've read about in a textbook." He looked confused, "you're a witch then," he didn't know. "yes." I said immediately feeling like the conversation was taking a wrong turn, usually vampires were treated terribly in the wizarding world. I tried to help them and their status of course I did this with most other creatures, but I couldn't do it there was just too much bias.

Caius seemed to understand where my mind turned, "you don't seem like the others" I was seriously confused, yes, I wanted his family to like me; I was going to stay with them for the rest of forever, but this was the opposite of what every piece of information of Caius suggested. I remembered Jane and Alec's words

"So, what's the rest of the coven like?" I strike up for conversation. "Well," Jane said, "for the most part was pretty friendly and welcoming between ourselves-" Alec stepped in "-but with other covens we put up a mask-" "-to keep them in line "Jane finished.

"I'm not like what your textbooks say." Marcus decided to cut In. "Right, only to everyone you've ever met." He said it calmly, but it set Caius off. "That's only because they deserve it" he hissed. The atmosphere felt playful though, Athenadora came to Caius's defense. "Come on Marcus, stop picking fun, if he feels like a person is okay then they always are he's a great judge of character" she added "just as good as Aro." "no, I think Aro's better at judging character, well for everyone except Bella and me." I felt comfortable with Athenadora, and I was starting to like everyone here.

Marcus Point of View

Me and Caius were sitting in our chairs with our mates sitting next us, or on us in my case. "I can't believe it it's been two weeks and now we get to meet my brothers mate!" I looked at my beloved Diana her eyes were sparkling, and I looked into bond sight. Diana's relationship was just a little smaller than her jumping in her seat In anticipation.

She was sitting in my lap, I guess that made me the seat. "I can't wait either, but we have to wait just a few more minutes." We all heard the heartbeat in the hall, when she entered there was a "hi" from her and a wave. Diana stood up hugged her, it seemed unexpected because her heart sped up slightly. I watched as the relationship between my mate and Aro's grew stronger before my eyes; I was unsure what caused the drastic change.

Athenadora came over and hugged her too "it's so nice to meet you" I welcomed her with, "my dear I'm excited to learn more about you." I saw the bonds between Caius and hers change, she was looking for acceptance from Caius. He walked over, "like my family, I too wish to welcome you; I understand it must be intimidating to meet us." In fact, her bonds showed she still felt that way, slightly, but it wasn't as much as it was before. "Yeah, it's a bit weird to see someone in person that you've read about in a textbook." I saw interest spark from my brothers bond to her "you're a witch then," "yes." "You don't seem like the others." Confusion and interest came from her side, relief as well, she had received the acceptance she wanted from us. "I'm not like what your textbooks say."

I decided to cut in playfully, "right, only to everyone you've ever met." I said it calmly, knowing it would set Caius off. "That's only because they deserve it" he hissed. Athenadora came to Caius's defense, "come on Marcus, stop picking fun, if he feels like a person is okay then they always are he's a great judge of character" she added "just as good as Aro." The bond between Athenadora and Caius strengthened, she was becoming comfortable with us she decided to say "no, I think Aro's better at judging character, well, for everyone except Bella and me."
