Hope you enjoy!
Chapter 18
"Brother Zoro! Brother Luffy! Brother Usopp! Brother Nami! Brother Aurora!" Johnny shouted. "We're here at the restaurant!"
Nami grumbled. "Why am I "Brother"…"
"Hmm?"
"Oh!"
"AHHH!"
They had finally made it. The restaurant on the seas was right before them. It was a fairly large ship with the name Baratie painted on the side. It was an oval shape with normal masts, but the front-piece/head was that of a fish and appeared to have 3 decks.
"What do you think, everyone!?"
"What a high fish!" Luffy exclaimed.
"Wow!"
"That's so funky!"
Whilst the others were marveling at the sea restaurant, Aurora glimpsed something out of the corner of her eye. Fully turning to face what she'd seen, the half-angel choked back a gasp. A marine ship had pulled up right beside them!
Aurora turned to the others. "The Marines are here!"
"When did it…!?" Luffy began to ask, wondering where the ship came from so suddenly.
Usopp cowered nearby. "They're not going to attack us now, are they?"
"Hey! We ain't pirates over here!" Johnny said, ducking down.
Yosaku joined his partner. "Ah, someone's coming out!"
From where she stood, Aurora could make out the form of a man slowly approaching the railing of the Marine ship. Once closer, Aurora could see that the man was of average-size and sported a white pinstripe suit. His hair was well-combed, with a scar present under his right eye and bolts attached to his knuckles.
"Hmm, never seen that pirate flag before…" the man observed. "I'm the Lieutenant of the Marine Headquarters known as Ironfist Fullbody. Who's your Captain? Name yourself."
"I'm Luffy. I just finished making my pirate flag the day before yesterday!"
Fullbody took notice of Johnny and Yosaku. "Wait a minute, I think I've seen you two before. You frequent the government offices on some business. If I remember correctly, you're small time bounty hunters. Yosaku and Johnny, I think your names were… so you've finally been caught by pirates, have you?"
"Hey, Yosaku." Johnny turned to his partner. "I think this bro's sticking it to us."
"Well, we can't just let some guy walk around, calling us small time. This ain't gonna net us a single beli, but I think we oughta teach this kid how to keep his mouth shut."
"YOU LITTLE YUPPIE!"
The Straw Hat Pirates could only watch as the men drew their swords, intent on attacking Fullbody. The fight didn't last long. Yosaku and Johnny ended up on the floor of the deck, bloody and bruised.
"A-Almost had him…"
Luffy stood over the two. "You sure you guys aren't super weak?"
"N-No." Yosaku got out. "It's just that that guy's not too shabby himself."
"I-It was a close one…"
Zoro shook his head at the two bounty hunters. "The hell are you two doing?"
Two arms poked out of a nearby door on Fullbody's ship, a feminine voice drifting out. "Darling, enough beating up on weaklings, let's get going already!"
"Ah yes, let's do that." Fullbody acquiesced. "Consider yourselves lucky pirates because I'm on break today. I only came here to eat at the restaurant. But consider your lives forfeit the next time you run into me when I'm not off-duty."
"What's all this, Johnny?"
Aurora peered over at Nami, who was kneeling on the deck next to said man. When he'd landed, pieces of paper had fallen out from inside his jacket.
"Oh that? Those're just the bounty posters, sister. It's just another type of business. Kill any one of them and you'll get the bounty reward written in the posters. Is something the matter?"
Aurora watched Nami closely after she had picked a bounty poster up. Whoever was on it obviously rubbed the women the wrong way because the poster crumpled in her hands. Not only that, but Aurora could feel the anger pulsing from Nami's aura. She'd have to ask her what that was about later, in private.
"Guy's, we're in deep shit!" Usopp called out, pointing at the Marine ship. "The bastard's aiming his cannon at us!"
"WHAT!?"
"Sink 'em." Fullbody commanded.
"Yes, sir!"
"HE FIRED!"
Luffy jumped up on the ship's railing. "Leave it to me!"
"Luffy, what're you doing!?"
"Gomu Gomu no… BALLOON!"
Aurora would later admit that the scene caused her to feel slight amusement. The shock on the others faces was certainly something to behold. She, Nami and Zoro weren't fazed because this was expected of Luffy.
"THE HELL!?"
"WHA!?"
Even Fullbody was shocked. Luffy was still fairly new to the pirate game, so he wasn't that well known yet. That meant his abilities weren't either. So Luffy's body expanding in size caught the Lieutenant off guard.
"You can have your cannonball back!"
Zoro noticed where it had been redirected and berated Luffy. "Just who are you giving it to, you dumbass!?"
"Ugh…" Nami groaned, running a hand down her face.
Aurora slapped a hand over her eyes. Luffy had accidentally redirected the cannonball towards the Baratie. A gaping hole was now in the roof of the restaurant, smoke billowing from where the cannonball had hit. If the owner of Baratie found out Luffy had caused the damage, something told Aurora that they would be in big trouble.
"Luffy's sure taking awhile…" Zoro commented. "You don't think they'll force him to work here for like a month or something, do you?"
"He should just explain that it was all the marine's fault." Nami chimed in. "That idiot's too honest for his own good…"
What Nami said was true. Workers at the restaurant had come to find out who had caused the damage and Luffy had confessed. Next thing they know, he's being carried away to talk to the man in charge.
"Hey, let's go in and see him!" Usopp suggested. "We could get some food while we're at it! Whaddya say!?"
"It has been a while since we last ate." Aurora pointed out. "A meal sounds nice. Besides, it'd be a good way to find a chef for our crew."
The rest of the crew was in agreement. They disembarked from the ship, heading for the restaurant's entrance. Before they'd even opened the door, the unmistakable sounds of tables and dishes being broken violently reached their ears. The four pirates exchanged glances, silently hoping Luffy wasn't causing more trouble. Pushing the doors open, they were greeted by a scene they were not expecting.
Fullbody was one half of the ruckus, dangling beaten and bloody from the grip of a blond-haired man. He was slim, yet muscular with long legs. His hair was brushed over the left side of his face, hiding his other eye. One peculiar trait Aurora took note of was his visible eyebrow, which formed a spiral at the outer end. The man wore a black, double-breasted suit with a tie and a long-sleeved, buttoned shirt. He also had a cigarette dangling from his mouth.
"Remember this… going against a cook on the seas, is tantamount to suicide… don't you dare waste food…"
Trying not to be deterred by the public spectacle, another chef approached the crew and quickly showed them to a table. Not even wasting a minute, the man handed them all menus, getting out, "Someone will be along to take your orders in a minute. "
As the man scampered off, Aurora couldn't help but find her attention drawn back to the scene they'd walked in on earlier. Her crewmates felt the same. Another chef came up to the blond, his appearance making him look as if he'd just fallen off a pirate ship. But the large forearms and skinny legs he possessed made him appear rather comical as well.
"You again, Sanji!? The hell do you think you're doing to our customer!? Not only that, that man's also a marine lieutenant!"
"Hm?" the man now known as Sanji hummed. "Oh, it's just you, the shitty cook."
"I ain't gonna stand by and let a shitty cook call me a shitty cook! It's a restaurant's duty to serve its customers! Just how do you explain you injuring our precious customer?"
"So what if he's the customer?" Sanji rebutted. "He's dared to waste our precious food and insulted a cook! I was only teaching him a lesson."
Fullbody spoke up for the first time since the crew had entered. "What's with this place!? How can there be a restaurant that ill-treats its customers to this extent!? I'll close down the restaurant! I'll report this place to the government!"
Sanji turned his attention back to the Lieutenant. "You're going to report us, are you now? Well, then I guess I have no choice but to kill you right now."
"W-WHA!?"
"No, stop!"
"Hold him down or he might seriously kill him!"
"Stop, Sanji! You've went too far!"
"God, it just gets me so angry… to see a damn spoiled son of a bitch like you! Just who the hell do you think you are!?" Sanji roared, the other chefs struggling to hold him back.
Aurora could practically see the terror on Fullbody's face and was also able to feel it in his aura. A loud rattling followed by a crash caused the half-angel to jump. Two figures had just fallen through the ceiling. The first was an elderly man. He had blonde-colored hair, which was kept underneath an extra-long chef's hat. A mustache and beard adorned his face, the mustache done up as braids. He wore a chef's uniform with a blue ascot and white apron. The thing that drew Aurora's attention was the fact that he was missing his right leg, a peg leg in place of it. The other figure was their very own captain.
"Shit! The ceiling of my beautiful restaurant is!" the man turned to Luffy. "This is all your fault, you damn brat!"
"You destroyed it yourself!" Luffy retorted.
"Sir! Please stop Sanji for us!"
"Hmm?" the man hummed, finally taking notice of the scene before him. "Sanji! Are you running wild in my restaurant again?"
"Shut up, you shitty geezer…"
"It's exactly as it seems, sir! And this time Sanji beat up some marine lieutenant!"
The old man kicked Sanji across the face with his peg leg. "Are you trying to ruin my restaurant, you little shit!?"
"Ah, isn't that the guy who fired the cannonball earlier?" Luffy realized, noticing Fullbody at last. "Why's he all bloodied up?"
The old man turned his attention to Fullbody, literally kicking him while he was down. "And you! Get the hell out already!"
"The customers are our gods!""Not surprising you'd call them your gods, considering that they can actually stomach your shitty food…" Sanji mouthed off.
"Patty! Sanji! If you're gonna fight, then do it in the kitchen!"The doors to the restaurant slammed open. "Lieutenat! Lt. Fullbody! It's an emergency!" a marine cried out. "Forgive me sir, but… he's escaped from the ship's prison!"
"This place sure is noisy…" Luffy commented.
"The underling of Pirate Krieg has escaped!" the marine continued. "It took 7 of us just to capture him in the first place, but now he's gone!"
"That's impossible!" Fullbody shouted in disbelief. "He shouldn't even have the strength to move! He was on the verge of death when we captured him 3 days ago, not to mention he hasn't had a single scrap of food since then!"
It was then that the people started to panic. Never mind what had just occurred between Sanji and Fullbody, or even Luffy and the head chef falling through the ceiling. The news that a member of Krieg's crew was here is what did the customers in.
"A member of K-Krieg's crew!?"
"The same pirate Krieg whose crew is said to be the strongest in all of East Blue!?"
"Please forg…" the marine never got to finish his sentence. A gunshot rang out, the bullet exiting through the marine's chest as his dead body fell to the floor. Customers began to scream in and cower in fright at the shadowed figure hovering in the doorway.
"One customer, coming this way." Patty relayed.
"He better not start any trouble in my restaurant."
Aurora tensed as the man walked into the restaurant. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw Zoro reaching for his swords, Nami and Usopp keeping a hand near their respective weapons as well. But the man didn't seem interested in fighting. He even walked right past Fullbody without sparing him a glance. The Krieg pirate made his way to an empty table, slumping in a chair and propping one of his legs on the table.
"Anything will do… just bring me some food…" he turned to the chefs. "This place is a restaurant, right!?"
Undeterred, the chef from before, Patty, made his way over. "Welcome, you squid-faced bastard!"
"I'm only going to say this one more time so listen up! I'm a customer and as such, you'll bring me food this instant!"
"Pardon me, dumbass, but… do you have any money?"
The man pulled out the gun from earlier, holding it to Patty's forehead. "You accept lead?"
"So you don't have any money?" Patty countered. Not even fazed by the sight of the weapon, Patty slammed his fists down onto the man.
"Damn that Patty, how dare he break the table!"
"Woah, he's pretty strong." Luffy remarked. Aurora had to silently agree with her captain. Though the man's appearance was quite comical, his large arms certainly did pack a punch.
"If you can't pay the bill, then you ain't no customer!"
The customers and chefs alike began to cheer. A small part of Aurora couldn't help but feel sorry for the man. But another part of her knew if he was part of Krieg's crew that he was dangerous. It would be best for all involved if he just left.
"Oh? Is that your stomach rumbling?" Patty taunted.
"That was… just me farting, you bastard. So hurry up… and bring me some food."
"If you're not a paying customer, then get the hell outta here! This is a restaurant for paying customers! I ain't even gonna give you a single bread crumb to a broke-ass pirate scum like you!" Patty roared, literally kicking the man while he was down.
Fullbody began to make his way out the door. "I've had enough! I don't want to involve myself with this restaurant anymore!"
"Now then, ladies and gentlemen! Please enjoy the rest of your meals!" Patty said, grabbing hold of his apron and curtsying. The man from Krieg's crew was taken hold of and thrown out, the atmosphere in the restaurant returning to normal.
Aurora turned to her crewmates, trying to put what she had just witnessed behind her. "I suppose we should order now, right?"
"Hey, errand boy." Nami greeted.
"Heard you have to work here for a year."
"Would it be alright to redraw the ship's flag?"
"You leave me here to work, and go off to eat delicious food all by yourselves!?" Luffy raged. "How selfish!"
Aurora merely watched the exchange in exasperation.
"Eat this." Luffy grumbled, picking a booger out of his nose and dropping it in Zoro's drink when he thought he wasn't looking.
The swordsman was speaking at that time. "It's a free world, we can do whatever we want."
"Y-Yeah…" Usopp agreed, both he and Nami holding back laughs at Luffy's antics. Aurora could feel her resolve breaking, bringing a hand up to hide the grin that was slowly emerging.
Zoro picked up his cup. "But I have to admit, the food here is great. Don't take this the wrong way, but…" Zoro slammed the glass into Luffy's mouth. "You're drinking this glass!"
The straw hat boy collapsed to the ground, choking. "Ack! How could you do this to me!?"
"I should ask you the same thing!" Zoro roared.
Nami and Usopp chose that time to bust out laughing, pounding their fists against the table. Aurora had initially found the scene funny, but now people were staring. It was making her feel a bit self-conscious. People staring always did unnerve her.
"O'Blessed are the oceans for bringing me this fine day! O'Love! Laugh if you will, at my poor self who cannot endure his tortuous passions!"
Aurora squeaked when the man from before, Sanji, suddenly appeared next to her and Nami, his one visible eye taking on a heart shape.
"As long as I can be with you, I'm prepared to walk across any path, be it the paths of a pirate or a devil! But alas! 'Tis tragic there is such as great obstacle standing between us!"
During his entire profession, Aurora wasn't sure how to feel. One look at Nami told her that the navigator was not impressed. Aurora on the other hand was a different story. The attention was admittedly embarrassing. No man had ever swooned over her in such a way before. Only one man had ever given her his un-denied attention, but she loathed him in every way possible and his professions of love and attraction had only sickened her. Aurora could tell that this man meant no harm though. A quick scan of his aura told her he was good, just overly amorous, flirting with any attractive woman he sees. In this instance, that was her and Nami.
"By obstacle, do you mean me, Sanji?" a voice rang out.
Turning in the direction the voice came from, Aurora's gaze landed on the older man from before. This man was Zeff, head chef of the Baratie.
"Agh, the geezer!"
"It's a good chance. Just go and be a pirate. I don't need a guy like you in my restaurant."
"Wha!?"
'Well…' Aurora thought. 'I certainly wasn't expecting that.'
"Hey, you damn geezer. I'm the assistant head chef of this place. So just what do you mean exactly when you say that I'm not needed!?"
"You cause too much trouble with guests, and if they happen to be female, you drool all over them."
"He's right about that." Aurora muttered, Nami letting out a snicker from next to her. The navigator was able to see how uncomfortable the situation had made Aurora and couldn't help but find it funny. Most women would fawn over such attention, but apparently that wasn't the case with the half-angel.
"You also can't cook a decent meal to save your life. You're just unnecessary baggage, holding this restaurant down. And as you probably know, none of the other cooks want you here as well. So whether it be a pirate or something else, it's just better for you to get the hell out of my shop."
"So that's what you wanted to say to me all along, you damn geezer!? Ignoring all your other comments, if there's one thing I won't stand for, it's someone insulting my cooking! No matter what you say, I'm staying here! Got that!?"
Zeff reacted. "How dare you grab the collar of the head chef!"
The others reacted quickly as Zeff flung Sanji into their table. Everyone had grabbed a plate, saving what little food they had left from being introduced to the floor.
"…Damn it!"
"Hmph!" Zeff grunted.
"You can try to chase me out all you want! But I'll continue to be a cook here, you hear!? Until the day you die, at the very least!"
"I ain't dying." Zeff said, walking off. "I'll live for another 100 years."
"Pretty mouthy for a damn geezer, aren't you!?"
Luffy turned to Sanji. "Haha, alright! He gave you permission. Now we can be pirat…"
Sanji cut Luffy off. "AS IF!"
From what he'd begun to say, Aurora deduced that Luffy had found their chef in Sanji. It appeared that all that was left was convincing him to join.
'He says no now, but Luffy has this uncanny ability of getting things to go his way.' Aurora thought, taking note of the fact that Sanji had righted their table and began placing her plates down.
The assistant chef appeared over Nami's shoulder, handing her dessert and wine. "Forgive me for that ruckus just now. As an apology, please enjoy this fruit Macedonia, and this glass of Grand Marnier."
Nami preened. "Oh, thank you so much! You're so nice."
"Oh, it's nothing…"
Aurora unconsciously shifted away from the two. She knew deep down Sanji hadn't forgotten about her, but she was willing to try and avoid him. There was no way in hell she was gonna flirt back like Nami. She was just going to sit here and do what she did best, which was be invisible. And yet… something told Aurora that wouldn't work as long as Sanji was around. The man had to have some kind of built in radar for women.
Thankfully, Usopp drew Sanji's attention. "Hey! What about us!? This is gender discrimination! I'll sue, you love-crazy cook!"
"I already gave you some tea! You could at least say a word of thanks for that, punk!"
"Wha!?" Usopp started. "You wanna start something, is that it!? I ain't gonna go easy on you! Get 'im, Zoro!"
"Get him yourself…" the swordsman grumbled.
Aurora stood, her inner angel urging her to stop the fight before it began. She came to stand between the two. "Usopp, please don't start a fight. Tell you what, you can have my dessert." Aurora turned to Sanji. "Could you please make that happen? I'd really appreciate it."
Aurora blanched when Sanji's eye became a heart again. "Such a wonderful woman! I'll do anything you ask!"
Usopp wasn't done yet though, placing himself in front of Aurora. "You haven't even cleared away my plates."
"But you still have mushrooms left! Finish it!"
Aurora sat back down, her attempt at diffusing the situation having failed. She merely turned back to her meal, thanking Nami when she offered her the rest of her fruit Macedonia. Aurora had to admit that Nami was right. It was delicious!
Usopp continued to rage on. "I left them on purpose because I hate mushrooms. I was poisoned by one when I was a kid."
"Well this one ain't poisoned so eat up, long-nose!"
"Please don't fight just because of me." Nami begged.
Sanji immediately turned his attention back to her. "Anything for you, miss!"
"Just who the hell's fighting for you!?"
Nami grabbed Sanji by the face, bringing him closer to her. "By the way, Mr. Cook."
"Yes?"
"The food here's just a tad too expensive for me and my friend here."
"Then it shall be free of charge to you both!"
"Thank you so much!" Nami replied, hugging Sanji. The action caused the man to revert back to his lovey-dovey state, his eye becoming a heart once more. Aurora could feel herself twitch in discomfort. This man was just too much.
Once Nami released him from the hug, Sanji turned to Usopp. "You're paying though!"
"What!?"
As Sanji waltzed off in a daze, Zoro finally spoke up. "You're a real witch, aren't ya…"
Nami snickered. "You fellas better watch out too."
From where they were seated, the crew took notice of how Sanji fawned over a return customer.
"Damn letch." Usopp griped.
"Hey, errand-boy!" Sanji suddenly appeared again, kicking Luffy over the head. "The hell are you sitting around and drinking tea for!?" He dragged the boy away. "Bring out the hot towels when the customers come in."
"Yessir."
2 Day Later… A surprising incident takes place
"IT"S DON KRIEG'S PIRATE SHIP!"
"A skull with two hourglasses at its side, to threaten their enemies… there's not doubt about it! That's Krieg's flag!"
"Why is he here!?"
From onboard the Going Merry, the Straw Hat Pirates had taken notice of the ship as well.
Usopp was panicking. "This is real bad! Shouldn't we be running away!?"
An injured Johnny and Yosaku spoke up from their spots on the deck. "Bro, let's set sail! We don't wanna die!"
Despite the ominous vibe the ship gave off, Aurora noticed something specific about it. "That ship… it's in shambles! What on earth could have caused such damage to a galleon of that size?"
Making her way towards the Going Merry's railing, Aurora leaned over. The half-angel could make out two figures departing the ship. Deciding to take some initiative, Aurora released her wings, flying up onto the roof of the restaurant. She could hear the cries of her crewmates telling her to come back, but she needed to do this.
Aurora was the crew's scout. She was merely doing her job. She was determining the threat level of the new arrivals by journeying on ahead instead of hanging back. Crouching low on the roof and bringing her wings back in, Aurora was able to figure out that one of the figures was the man from two days ago. His name was Gin, from what Luffy had told them. The other man was a mystery to the half-angel.
He was tall and muscular, easily towering over Gin, who was supporting him on one side. The man's hair was short cut and gray in color with long sideburns. He appeared to have suffered an injury, if the bandage around his head was any indication. Adorning the man's body was a fur-lined coat that fell over a yellow vest with black-spot like motifs. Around his neck he wore a big golden chain. Light-purple pants adorned his legs whilst black shoes covered his feet.
Despite his imposing appearance, the man seemed quite weak. But his aura told Aurora everything she needed to know. This man gave off vibes similar to what she felt from Kuro. He wasn't anyone good, leading Aurora to believe this man might be Don Krieg. Seeing the two make their way inside, Aurora bolted for the hole that was still in the roof. She jumped down inside, hurriedly making her way down the stairs to the first floor where the restaurant resided.
Popping up behind her captain, Aurora laid a hand on Luffy's shoulder, alerting him to her presence.
"Wha-?"
Placing a hand over the boy's mouth, Aurora signaled for him to be quiet for now. Sanji had taken notice of her as well, but managed to keep quiet this time, merely expressing surprise and confusion at her sudden appearance. Aurora was actually thankful for that. She was here to gain more insight on Don Krieg. She needed to be able to warn her crewmates about what type of danger might be lurking when she got back to them.
The hulking man lifted his head, panting in exhaustion. "Sorry for the intrusion… but could I have some water… and… food…? If it's money you want, I've got plenty…"
"The heck? That weak, worn-out looking guy is Krieg?"
"He looks like he's starving." Luffy observed.
From next to him, Sanji spoke up. "Wonder what happened…"
At that moment, Krieg collapsed. Gin rushed over, kneeling down next to his captain. "Don Krieg!" Gin looked up at the crowd. "Please save my captain! He'll die at this rate!"
Gin was greeted by silence and scornful looks. Patty chose that time to bust out laughing. "Ahahahaha! Perfect, just perfect! So this is what the infamous outlaw Don Krieg looks like!?"
"We have mone this time! We're paying customers!"
"Hey! Contact the marines immediately!" Patty ordered. "This is the perfect chance for the government to arrest him! Don't let him have a single morsel of food!"
One of the other chefs piped up. "If we give him food and he recovers, it's only obvious that he'll attack our restaurant! I ain't giving him a single drop of water!"
"I won't do anything. If you give me food, I promise I'll quietly withdraw from here! So please… please help me!" Krieg begged, rising to his knees and bowing down in submission.
"D-Don Krieg!" Gin was appalled. "Please stop! A great man like you shouldn't be lowering his head! It's too shameful!"
"I'm begging you! I don't mind if it's leftover or whatever! Please, just give me anything! Anything!"
Tear streamed out of Gin's eyes. "Don…!"
"Hmph." Patty wasn't impressed. "Trying to earn some sympathy points?"
"Hey." Sanji called out. "Move it, Patty."
Aurora watched in astonishment as the chef kicked Patty out of the way, making his way over to Gin and Krieg. The half-angel hadn't even noticed Sanji leave to grab food and drink for Krieg. She commended him for being such a loyal chef, but in this particular situation, feeding the man didn't seem like such a good idea.
"Here, Gin. Give this to him."
"Sanji!" Gin cried out in delight.
"Thank you!" Krieg told the chef, wolfing the entirety of the meal down.
"Hey, Sanji! Take that food back this instant! Do you have any idea what kind of man he is!?" one of the other chefs rang out. "The ruler of East Blue, the King of Deceptions! That's Don Krieg for you! He started out by disguising as a marine after escaping from prison! He then killed the marine officer in charge of the ship and took it over! That's how he became a pirate! Since then, he's attacked ports, towns, and other ships by hanging a marine flag… and when attacking his enemies, he hangs a white flag to attack them by surprise! He's a man who'll stop to anything in order to win! And that's how he made his way to the top! His strength ain't no exaggeration either! You really think he'll just leave after eating!? That's utterly impossible for him! Letting a demon like him starve to death, is for the good of this world!"
At the end of the man's tirade, something happened that nobody was expecting. Krieg suddenly came to life, throwing an arm out and taking Sanji down. Not even Gin was expecting such actions from his captain.
"SANJI!"
Gin turned to his captain. "D-Don Krieg! This is different from what you promised! I guided you here because you promised not to harm this restaurant! Not only that, that man is our savior!"
Gin cried out in pain when Krieg grabbed him by the shoulder, squeezing down. "Ahh, that was a great meal. I feel like I'm back to my normal self again…"
Luffy cried out in alarm! "GIN!"
"So he reveals his fangs at last…" Sanji choked out.
"Nice restaurant you've got here." Krieg remarked. "I'll take it."
