My comments for the reviews in the last chapter:
Platrium: Hey there! It's been a long time! :3 If you forgot what happened between the last two teams the last leg is that they have some vehicular issues, I think? (Sorry for being forgettable at this point xD) Oh, you're gonna see at least a change of strategy from a challenge, perhaps? I don't know actually, it's up to you to see it here, otherwise, it would be on the next chapters. That's it and hope you enjoy it!
Episode 6, Part 1 – "From Whom the Snow Falls?" – Jeff
"Previously on The Amazing Race…" Phil kicks off the show with his narration of the recap from the last leg. "Teams felt right at home when they visited the United Kingdom!"
"Boy, let's go, let's go!" Stan said off-screen while the camera shows the teams driving their acquired cars.
"While at the start of the leg, some teams experienced errors…"
"And… it's not working!" Sami complained as he spams the power button but it won't budge. "I think the clue's on the device!"
"Now what?" Kevin said. "Are we going to drive without that?"
"The wheel's busted!" Eleanor exclaimed. "And I don't know if we can lift and replace the tire all by ourselves!"
"Aw, dang it! Now, what are we going to do?" Theodore replied in concern.
Lastly, some teams' problem in the Roadblock challenge was shown.
"Come on, Clarence! You can do it!" Jeff cried.
"I am! But it's so-so difficult!" Clarence answered loudly.
"On the other hand, the oldest team in the race shocks everyone…"
When Lawrence arrived back at the starting line, he raised the clue on Linda and to the other teams, much to their chagrin.
"They did it…" Timmy muttered.
"Wow! That was impressive!" Clarence applauded Lawrence at his effort.
"Why are we even cheering to a supposedly enemy?" Jeff sarcastically replied to Clarence's remark at the camera.
"Oh, my! You really did it!" Linda exclaimed, hugging his husband tightly.
"…and triumphs the leg with their first victory!"
"Linda and Lawrence… you are team number ONE!" Phil gladly announces them as the winners.
"Oh, thank goodness!" Linda happily exclaimed and embraces Lawrence. "We did it!"
"Yeah, we just did what we did," Lawrence replied.
"The feud between The Chipmunks and The Wrestlers rekindled came down to a close encounter…"
"Come on, let's go, bike!" Sami cried to his bicycle while on his way towards the finish.
Eleanor moves her bicycle with speed as she traverses across the bridge.
"Let's go, Eleanor! Let's go! You can do it!" Theodore cheered with high spirits despite the crucial state.
"…and an inevitable conclusion and elimination."
"Kevin and Sami… "I am pleased to tell you that you are still in the race, which means that you are team number seven," Phil announced.
Sami unintelligently chuckles at the situation while the chipmunks did not see the news coming.
"Which means… Eleanor and Theodore, you are the last team to arrive." Phil continued. "And I'm sorry to tell you that you have been eliminated from the race."
"Seven teams remaining… who will be eliminated… NEXT?"
"It wouldn't be fun if we're a bunch of happy kids," Charlie said, chuckling at her statement.
(The intro is on the third chapter or Episode 1, Part 2)
7:27AM – Angel of the North
The episode kicks off with the sight of the last leg's Pit Stop, which is a steel sculpture of an angel that is mildly blocking the rays of the morning sun. This was also the place for the Pit Start of the next leg as the first team waited for their time to open the clue, when their time struck, they immediately rip the clue to read the first details.
Linda & Lawrence – 1st Place; departed at 7:28AM
"Teams will travel by plane almost 300 miles back to the capital of the country of London!" Phil began telling the first info. "Once they landed, they must make their way to Piccadilly Circus, where they must look up for their next clue."
The info indicates by the camera that the clue is on the neon LED signs, in which an arrow was directed to a hidden clue box below the board.
"Oh, goodie, we'll be back at home!" Lawrence happily commented.
"Looks like we'll be at home for another day or two." Linda assumed.
Both of them entered their car that was previously used from the last leg and left off the statue.
Linda & Lawrence (Confessional)
"We are so proud of ourselves since we arrived first," Linda said, still savoring their victory from the last leg.
"Right, especially, when we won at my home country, the beloved English country." Lawrence confidently added. "Englishmen should be proud of us of what we can do, as Englishman and an Englishwoman."
7:42AM – Newcastle International Airport
The married parents arrived at the airport, where they began interrogating the current attendant of the counter.
"Good day, madam, do you offer any flights to London?" Lawrence formally asked the counter on duty.
"Yes. However, we are only operating one flight for London every day. Is that okay?" The counter honestly answered the team.
"Oh…" Lawrence replied, he glances at Linda, who nodded and continue. "Well, what time does it depart?"
"1:30pm."
"Ah, okay. We'll take two tickets, please."
Linda & Lawrence (Confessional)
"Instant bad news – all teams are on the same flight!" Linda exclaimed.
"Well, we do what we gotta do… run with kids, just like those days." Lawrence calmly responded, chuckling at his own statement.
"If you say so…"
1:25PM – Newcastle International Airport
A few hours later, all teams have arrived and entered the lonely London flight as they took their time to rest and readjust themselves.
"I don't know but this isn't a bit of cliché?" Timmy asked in front of the camera.
"I don't think so, Timmy. It's just it happens sometimes." Chloe answered.
"I mean cliché defines what you have said."
"Ehhh… it doesn't matter anyway, we're going on high-goose again… fortunately…" Chloe never bothered to look back as she went to lean back to take a rest."
Timmy only rolled his eyes in response.
The airplane soon flew out of the runway, making its way to The Big Smoke.
2:59PM – Heathrow Airport, London, UK
The camera pans out different attractions from the heart of London, showing the possibility of them appearing in the race. The airplane then safely stops at the runway as teams went all out again on running after the door has been opened to them.
"TAXI!" Some teams shouted from a distance though they are all far from the taxi station.
Stan & Steve – Father/Son
"We must find a taxi somehow!" Stan told to Steve.
"But dad, we're leading!" Steve retorted.
"I know!"
Timmy & Chloe – Neighbors
"Where are the taxis at?" Timmy asked intensely.
"We gotta follow them or we have to find any signs, it should be that easy!" Chloe answered.
"If it's easy enough to find in a place like this? No way!"
The camera then zooms out the place to show that the airport is a wide-open building.
Emma & Noah - Dating Reality TV Pros
They stopped by a janitor to ask for any directions for any possible taxi whereabouts.
"Excuse me, is there any taxi within here?" Emma asked the janitor.
"Just run straight… that's it, apparently." The janitor simply gestured them straightly.
"Oh… thanks!"
Linda & Lawrence – Married Parents
"I know where it is! Still remembered it even though it's been years!" Lawrence knowledgeably told his wife.
"Sweet! But we're out of their sight, hon!" Linda replied.
"No worries, that's just them with adrenaline. You should know by that now."
"Oh, yeah…"
A few minutes have gone through, some teams found a taxi station as they picked up their respective cabs without any interactions. The first taxi soon moved out of the waiting station.
Stan & Steve – currently in 1st Place
"Piccadilly Circus." Steve simply said their location.
Charlie & Viola – currently in 2nd Place
"To the Piccadilly Circus, please," Charlie told their taxi driver. "Thank you."
Kevin & Sami – currently in 3rd Place
"Take us to Piccadilly Circus," Kevin informed their cab driver.
"Drive faster, if you can, please?" Sami pleaded to their operator, who replied nothing in response.
"We're in London, Sami. Traffic is inevitable."
"Well, if our guy has the guts, then so be it. And why the change of all of a sudden?"
Kevin did not speak for a few seconds, as if he has nothing or has something to say.
"Let's just thanks ourselves for getting a taxi quickly…"
Kevin & Sami (Confessional)
"The last leg was obviously the worst one that we had," Sami admitted. "But if it is the worst, it should stay that way because… we are working on to repair the mistakes that we committed previously."
Kevin only sneered in response.
"What? Do you have nothing to say?"
"No mas." Kevin simply replied. "Nothing at all."
Emma & Noah – currently in 4th Place
"Hmmm, this should be interesting…" Noah said while reading the clue.
"What is it?" Emma curiously asked.
"The destination," Noah answered.
"What's up with the destination?"
Clarence & Jeff – currently in 5th Place
"We're going to a circus! Can you believe that?!" Clarence enthusiastically shakes Jeff.
"Can you please calm down for a minute, please?" Jeff asked, holding his head as he got dizzy from the ecstatic action, courtesy of his partner.
"Oh, sorry…"
"But please, I'm not ready for some circus action…"
"Why?"
"Because you shook me so hard!"
"Whoops…" Clarence nervously replied, scratching his head timidly.
Timmy & Chloe – currently in 6th Place
"Circus?" Timmy rescans the clue. "Are we really going there?"
"Why not?" Chloe responded.
"Because I hate clowns! That's why!"
"Oh, don't worry about that. They couldn't harm you." Chloe gave consolation to her buddy. "Unless they're giving us a hard challenge or whatsoever."
"Now that's not comfortable!" Timmy shouted.
Piccadilly Circus
After an hour of facing such traffic, some teams have made and stopped by the crowded circus. With context, it means "a rounded open space in a city where several streets converge". When teams, stepped foot on the street, they were confused about the location of the "circus".
Stan & Steve – Father/Son
"We're here, right?" Stan asked his son.
"Yeah, and that really bothers me," Steve answered. "Is this the circus?"
"If we're not sure, let's take a walk or something," Stan suggested.
"Sounds fantastic." Steve nodded, agreeing to the proposition as they began running.
Kevin & Sami – Wrestling Teammates
"Now where is it?" Sami said.
"The what?" Kevin replied.
"The clue?"
"Guess we'll have to find it somewhere, in this crowded place."
"Is this where our driver left us, right?" Sami asked again.
"Yeah." Kevin nodded.
"I hope that we are in the right place because if we are not…" Sami paused and growled if he thought the latter. "We're in big, big trouble."
"Let's just take a trip then we should see," Kevin replied.
"Alright then."
They start to move from the crowded street after the light went green.
?
After a failure of catching up with others, the parents are in the middle of their trip, a few minutes after the last team in front of them left the taxi station.
Linda & Lawrence – Married Parents
"So we're going to Piccadilly Circus, huh?" Linda asked her husband.
"Yeah, I just know what it looks like. Still remembered its presence since the last time I visited here." Lawrence answered proudly.
Linda & Lawrence (Confessional)
"It's relishing to know that we are still in London, just to look at those places. It really is important to me since my childhood is precious and I would not try to forget it, ever." Lawrence said.
Piccadilly Circus
More teams landed on the popular junction where they scattered around the place to find any clues about the location of the clue box, except for two teams.
Charlie & Viola – Sisters
"Oh, hey, guys!" Charlie greeted the other team, Viola followed.
Clarence & Jeff – Best Friends
"Hey there!" Clarence greets back. "So, uhhh…"
"Wanna work together?" Charlie proposed an association, this surprised Clarence, while Jeff doubted at first.
Clarence & Jeff (Confessional)
"Okay, that was unexpected, both of us didn't expect them to help us," Jeff said. "I was skeptical at first because… well, we're in some sort of alliance with the others, not them."
"But hey, lucky that we are helping with each other, right?" Clarence responded.
"Well, there's nothing we can do but to accept it." Jeff shrugged.
"Sure…" Jeff accepts the offer. "So, what do you know so far?"
"We have no idea either. We should ask you the same but obviously, we are still trying to figure out." Viola answered.
"What about we ask someone about this 'circus' thing? Because it's driving us nuts!" Charlie added.
"There's no circus around here!"
"Well, we can say the same here." Jeff understands their sentiment. "But yeah, let's go and ask someone."
"Nice!" Clarence cried. "We're working with someone again!"
"Clarence! Are you coming or not?" Jeff shouted from a distance.
"Oh!" Clarence sheepishly realized that he was out of sight to them and quickly follows them. "I'm with you, guys!"
Charlie & Viola (Confessional)
"We propose working with them because they're the only ones standing beside us!" Charlie reasoned for their current partnership with the best friends.
"We don't really have a clue of this 'circus' place, so I think it's the safest bet," Viola added. "Besides, is their alliance with others are still intact, right?"
"I don't know but either way, we really need to go through."
Timmy & Chloe – Neighbors
"Huh, that's funny. Where's the circus in here?" Chloe observed her surroundings as she nor Timmy did not find anything related to the amusement place.
"Well, it's not like I felt good but… we need to go on for a bit," Timmy replied. "If we found nothing, guess we have no choice but to ask someone.
"Yeah, we can go for that."
They looked around their surroundings but found nothing, however, they continue their expedition for a while.
Charlie & Viola – Sisters
Clarence & Jeff – Best Friends
The two teams assembled to ask any free citizens for any questions about their destination and a few seconds later, they found a young man, who was using his phone.
"Mister, can you excuse us for a minute, please?" Jeff asked the young man.
"Do you know where is Piccadilly Circus?" Charlie follows up the question.
"Oh, you mean here?" The young man answered.
"What do you mean by that, mister?" Jeff confusedly asked.
"This is the Piccadilly Circus, you're here."
"Wait, we're here but… where's the circus?" Charlie then asked one more time to make sure the young man gets their gist.
"Oh, you're not from here, right?" The young man asked them first. "Oh, there's actually another meaning of circus. It's the roundabout right across the street, that's the exact location of the circus."
The quartet was silenced with the bombshell that was just discovered just now.
Charlie & Viola (Confessional)
"Okay… we just became the dumbest team in the race," Charlie confessed.
"And the two guys with us!" Viola added.
Clarence & Jeff (Confessional)
"We are just dumb as them now," Jeff said the same sentiment as the other team.
"Man, what a bummer!" Clarence added.
"Thank you so much, mister! We appreciate your help!" Jeff shook the hands of the young stud.
"You're welcome!"
With that, they left the man, now with a clear understanding of the place.
"We're getting back to the place where we got dropped. I believe that's the one, just like what the man has said to us." Charlie said to the camera.
Linda & Lawrence – Married Parents
The team arrived at the place where they first survey the surroundings.
"This place looks nice for a photoshoot," Linda told Lawrence.
"Yes, I believe so," Lawrence replied. "But what are we going to do again? Look again at the clue."
Linda opened the pamphlet and read it aloud. "Look up for your next clue."
"Huh? Look up? Are we supposed to watch or something?" Lawrence responded with a question.
"Probably that's the case."
"Okay then, let's look up for a while."
They look up at the sky instead of the wide LED screen, in which the camera showed that they are missing the point of the clue.
Clarence & Jeff – Best Friends
Charlie & Viola – Sisters
Without the parents' knowledge, the two teams were behind them looking over at the roundabout.
"Huh? Now, where are we looking at?" Viola asked them.
Jeff reopens the clue and silently reads it.
"The clue says we need to look up for the next one."
"Huh? Now we're getting nowhere again!" Charlie said.
"Hey!" Clarence shouted, gaining attention from his colleagues. "Look at the screen, they're so good in the eyes!"
"Uhhh… okay…" Viola responded.
"That's not the purpose here, dude!"
Meanwhile, Jeff stared at the said screen and a few seconds the screen popped up a red and yellow down arrow, which he observed at first.
Clarence & Jeff (Confessional)
"When I look up at the screen, I saw a red and yellow arrow. To me, that's the color of the marker… and now it makes sense! The clue makes sense now!" Jeff said.
"Guys! Guys! Guys!" Jeff shouted at them as they turned back to him. "We should follow the arrow on the screen."
"Huh?" The trio responded in unison.
"Look up at the screen, there's an arrow and it's telling us where the box is!"
As they told, they looked up at the screen, and just like what Jeff saw, they looked up on an arrow that looks familiar to them and realizes it.
"Oh my gosh!" Viola reacted in surprise.
"Dude! You are a genius!" Charlie compliments Clarence and decides to shake him. "You saved us!"
"Huh? Really?" Clarence asks back.
"Yeah, now let's follow the arrow." Jeff then ordered.
They nodded and soon went into sprint mode as the lights went green to proceed.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the street, a team also had the same idea. Because of this, they knew what they were going to do next.
Emma & Noah - Dating Reality TV Pros
"That's the arrow, right?" Emma asked.
"Yeah, that's where we should get our clue," Noah answered. "We should definitely get going right now."
Emma nodded and they began running through the pedestrian lane.
Linda & Lawrence – Married Parents
"Wait a minute, there they are!" Linda gestured straight to the teams, who were currently running. "I think they found the clue!"
"We should follow them and just keep an eye on them!" Lawrence told his wife, who nodded accordingly and began jogging their way to them.
Piccadilly Circus - Samsung Cellphone Shop
Inside the shop, there was a clue box beside the door, which was opened by the incoming teams who went straight to get their clues.
Charlie & Viola – currently in 1st Place
"Travel by train to the city of Edinburgh, Scotland!" Viola reads the clue.
Clarence & Jeff – currently in 2nd Place
"And find your next clue at the Christmas Market!" Jeff finishes reading the clue.
"Teams will have to travel by train 400 miles up north to the capital of Scotland, Edinburgh! When they arrived there, they must make their way to the Christmas Market, where they will find their next clue!" Phil detailed the team's next information.
"Woohoo! Yeah! Let's go!" Charlie excitedly said as they went out first.
"Come on, let's find some taxi!" Jeff said to Clarence, in which he nodded and also exits the shop.
After a few minutes, two teams also arrived at the shop with the same goal – getting the clue to read.
Emma & Noah – currently in 3rd Place
"Travel by train to the city of Edinburgh…" Noah reads the clue.
Linda & Lawrence – currently in 4th Place
"Oh, sweet, Edinburgh!" Lawrence happily exclaimed. "Alright, let's find a cab!"
With that, both teams left the cellphone shop to find any available cabs around the street.
Kevin & Sami – Wrestling Teammates
On the other hand, the wrestlers saw the other teams making a run for the cabs, and this piques their curiosity.
"Did you see them running?" Sami asked.
"I did," Kevin answered.
"I think they got the clue…"
"Thinking the same thing." Kevin nonchalantly replied.
"God damn it! We wasted out many minutes and just to see them walking out?!" Sami's frustration begins to surface as he continues his venting speech. "I wonder what are we missing out, Kev?"
"Reading the clue again would be beneficial to you, Sami." Kevin reminded his partner, who opens out the clue to look up the instruction carefully.
"Look up for your next clue…"
Because of this new information, Sami then looks up to the screen above and saw the arrow. He squinted his eyes as if he was looking into something familiar. Then, he realizes that it was the race arrow.
"Oh, god… what are we doing?" Sami said, covering his face in embarrassment. Kevin did not like the phrasing that he used. "Well, it's near, so we got the clue..."
After a short walk, they went inside of the cellphone shop and picked up a clue from the box.
Kevin & Sami – currently in 5th Place
"Okay then… we shouldn't be late with them, I guess… let's go…" Sami said, leading them through the next destination.
4:14PM - London North Eastern Railway - King's Cross Station
Soon after, a few teams arrived at the station where they avail their tickets as they negotiate the counter.
Charlie & Viola – Sisters
"Hi! When will the next train left for Edinburgh?" Charlie asks the counter.
"It will leave 15 minutes from now." The counter replied.
"Oh, we'll buy the tickets…" Charlie responded, quickly realizing that there are some teams behind them, she instantly elaborates. "We all buy the tickets."
The attendant from the counter nodded.
Charlie & Viola (Confessional)
"Well, we got no choice since there they are behind us and we got the tickets afterward," Charlie said. "You can't really deceive them on the spot… really…"
Clarence & Jeff (Confessional)
"I'm wondering why they decide to become generous this time… huh?" Jeff said.
"Perhaps because we were there! They just decide to join the fun!" Clarence happily answered.
"That's one but I'm not convinced…"
Charlie & Viola – 1st Train; departs at 4:30PM
Clarence & Jeff – 1st Train; departs at 4:30PM
Emma & Noah – 1st Train; departs at 4:30PM
Linda & Lawrence - 1st Train; departs at 4:30PM
The four teams entered the train as they worryingly wait for the train to close its doors, also for the remaining teams that soon enter to up the ante for their race at Scotland.
"We got like 15 minutes left, we better get going now or more of them comes here!" Jeff vented.
"Oh yeah, they should close the doors by now!" Clarence added, agreeing to his partner's statement.
"That's not going to happen, unfortunately," Lawrence said.
"Why not?"
"All of the systems and operations of the trains must be strictly followed to their time or else, it could be trouble for us and for them too." The Englishman reasoned.
"Oh…"
Linda & Lawrence (Confessional)
Lawrence chuckled. "Oh, these kids, they really want to go places in a rush! Darn, these teenagers know it so well!"
"I know, right?" Linda responds in agreement.
"They better let the doors close before those two can get into the station." Noah wished.
"Oh, they wouldn't," Emma responds certainly.
?
Kevin & Sami – currently in 5th Place
"How many more minutes?" Sami asks their driver.
"Ten more minutes." The driver answered.
"Please drive faster, we need to get to the station as quick as possible or we'll lose them!"
"Oh, brother, here we go again!" Kevin mumbled.
"What did you say?" Sami looks back to ask his best friend.
"I didn't say a word," Kevin replied with a lie.
Kevin & Sami (Confessional)
"For some reason, I am used to Sami's obnoxious attitude, but now, I think it's getting worse and it really irks me that no one stops him," Kevin said. "But I know what you're going to say… I'm going to give a word to him at the right place at the right time."
Piccadilly Circus
Stan & Steve – Father/Son
After an hour and a few minutes of wasting energy, they finally found a lead for their clue as a local asked for a question that was haunting them for the longest amount of time.
"Really? Thank you so much!" Steve thanked the local.
"What the hell?! It's in our faces all this time!" Stan said with frustration.
Steve begins to look up on the screen to catch the marked arrow and proceeded to the designated place. They found the clue box at the cellphone store where they picked up the envelope and opens it to read.
Stan & Steve – currently in 6th Place
"Travel by train to the city of Edinburgh, Scotland, and find your next clue at the Christmas Market!" Steve reads the info clearly.
"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go!" Stan exclaimed.
The duo went on their way on picking up a cab, sending them to the train station.
4:25PM - London North Eastern Railway - King's Cross Station
"Train will depart at five minutes." The train's megaphone blares through the teams, earning worries from some of them.
Clarence & Jeff – Best Friends
"This whole thing makes me so nervous…" Viola admitted, clutching her belly to calm herself throughout the predicament.
"Don't worry, no one can catch up within the time," Charlie replied comfortably, patting her sister's back.
Emma & Noah - Dating Reality TV Pros
"Don't get your hopes up high, guys…" Emma responded, surprising the sisters as she looks through the window to notice some familiar faces. "'Cause we got company…"
"More like a bad company!" Noah elucidated.
Linda & Lawrence – Married Parents
"Ooh, I wanted to see this!" Linda said, pressing her face in the window to look up for the persons of interest. "Can they make this?"
"Some say teens can make a great entrance, but let's see what we are getting…" Lawrence added, follows the actions of his wife.
The persons of interest outside were none other than the wrestlers, who were able to catch up inside of the station. However, the real deal is that if they can enter the train with the others.
Kevin & Sami – Wrestling Teammates
"Excuse me, when will the train depart to Edinburgh?" Sami asks the counter.
"Right now and—"
"Hold up!" Sami interrupts the attendant and begins to plead. "Please, we need to get to that train now! ASAP!"
"Unfortunately, you have two minutes left before the train can go—"
"We need to buy the tickets! Pretty, please?"
"Sorry, but the train's doors are closed. You can purchase the tickets for the next train." The attendant replied.
This announcement did not go through well with Sami, while Kevin had a chance to see a glimpse of the other teams.
"Ahh! Damn it!" Sami cried and calms himself down. "Okay, when's the next stretch to Edinburgh?"
"One hour from here now on." The attendant answered.
"Alright, two tickets, please…"
The teams on the train got their moment of relief when the wrestlers unsuccessfully joined them, especially for the other Canadians.
"That was a close one!" Steve replied first.
"Thank goodness!" Noah sighed in relief.
"Okay, that was bad…" Linda said. "Poor them."
"My heart almost got expanded from that… Jeez…" Viola said, still cupping her chest from the stress of the suspense.
Piccadilly Circus - Samsung Cellphone Shop
Timmy & Chloe – Neighbors
"Here it is, finally…" Timmy said, sweating profusely from walking around the streets for an hour and more.
Chloe then picks up the clue. "Travel by train to the city of Edinburgh, Scotland, and find your next clue at the Christmas Market!"
"Alright, at least, we're not driving in the meantime!" Timmy sighed after knowing what they are doing next as they left the shop to catch a train to Scotland.
Timmy & Chloe (Confessional)
"The clue was so vague and I don't even know where we'll look up for the clue until someone told us about those screens in the center!" Chloe said. "That was excruciating!"
"But at least, we manage to get out and I'm hoping that we are not last!" Timmy followed up.
London North Eastern Railway - King's Cross Station
Stan & Steve – Father/Son
"Now we're on the same train as the two Canadians over there," Steve said to the camera, which was automatically switched to the said team, who were silently sitting on a bench.
"Here's me, wishing that we won't see them again soon," Stan said.
"Why is that, dad?"
"I just hate his guts… that's it… literally…"
"Okay… that's just… a bad reason… to say…"
The other team at the station was in a reverie, have no clue that the other team arrived.
Kevin & Sami (Confessional)
"Few times have we face such extreme difficulties in the race but I couldn't I could compare it to my whole professional career. It looks like I have to go through the same thing all over again." Kevin said.
"I have a feeling that we are getting progress on that, just like the usual," Sami added.
Timmy & Chloe – Neighbors
The young team of Timmy and Chloe bought their tickets, obviously knowing that they are departing at the train with the two teams, they are secretly hoping that they could have a lead on them.
"Oh gosh, we suck at that challenge!" Timmy said, ranting about their performance at the last challenge. "It was on our faces the whole time!"
"Hey now, Timmy, I know that will bring us disappointment, but we're just getting started… the leg if you know what I mean!" Chloe replied, trying to reassure her partner's state.
"I get it, I get it… it's just it sucks to be in the last just because of our clueless eyes!"
"Come on now, let's just wait for the train to arrive."
"Okay… for how long?"
"Thirty minutes," Chloe replied while looking at one of the clocks of the station.
Timmy groaned in response. "This is gonna be hard!"
With that, the three teams waited for the train until at the designated time as they entered the train silently, also they did not look at each other. They took their seats and setting up their station as the train begins to move towards their location.
"All teams are now making their way to their next destination – Edinburgh, Scotland!"
Suddenly, the screen was cut short and went to fade in black, an indication for a commercial break!
A/N: Ah, two months of inactivity must be hell but the payoff is that I have spare time to write since classes aren't actually starting but next week it will go back to the way it was. :( But hey, at least, I wrote something!
Another news coming up! I can now accept anime characters as participants and make sure to fill out the form! The link for the form is in my profile! You can check that out after reading this! Just a simple response makes me happy, at least, so I fully know that there are still followers of this story.
And with that out of the way, I guess I'll see you in the next chapter!
